本文研究了Fe_(71)Ni_(10)B_(13)Si_4C_2非晶态合金在磁场退火时的反常磁各向异性变化。结果表明,在430℃磁场热处理时优先发生了表面晶化现象,导致垂直磁各向异性的反常增大。磁矩取向的择优性取决于压应力引起的和磁场热处理感生的两种磁各向异性。  相似文献

根据非晶态Fe_5Co_(73)Si_(10)B_(12)合金薄带不同方向磁化曲线与磁致伸缩曲线随退火状态的变化规律,发现Curie温度低于晶化温度的非晶态合金经旋转磁场热处理时,可以消除由于自发磁化场所感生的磁各向异性。初步分析和讨论了淬火态(制备)非晶态合金具有磁各向异性的原因。  相似文献

本文对成分为Nd_(12)Fe_(77)Co_5B_6的合金进行快淬后晶化处理,得到的薄片和磁粉用振动样品磁强计(VSM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行性能和结构分析,发现在晶化处理后的薄片中出现明显的磁各向异性。其方向为Nd2Fe(14)B晶体的易磁化轴-c轴方向,这种各向异性有利于获得高性能的粘结快淬NdFeB磁体.  相似文献

研究了退火处理(1173~1273K、3h)对无Co贮氢合金MlNi4.0Al0.3Si0.1Fe0.6的微结构和电化学性能的影响。XRD分析表明,退火态合金仍为单相CaCu5型结构,但合金相的成分和结构的均匀性得到明显改善。金相观察和能谱分析显示:铸态合金为比较粗大的树枝晶结构并存在明显的成分偏析;经1173K处理后的合金仍为树枝晶,且树枝结构更为明显;但经1223~1273K处理后合金的显微组织转变为等轴晶;退火处理使合金中元素的分布趋于均匀化。电化学测试表明,退火处理后合金的放电容量有所提高,循环稳定性得到显著改善,但高倍率放电性能略有降低。研究发现,退火态合金电极的交换电流密度及氢在合金中的扩散系数较铸态合金的有所减小是导致其高倍率放电性能降低的主要原因。  相似文献

The powder X-ray diffraction patterns of LaFe11.5Si1.5 compounds annealed at different high temperatures from 1323 K (5 h) to 1623 K (2 h) show that a large amount of 1:13 phase begins to form in LaFe11.5Si1.5 compound annealed at 1423 K (5 h). In the temperature range from 1423 to 1523 K, α-Fe and LaFeSi phases rapidly decrease to form 1:13 phase. 为了研究不同退火方式对La0.75Mg0.25Ni3.44Co0.2Al0.03Ti0.03铸态合金的电化学性能影响,设计最终退火温度为1223K,并采用不同保温程序对合金进行退火处理。X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电镜(SEM)分析一段、两段保温法退火后合金的结构与性能结果表明,铸态及退火后合金由LaNi5,(La,Mg)2(Ni,Co,Al)7相以及少量LaNi2、TiNi3相组成,且退火后合金中(La,Mg)(Ni,Co,Al)3相出现。前者微观组织较后者均匀,并且前者的放电容量、放电效率好于后者。一段保温法更有利于改善合金的循环稳定性。  相似文献

FePt/Ag thin films were deposited by magnetron sputtering onto 7059 glass substrates, then were annealed at 550 ℃ for 30 min. Nanostructured FePt/Ag films were successfully obtained with the magnetic easy axis of L10 FePt perpendicular to the film plane. It was found that the development of (001) texture depended strongly on the thicknesses of FePt magnetic layer and Ag underlayer. The structural, electronic and magnetic behavior of the as-cast and annealed Mn52Al46Ti2 and Mn50Al46Ti4 alloys have been studied through electronic band structure calculations, X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements in the temperature range 4–850 K and magnetic field up to 7 T. Band structure calculations show a preference for Ti atoms to occupy the Mn sites in the plane of Al atoms with their magnetic moments (−0.68 μB/Ti) coupled antiparallel relative to the Mn magnetic moments in the plane of Mn atoms (2.33 μB/Mn). The as-cast and annealed samples were phase mixtures with different values of the hard ferromagnetic τ phase content. Except the as-cast and annealed at 1050 °C Mn52Al46Ti2 alloys, all the analyzed samples include, along with the τ and γ2 phases, a soft κ phase (CsCl - structure type) with TC around 530 K. The best magnetic characteristics were obtained for Mn52Al46Ti2 alloy annealed at 470 °C for 6 h: MS = 116 A m2/Kg at 4 K and TC = 668 K, in good agreement with the values reported in the literature for the τ phase of the MnAl system. The effects of the composition and of the preparation route on the electronic and magnetic properties are discussed in comparison with the properties of Mn54Al46 parent alloy.  相似文献

