叔碳改性氟碳丙烯酸酯乳液的制备及应用 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以叔碳酸酯、含氟丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸(酯)等为共聚单体,制备微交联叔碳改性氟碳共聚乳液。研究了叔碳酸酯、含氟丙烯酸酯、交联剂等对乳液性能的影响。并对制备的乳液及涂料进行了傅里叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)等表征。结果表明:叔碳与氟碳的协同效应促进了氟原子的表面迁移,在改善成膜性的同时有效提高了乳胶膜的接触角和耐水性。利用此乳液制备的涂料成膜性和二次涂刷性好,最低成膜温度低。漆膜具有较强的附着力,其耐水性、耐碱性、耐沾污性、疏水疏油性优良。 相似文献

叔碳酸作为系列精细化工原料主要应用在涂料、医药和农药、聚合物引发剂、香料及润滑油 ,它最大的市场在高档涂料领域。叔碳酸乙烯酯在性能上超过常用的聚醋酸乙烯、醋丙、醋乙等聚合物 ,叔碳酸乙烯酯 醋酸乙烯共聚乳胶漆可以与丙烯酸乳胶漆一争高低。三甲基乙酸作为叔碳酸的一个产品在医药和农药中都有普遍的应用 ,但目前国内所需全部依靠进口。虽然经过了“八五”、“九五”近10年的攻关 ,叔碳酸的合成技术在国内仍不是很成熟 ,只有西南化工研究设计院建成了一套 2 0 0t/a的C10 叔碳酸装置。随着叔碳酸系列产品的应用不断开发 ,国内的需求继续扩大 ,预计到 2 0 0 5年国内需求量在 2 6 0 0t/a ,发展空间非常大 相似文献

以羟乙基纤维素为保护胶体,通过优化聚保条件及选择适当的表现活性剂,采用高度支化的叔碳酸乙烯酯与醋酸乙烯进行共聚改性制得的醋叔乳液,产品稳定性高、重视性好,具有优异的漆膜耐水性、耐碱性和耐侯性,克服了聚醋酸乙烯乳液耐水性、耐碱性不好的缺点,拓展了醋酸乙烯的应用领域。 相似文献

Vinyl versatate, butyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate were compared as comonomer, for colloid-stabilized vinyl acetate latex polymers to assess their impact on latex coating properties. Vinyl versatate afforded advantages in scrub resistance, gloss, hydrophobicity and higher glass transition temperatures. Butyl acrylate developed better wet adhesion efficiency, gel content and hiding efficiency. 2-Ethylhexyl acrylate offered performance comparable to butyl acrylate in hiding efficiency, lowering copolymer glass transition temperatures, and gloss development. Combinations of these monomers, in many instances, afforded a better balance of performance properties than individual monomers alone. In the subject study, a simplex-centroid design was utilized to statistically map polymer compositions for determining the effect of comonomer composition on latex and paint film properties. In addition to developing contour maps of polymer and paint properties as a function of composition, a technique for studying structure-property relationships is presented. 相似文献

The miniemulsion and macroemulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate with vinyl versatate in batch and semibatch systems was investigated. Vinyl versatate was added either as an emulsion with the vinyl acetate, or as a neat liquid stream. In the batch runs, there is a poor dispersion of vinyl versatate during the nucleation period for the runs in which the vinyl versatate was added neat at the beginning of the polymerization. This led to smaller particles, lower polymerization rate, and different polymer composition evolution when compared with runs in which the vinyl versatate was emulsified with the vinyl acetate. In seeded semibatch runs, residual surfactant in the seed latex, along with the propensity for homogeneous nucleation in vinyl acetate emulsions, resulted in continuing nucleation during the entire semibatch interval. The polymerization rate was primarily affected by monomer feed rate rather than the feeding mode. The effect of monomer feeding mode on copolymer composition was weak when the semibatch feed rate was low, indicating some level of vinyl versatate mass transfer resistance.
