The effect of load on the tribological behaviour of three different two-dimensional carbon-carbon composites, including polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibre-pitch matrix, PAN fibre-chemical vapour infiltrated (CVI) matrix, and pitch fibre-resin/CVI hybrid matrix composites has been compared. Results indicated that friction and wear rate variations with slide distance depended on load and the type of composite. The worn surface morphology was categorized into three types (I, II and III). The friction coefficient, wear rate and temperature all increased sharply when the transition from type I to type II occurred. When the powdery type II debris was compacted to form the lubricative type III debris, the friction coefficient and wear rate declined, although never approached their initial type I levels. For all composites, a higher load can accelerate the transition from type I to type II, but impedes the transition from type II to type III. Under 2.4 MPa, the type II morphology was never observed to transform into type III morphology in this study. 相似文献

由吸气管与毛细管热交换形成的回热器对小型制冷装置的制冷性能有着重要影响。目前,回热器主要有以下四种类型:毛细管外穿式、铝箔覆盖式、铜锡焊式、毛细管内穿式。结合理论分析,实验研究了制冷装置采用不同类型回热器时毛细管进出口温度、吸气管进出口温度、蒸发器温度以及压缩机吸排气温度对其工作性能的影响。结果表明,从换热性能上看,毛细管内穿式回热器与铜锡焊式回热器的性能基本相同,从制冷装置总体制冷性能上看,毛细管内穿式回热器优于铜锡焊式,且比毛细管外穿式及铝箔覆盖式回热器同等条件下单位容积制冷量提高17.4%,采用毛细管内穿式回热器有利于提高系统的制冷性能。 相似文献

用IRaman谱研究了射频-直流等离子体化学气相沉积法制备的类金刚石膜结构,用弯曲法研究了类金刚石膜的应力,用光学显微镜对类金刚石膜中由于压应力的释放所形成的花样形貌进行了观察。类金刚石膜中存在1~4.7GPa的压应力。由于应力释放,在膜-基界面处观察到正弦曲线状、分枝状、直线状和花状花样外,还观察到时钟状和水泡状两种新型应力释放花样,用薄板起皱理论可以很好地解释这两种新花样。 相似文献

TiO2 ceramic coatings with thickness of 20 μm were formed on the surface of pure titanium by micro-plasma oxidation. Their micro-structures were investigated by by using X-ray diffraction and their surface images were detected by using scan electronic microscope. There were three kinds of TiO2 coatings, pure anatase type TiO2 phase, mixed phases consisted of rutile type TiO2 phase and anatase type TiO2 phase, pure rutile type TiO2 phase. The coating surface with the pure anatase type TiO2 phase is rough, while the coating surface with the pure rutile type TiO2phase is smooth. The upper coating surface with the mixed type TiO2 phases is anatase type TiO2 structure and the subsurface of the TiO2 coating is rutile type TiO2structure. 相似文献

The inherent defect of particle misplacement in traditional hydrocyclones is the main reason for the deterioration of separation accuracy and has obtained wide attentions. This paper presents three novel hydrocyclones based on the traditional cylindrical-conical type and cylindrical type. The effect of the hydrocyclone structure on the flow field characteristics and separation performance is investigated by a validated two fluid model. The numerical results show that a higher turbulence intensity deteriorates the separation performance of CCB type (cylindrical-conical-flat bottom type) and C type (cylindrical type), while a greater tangential velocity and velocity gradient improve the separation accuracy of MS type (multi-stage cylindrical type). Hydrocyclones with a flat-bottom structure reduces the misplaced fine particles due to the effect of the internal swirling flow and the axial circulation flow in the spigot. The MS type has the lowest imperfection value and the cut size of 76.5 μm implying a sharpness separation sharpness and an appropriate separation result. CC type has the minimum cut size of 62.21 μm, while the maximum cut size of 120.68 μm for C type. 相似文献

高速脱水机减振悬挂系统是其工作状态下抑振性能的基本保证,其中悬挂系统参数的波动更是直接影响高速脱水机的抑振效果。利用高速脱水机的动力学模型建立其筒体振幅的响应面模型,以该响应面模型为优化目标,悬挂系统参数为优化对象,分别采用传统遗传算法和基于Taguchi改进方法的混合遗传算法进行参数优化。对两种优化方法应用蒙特卡洛法进行了算法分析。基于优化结果,开展了高速脱水机多工况筒体振动试验研究,并进行了对比验证。结果表明,基于Taguchi改进方法的混合遗传算法具有更优的精确性和稳健性,对于工程应用具有指导意义。 相似文献