研究了Nd8.5Fe77.6B6.4Co4Zr3Cu0.5合金晶化处理后的微观结构.研究发现,该合金15 m/s淬态薄带只存在一个较宽的晶化峰,其晶化后的晶粒尺寸均匀性较差,晶化相中存在少量Fe77.2Nd22.8相,削弱了晶粒间的交换耦合作用.三维原子探针分析表明,Cu几乎不固溶于α-Fe,和Zr元素共同富集于Fe77.2Nd22.8相区.这些相的存在,使得合金的剩余磁化强度和磁滞回线的方形度降低,进而降低了合金的综合磁性能.  相似文献

用熔体快淬和晶化处理的方法制备了Nd2(FeGaCo)14B/α—Fe纳米复合材料,研究了晶化热处理温度和时间对材料磁性能的影响。结果表明Nd8Fe84.5Ga1Co2B4.5纳米复合材料的磁性能随热处理条件而变化,低温长时间和高温短时间热处理所得样品的最佳磁性能相当。  相似文献

The disordered face-centered-cubic A1 to the chemical ordered face-centered-tetragonal L10 phase transformation of chemically synthesized magnetic FePt nanoparticles has been studied in the millisecond regime using a pulsed high-density plasma arc light source. Under select annealing conditions, relatively high magnetic coercivities (Hc) and anisotropies (Hk) of FePt nanoparticles were obtained with the millisecond pulse processing without significant sintering of the nanoparticles.  相似文献

本文研究了预退火温度和时间对Fe(73.5)Cu1Mo3Si(13.5)B9非晶合金在最后退火过程中发生的 晶化及软磁性能的影响。结果表明:在较低温度下预退火能有效地控制合金的晶化过程,降低了最 后退火时所放出的晶化潜热。该合金在450℃进行1h预退火发生部分晶化,释放约32%的晶化 潜热,再经510℃保温1h最后退火其磁性能与制备态样品经510℃退火后的磁性能相比,最大磁 导率m显著提高,矫顽力Hc明显下降,Bs和Br无明显变化。  相似文献

将Fe73.5Cu1Nb3-xTixSi13.5B9(x=0,1,2,3)合金快淬带进行高能球磨制成粉末样品,在550℃真空退火1h,研究了磁粉的相结构及磁性。结果表明,随球磨时间延长,不添加Ti的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金中析出晶化相的晶格常数增大。添加Ti的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3-xTixSi13.5B9(x=0,1,2,3)合金在球磨60h后再退火,可以得到单一α-Fe(Si)软磁相,且随Ti含量增大,析出晶化相的晶格常数减小,饱和磁化强度增大、矫顽力降低。  相似文献

Barium (Bag) ferrite ultra fine powders were synthesized by using sol-gel in which polyethylene glycol 200(PEG200) was used as gelling agent. The transition of Ba ferrite was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) technology. The micro structural changes were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) for the specimens annealed at different temperatures. The transition temperatures were 414.55℃ and 755.78℃ separately corresponding to BaFe2O4 and BaFe12O19. There were three types of microstructures for Ba ferrite ultrafine powder specimen annealed at 800℃. For the specimens annealed at different temperatures, there were different kinds of Ba ferrites. The ferrite powder consists of BaFe12O19 and BaFe2O4 for the specimen annealed at 800℃,and only BaFe12O19 can be found in the specimen annealed at 1000℃. The magnetic properties, σs and Hc of BaFe12O19 ultrafine powders are different from that of BaFe12O19 bulk material.  相似文献
