为提高工业机器人的设计效率,对工业机器人进行功能分析及模块划分,将工业机器人分为4种通用模块,分别是执行器模块、旋转臂模块、俯摆臂模块及底座平台模块4种模块;建立模块之间的3种标准连接接口;对工业机器人各模块进行三级参数化设计,一级参数驱动机器人总体结构尺寸,二级参数驱动机器人各模块的结构尺寸,三级参数驱动机器人各零件的结构尺寸,制定机器人产品序列相关参数;最后利用该方法完成一种搬运机器人的三维模型设计,通过D-H方法建立了搬运机器人运动学模型及方程,推导出机器人的运动学正解及逆解,对模型机械结构的合理性和可达性进行了验证,并为机器人轨迹规划及实时控制提供了理论基础。用户进行机器人产品设计时,只需要根据实际工况选择合适的产品系列及模块种类并按照一定的方式进行模块装配,即可完成机器人设计,有效缩短了机器人设计周期和设计难度。 相似文献

System architecting in mechatronic systems design is a crucial task to define physical and logical configurations of subsystems and components that realize desired functions and behaviors. Particularly, it is crucial to consider sensor-actuator configurations that control the quality of desired functions. The paper proposes a computer-based tool based on extended Function-Behavior-State (FBS) modeling method that incorporates visualization of geometric information and introduction of an interval-temporal logic. These extensions allow system architects to communicate with experts in different domains and domain experts to conduct domain specific design tasks without having quantitative design information about physical configuration. 相似文献

Although modular design is a key technique for lifecycle design, effectiveness of modularity on environmental consciousness is not clear. This paper proposes an evaluation method of modular product from the viewpoint of resource efficiency. First, a product is modularized by applying our modularization method based on its lifecycle scenario. Second, the modular structure is evaluated by assuming that each module goes through preferable lifecycle paths (e.g., upgrading, reuse, and closed-loop recycling) designated by the scenario but unmodularized components go through unpreferable paths. Modular design is an important elemental technique in life cycle design for improving, e.g., maintainability, upgradability, reusability, and recyclability. Appropriate modular structure differs according to applied life cycle options; e.g., while the modular structure for recycling should be based on material kinds, the structure for upgrading should be based on functions to be obsolete. This paper proposes a method for determining modular structure by aggregating various attributes related to a product life cycle and evaluating geometric feasibility of modules. This publication presents an overview of approaches in structuring and using tools/techniques, based on the effectuation of creativity and decision-making in the design environment. In elaborating on characteristics of tools/techniques and ensuing ways of selecting them, the designer's portfolio of tools/techniques is characterised. The utilization rate of products, which indicates the extent to which product functionality has been exhausted, must be improved to increase eco-efficiency of the products. In this paper, we propose an intraoffice circulation model that can increase the utilization rate of office automation equipment. The manufacturer makes a contract with an office to provide the required functionality for a certain period. An office would require machines in each section. In our model, machines are periodically reallocated among the different sections with different user characteristics. The algorithm for optimizing circulation plan is developed using genetic algorithm. The model is applied to the use of copiers installed in a university office. The results verify the effectiveness of our model for reducing the environmental load. 相似文献

Tolerance specifications of design parameters influence both functional performance and manufacturing cost of products. Product functional performance is usually affected by uncertainties of design parameters, robust design can make product functional performance insensitive to those uncertainties. Based on the robust design method and the cost-tolerance models, a mathematical model has been developed for describing the relationships among functional performance, manufacturing costs, design parameters and tolerances. A new robust optimization method has also been developed to determine tolerances and design parameters simultaneously.
