提出了吨钢环境负荷的源头指标和末端指标,建立了两者之间的关联式,以及吨钢环境负荷v-p分析法和w-p分析法.应用这些方法,分析了1980~1998年近20年间我国钢铁工业吨钢综合能耗和吨钢环境负荷的变化,找出了与国外主要产钢国吨钢环境负荷的差距,指出了进一步降低我国钢铁工业吨钢环境负荷的主要途径和措施.  相似文献

Micronuclear test was used to carry out genetic screening in somatic cells of children from different St. Petersburg districts with varying ecologic conditions. Preschool children from districts with high anthropogenic load (soil, air) revealed significant increase of epitheliocyte number in mouth mucosa. Girls appeared to be more sensitive to unfavourable environmental effects than boys. Mean values of cells with micronuclei in ecologically safe districts were 0.38 and 0.66% in pre- and school children, respectively. The study performed showed a possibility to use micronuclei count in the mouth mucosa investigating genetic effects of environmental pollution.  相似文献

The standard material flow diagram in steel manufacturing process was proposed to analyze the influences of various material flows on environmental load of 1 t of final product.Two influence factors and reducing measures of environmental load were pointed out. The existing concept of medical maintenance of flying personnel not takes into account the phase changes of functional condition and professional performance of a pilot. It causes the necessity of additional preventive rehabilitation, directed on restoration and preservation of important professional qualities of the pilots during the training and combat activity. The author offered reasonable system of rehabilitation measures, including indications, means and conditions of correction measures application. Is carried out practical introduction of preventive rehabilitation in system of medical maintenance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The data about its efficiency are given.  相似文献

The author presents an analysis of health hazard conditions with respect to tuberculosis in the world and in Ukraine in particular. It is shown that epidemiologic situation with tuberculosis is getting worse in Ukraine, with the reasons for this negative dynamics being pointed out. Regimes of antimycobacterial therapy of different clinical forms of pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis are elucidated as to recommendations of the World Health Organization. Criteria by which clinical efficiency can be measured were established as were treatment options for tuberculosis.  相似文献

Data from the literature and our own results are used to analyze the load life of non-oxide ceramic electric radiators. Silicon nitride ceramic radiators operating in the thermal cycling mode are shown to have a load life of more than 2000 on-off cycles. The load life correlates with the magnitude and sign of the temperature resistance coefficient (TRC) of the resistive layer of the functional composite. Understanding the origins of racial health disparities is currently a central focus of health-oriented funding agencies and the health policy community. In particular, the role of genetics in the origin of racial health disparities is receiving growing attention and has been susceptible to considerable misinterpretation. In this article, the authors provide a basic discussion about the concept of genes and race, an introduction to quantitative genetics, and some examples of quantitative genetic analyses of health conditions in an underserved population. The intent is to outline the conceptual limitations of exclusivist views of either environmental or genetic determination and to emphasize the coaction and interaction of genes and environments in health. Examines the claim that there are genetic racial differences in IQ, which has been based mainly on 2 grounds: the evidence for high within-race heritability for IQ and the failure of various environmental explanations to account completely for mean racial differences. It is argued that neither of these trends has direct relevance to the question of whether race differences in IQ have a mainly genetic or environmental origin. The assumption that these factors are relevant and that they support a genetic account is criticized as a "hereditarian fallacy." The choice between a genetic and an environmental account of race differences is most properly based on jointly genetic/environmental designs, which control for both genetic and environmental differences in a behavior genetic framework. Studies using environmental, genetic, and joint models are reviewed. Although evidence tends to support an environmental over a genetic account, it is not considered to be sufficient. Identification of what the relevant environmental differences may be would require turning away from the traditional heredity vs environment question and focusing on the detailed causal influences that affect the development of intellectual level generally. A testing was done in a chronic experiment on 300 rats and 360 mice of both sexes for carcinogenic potential of a new protein product from Saccharomyces yeast grown in melasse. The production procedures and techniques of the above product have been worked out at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Spirits and Biotechnology of Food Stuffs of Gospishcheprom (State Food Industry) of Ukraine. The studies made showed the new protein product has no carcinogenic effect.  相似文献

Data are submitted from a time-related analysis of peptic ulcer incidence among enlisted men of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Peptic ulcer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been shown to be a major illness associated with substantial labour resource losses that total in certain years 28.3 percent of the digestive diseases-related unfitness for work, with the specific weight of ulcer of the stomach not exceeding 0.08 percent, that of duodenal ulcer--0.23 percent in general morbidity patterns.  相似文献

首次依据钢铁工业的生产统计数据,剖析和总结了1980-2003年中国钢铁工业在钢产量、能耗和环境方面的重大变化以及取得的成绩;指出了中国吨钢能耗与发达国家相比的主要差距是矿钢比、铁钢比高。转炉、电炉和辅助工序能耗高;并认为今后20年中国钢铁工业节能降耗的主要方向是:优化生产工艺流程和结构调整,进一步降低有关工序的钢比系数和工序能耗,尤其是辅助工序的能耗,加强余热、余能的回收与利用,进而降低钢铁工业的环境负荷。  相似文献

对皮江法炼镁工艺和真空碳热还原法炼镁工艺进行了生命周期评价研究。评价过程以1 t镁锭为功能单位,研究了包括原料开采、物料制备、物料耗损、能源生产、污染排放等过程的环境负荷以及能源消耗。在得出生命周期评价相关参数的基础上,对皮江法炼镁与真空碳热法炼镁在资源与能源消耗、气型污染物的排放和对环境的影响方面进行了比较,明确了上述两种不同工艺过程各自的环境负荷和能源消耗特点。通过比较,碳热法炼镁工艺较皮江法在资源节约、节能减排、环境保护及可持续发展方面有明显优势。  相似文献
