包装行业需要的管理人才应具备前瞻性眼光、综合性知识、国际性视野和社会责任感。而中国包装人才培养存在以下问题:定位模糊,无法适应行业发展的需要;培养同质化,无法满足行业人才多样化的需求;教学与实际脱节,无法培养实用性人才;教学方法陈旧、方式单一,无法培养创新性人才。因此,应当重新定位培养目标,改革和创新培养模式和培养方法,培养双师型师资,加强教材体系建设,理论与实践结合,教学方法多样化,使包装行业管理人才的培养真正满足社会和行业的要求。 相似文献

Engineering management(EM) is a new interdisciplinary field accompanying China's economic and social development. To have a systemic research of the present situation and future orientation on China's EM education, this paper compares the connotation of engineering and engineering management based on the gap of their differences at home and abroad, with gained causes between them. Then, this paper analyzes the training system of 35 authenticated universities with the program of engineering management, which had received the certification from the Engineering Management Assessment Committee for Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China by 2014. With a web survey of the present condition of engineering management education at these universities,the paper discusses the disciplinary attribution of engineering management. Through the above research, this paper concludes with three suggestions for the long-term development of engineering management education in China. 相似文献

持续近两年时间的新一轮学科专业目录修订工作即将迎来正式公布,新版学科专业目录将在尊重人才培养规律和学科发展趋势的基础上,遵照稳中求进的总基调,在对“设计学”学术型专业归类调整的同时,稳步推进博士、硕士研究生专业学位类别的增设,以提高学科门类的实践性与综合性的融合度。据此,针对新版学科专业目录“设计”类学科进行解读,从其学科重大结构性调整来看,实现了具有关联性学科的重新归类,以及新兴应用型门类专业点的增设,既配合了“设计”类学科重视基础、拓展前沿的发展趋势,以及创意与技能并举的人才培养新需求,又考虑到我国教育统计的历史分类与未来社会发展领域的需要。相比较来说,“设计”类学科是此次新版学科专业目录中“艺术”类学科调整获益最大的学科。简言之,可以归纳为一个归类、两个增设的调整,即有关原“设计学”一级学科(1305)在新版学科专业目录中分别被调整归类到“艺术学”(1301)之中,延续原学科的历史、理论研究方向;并增设两个“设计”类学科点,一个是专业学位点(1357设计),含新增专业博士和硕士学位点;另一个是交叉学科的“设计学”学科点(1403),可授予工学、艺术学位。实事求是说,此次新学科目录的颁布将完善放管结合的学科专业目录运行机制,进一步增强高校学科专业设置自主权,推动学科专业目录向指导性、统计性和应用性转变。 相似文献

目的 为适应新时代中国特色社会主义对思政教育课程高水平发展与高素质人才的培养要求,极有必要以专业知识为载体,以课堂教学为媒介,开展课程思政教学改革研究。方法 在介绍课程思政建设背景的基础上,提出基于“三位一体”培养理念,开展集知识、能力、素质并进的知识–能力–素质(Knowledge-Ability-Quality,KAQ)思政育人培养模式。同时,结合凝练课程思政元素、党史故事融入课程教学,以问题为导向的启发式在线教学设计,丰富课堂授课与教学手段,改革课程考评体系等,并采用问卷调查结合学生访谈的形式改进教学方式。结果 92.0%的调查对象认为《食品添加剂》课程分值比例分配合理,并有96.8%受访者对教学模式表示赞同,可见教学改革已得到选课学生的普遍认可。结论 在《食品添加剂》课程教学过程中融入文化自信、求实创新、诚信与职业道德教育等案例内容,充分发挥课程思政对当代大学生的育人作用,实现专业教育与品德修养共同提高。 相似文献

competitive IT professionals, and insufficient education and training of university graduates, the Korean government has decided
to adopt a new paradigm in national IT engineering education, based on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing. SCM
weights improving competitiveness of the supply chain as a whole via a long-term commitment to supply chain relationships

培养符合创新型社会发展需求和与国际接轨的工程教育专业认证标准要求的应用型创新人才已经成为各高校工业工程专业需要长远规划的问题,因此测度人才培养模式对专业认证标准的响应契合程度是评价该模式有效性的重要指标。为了构建一套良好的应用型创新人才培养模式,本文基于能够全面表达模糊性和随机性特征的云理论,确立了7级测度云标尺,根据云理论扩展标度的层次分析法为培养模式各要素指标分配了权重,构建了响应云的测度模型,通过计算响应云与标尺云的贴近度确定隶属等级,实现了“培养模式—认证标准”响应性的有效测度。最后,将该测度模型进行了实证分析,结论表明:采用云理论构建了响应云的测度模型,实现了“培养模式—认证标准”响应性的评价,并客观表达了测度本身的模糊性和随机性;应用型创新人才培养模式包含的要素中,“教育理念B2”和“培养过程B4”占据了60%以上的比重,高校只有在这两个要素上取得较好的分值,才能提高培养模式对通用标准的响应契合程度。为今后高校工业工程专业制定契合工程教育专业认证的应用型创新人才培养模式提供了有价值的参考。 相似文献

This study analyzes the Industrial Property System (IPS) of Iran and proposes solutions for improving the system. Documentary research and a comparative study of the South Korea IPS are the main sources of information. The results indicate that although Iran has taken important steps towards improving its IPS, there are lingering problems. The organizational set-up of the IPS needs restructuring. Moreover, intellectual property (IP) management professionals and policy makers will benefit from IP training programs. Finally, IP policy making and IPS reform should be based on the needs of the industry. 相似文献
