通过对柴油醇的溶解特性和着火特性的研究,提出了由C4~C7醇+乙醚+聚合物+有机硝酸酯构成的复合添加剂。加入1%~2%复合添加剂后,柴油醇的溶解特性和十六烷值明显提高。通过发动机台架试验测定了柴油醇对发动机的冷起动性、燃烧特性和排放特性的影响。试验结果表明,加入复合添加剂后,柴油醇的冷起动性和缸内燃烧有了很大程度地改善,且着火延迟期增加很少;柴油醇的燃油消耗率有所增加而有效热效率却相应提高;烟度和NOx排放随乙醇掺合率增加而降低。 相似文献

通过两步合成法制备了曼尼西碱无灰分散剂。首先用高活性聚异丁烯(PIB)与苯酚在Lewis酸催化下进行烷基化反应生成聚异丁烯基酚,然后用聚异丁烯基酚、甲醛和多烯多胺合成曼尼西碱无灰分散剂可大大降低燃油喷嘴堵塞率。合成的曼尼西碱无灰分散剂可作为柴油多效添加剂的组分,用含酚基有机酸对其改性可得到性能优良的柴油稳定剂;用脂肪酸改性可得到柴油抗磨、分散添加剂;以其作为主剂的柴油消烟剂可减少柴油发动机燃烧时产生的黑烟。 相似文献

在一台6120Q直喷式柴油机上对十六烷值改进剂、表面活性剂和有机金属化合物作为柴油添加剂时降低柴油机碳烟排放的规律进行了试验。结果表明,三类化合物都能有效降低柴油机碳烟排放。采用均匀设计试验考察了十六烷值改进剂、表面活性剂、有机金属化合物和二甲苯的复合使用效果,并得到以这些成分间最佳比例组成的最优配方。在一台HZD433B柴油机对该配方柴油添加剂进行了性能试验,试验结果表明,在0#柴油中添加了1.5‰该配方柴油添加剂后,柴油发动机在全负荷时,有效功率平均增加3.0%;燃油消耗率平均下降2.2%;排气烟度平均下降19%;排气温度在大负荷时降低明显。 相似文献

有关柴油中添加具有清净分散作用的添加剂的研究已成为降低柴油机排放的重要课题。在同一台TY1100柴油机上分别使用试验用空白柴油、加0.15%长城牌LCD级润滑油的柴油样品和加0.15%石油磺酸钙清净分散剂的柴油样品,测定了柴油发动机排放气中各种有害组分的含量、发动机性能和燃烧特性。结果表明,在柴油中添加石油磺酸钙清净分散剂,可以降低柴油机的排放烟度和CO含量,特别是烟度的降低幅度较大。柴油机在高输出功率区域运转时,随着功率的增大,烟度的下降幅度增大。 相似文献

利用复配优化技术研制了一种柴油储存安定性添加剂,对其理化性能指标进行分析,并考察其对柴油安定性指标的影响。结果表明:该添加剂的综合性能优于美军同类添加剂产品;可抑制富含胶质柴油的实际胶质生成,且呈现柴油安定性越差,抑制作用越明显的规律;可有效降低柴油中总不溶物含量,且总不溶物含量下降率与柴油质量衰变的严重程度成正比;对酸度、色度没有明显影响。经研究,确定将总不溶物含量作为柴油储存寿命的表征指标,预计该添加剂可使柴油储存寿命延长1.6倍以上。 相似文献

The research related to the production of ecologically friendly diesel fuel by introducing a basic hydro treated fuel antiwear bioadditives prepared based on different raw materials. An analysis of existing anti-wear additives was carried out. The main characteristics of samples of environmentally friendly diesel fuel are determined. A reduction in the diameter of the fuel wear spot has been established, which means that a decrease in the wear of diesel engine parts has been achieved and the duration of its use has been increased. The mechanism of action of additives for diesel fuel is studied in terms of molecular interactions. Using UV spectrophotometry,
electron microscopy, conductivity, and other methods, we give experimental evidence of these interactions in diesel, including
in the presence of additives. It is shown for the first time that the efficiency of diesel additives depends on the formation
of new structures, such as charge-transfer complexes. Based on the analysis of the chemical structure of various additives,
we make a conclusion that they all are classified as surfactants. It is known that diesel fuels are disperse fuel systems.
Therefore, the experimental data on decreasing surface tension at the interface of a disperse fuel system in the presence
of additives indicate that the additives are fuel stabilizers. A conclusion is drawn that additives that differ in chemical
structure and have different functional purposes, including multifunctional additives, operate in a fuel disperse system by
a common mechanism that is similar to the action of surfactants in classical disperse systems. This mechanism is associated
with an increase in the stability of a disperse fuel system in the presence of additives and, as a consequence, with an improvement

从柴油的化学组成及其对柴油润滑性能的影响出发,介绍了80年代、90年代欧美柴油的润滑水平和解决办法,指出:由于环境保护法规的日益严格,柴油中的多环芳烃和其它抗磨杂质的含量随之下降,柴油的抗磨性变得越来越差;我国柴油的润滑性也是一个潜在的重要问题。在分析我国柴油润滑性的现状后,提出了控制柴油润滑质量的方法及开发高效润滑性添加剂的建议。 相似文献

The exhaust of diesel engine is a main significant air pollution source which affects the environment and human life. A number of researchers have contributed their valuable efforts from each and every perspective to reduce air pollution. In the present work in-depth analysis is done on the recent investigation which is carried out in the field of alternative Fuels. The study examines the result of several aspects of emulsion stability and also investigated variables such as type of surfactant, mixing speed, mixing time and various additives and its effect on emission. Higher mixing speed with less water percentage increases emulsion stability. The objective of this paper is to highlight the analysis on W/D emulsion fuel, emulsion fuel stability and effect of W/D fuel on combustion, performance and emission characteristic.
