为建立方便可靠的芦荟甙测定方法,以监督芦荟类保健食品的质量,利用在硼砂介质中芦荟甙能与硼砂发生化学反应,使体系荧光强度大幅度提高的特点,采用荧光光度法对芦荟胶囊中芦荟甙含量进行了测定。方法的平均加标回收率为98.0%,相对标准偏差为2.7%。该法经济、准确、快速,能够用于芦荟类保健食品中芦荟甙的测定。  相似文献

通过分光光度法分别测定海南地区库拉索芦荟的凝胶汁、全叶汁、凝胶冻干粉、全叶冻干粉、凝胶烘干粉以及全叶烘干粉各项制品中O-乙酰基含量,评价海南地区库拉索芦荟各制品中的乙酰化多糖的含量。结果显示海南地区库拉索芦荟凝胶汁、全叶汁、凝胶冻干粉、全叶冻干粉、凝胶烘干粉、全叶烘干粉各制品中的O-乙酰基含量分别为431、528、70 350、62 7102、9 580、29 840 mg/kg,该方法简单方便、稳定。  相似文献

建立了用甲醇提取,并用Waters HBL固相萃取小柱进行净化,高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定芦荟干粉中芦荟甙的含量.使用C18柱,以甲醇:1%醋酸水溶液(体积比为1:1)为流动相,采用紫外检测器在359nm处对样品中的芦荟甙进行测定,外标法进行定性定量分析.测定结果表明,芦荟甙在0~100mg/L时其峰面积与进样质量的线性相关系数达到0.9999,测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%~3.2%(n=6).试样加标回收率为98.1%~101%.该方法的最小检测浓度为0.02mg/kg.测定结果显示:该方法快速、灵敏、可靠,具有简便,重现性好的特点.  相似文献

目的比较4个标准方法中高效液相色谱法测定芦荟及其制品中芦荟甙含量的优劣。方法分别采用4个标准的前处理方法处理芦荟及其制品,并对样品做低、中、高3个浓度水平的加标实验,采用4个色谱方法测定芦荟甙的含量。通过计算相对标准偏差和回收率等方面来评价4个方法的优劣。结果芦荟甙的出峰时间为8.807 min。线性方程为Y=13700X+16000,相关系数r为0.9994。4种方法的相对标准偏差为0.21%、0.37%、0.35%和0.18%,加标回收率为97.3%、98.3%、98.8%和98.5%。结论 4个方法的测定结果均满足对芦荟及其制品测定芦荟甙前处理要求,其中QB/T2489-2007《食品原料用芦荟制品》的前处理步骤最方便快捷,使用的有机试剂量最少,回收率最高。适用于芦荟及其制品中芦荟甙含量的测定。  相似文献

目的 研制有通便功能的芦荟胶囊,建立产品质量标准.方法 通过研究制剂成型性优化筛选富莱欣牌芦荟胶囊配方,设计生产工艺,评价产品稳定性、安全性以及通便功能.结果 确定芦荟胶囊所用芦荟冻干粉每天最佳用量折合芦荟(以干品计)约1.5 g/d,确定大豆膳食纤维最佳用量区间为90~100 mg/d,玉米淀粉最佳用量区间为1200~1400 mg/d,二氧化硅最佳添加量为3.8~4.1 mg/d.连续3批产品质量稳定,功效成分及理化指标在3个月(38±1)℃和相对湿度75%的环境中有很好的稳定性.未见明显毒副作用、排便状况和粪便性状明显改善(P<0.05).结论 该胶囊生产工艺可行,证明具有明显的通便功能,且各项质量指标稳定性良好.  相似文献

用甲醇回流浸提苦瓜总甙,并经硅胶柱分离制备单体皂甙Momordicoside A,以Momordicoside A为标样,选择波长546nm,采用分光光度法,建立了苦瓜总皂甙含量测定方法。实验结果表明:全苦瓜干粉中总皂甙质量分数为0.0432%;标准曲线下,皂甙含量自40μg到200μg呈线形关系,回归方程为A=0.0058C-0.1125(R^2=0.9994)加样回收率为102.72%,RSD为3.99%。本法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为苦瓜原料及苦瓜制品质量评价方法。  相似文献

Estrogen deficiencies associated with menopause accelerate spontaneous skin aging and stimulate the ultraviolet (UV) irradiation‐induced photoaging of skin. However, food compositions with the potential to ameliorate the UV irradiation‐induced acceleration of skin aging with menopause have not yet been investigated in detail. In the present study, we examined the ability of plant sterols derived from Aloe vera gel to prevent the UV irradiation‐induced acceleration of skin aging in ovariectomized mice. Skin transepidermal water loss (TEWL) was significantly higher in the ovariectomy group than in the sham operation group following UVB irradiation, whereas skin elasticity was significantly lower. Ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation induced greater reductions in skin hyaluronic acid levels and more severe collagen fiber damage in the derims in the ovariectomy group than in the sham group. The intake of AVGP significantly ameliorated this acceleration in skin aging by reducing the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and increasing that of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and hyaluronan synthase (HAS) in the skin. These results indicate that AVGP supplementation prevents skin damage induced by UVB irradiation and ovariectomy in part by inhibiting damage to the extracellular matrix.  相似文献

Fresh‐cut apples are easily susceptible to browning and microbial spoilage. In this study, an edible coating prepared from Aloe vera gel containing antibrowning solution was applied to preserve the quality of fresh‐cut apples during storage. Fresh‐cut apples were treated with both an Aloe vera gel and an Aloe vera gel containing 0.5% cysteine and then stored at 4 °C for 16 d. The color, firmness, weight loss, soluble solid content, titratable acidity, microbial analysis, and sensory evaluation were analyzed during storage. Fresh‐cut apples coated with the Aloe vera gel showed delayed browning and reduced weight loss and softening compared to the control. The Aloe vera gel coating was also effective in reducing the populations of the total aerobic bacteria and yeast and molds. In particular, Aloe vera gel containing 0.5% cysteine was most effective in delaying browning and the reduction of microbial populations among the treatments. These results suggest that an Aloe vera gel coating can be used for maintaining the quality of fresh‐cut apples.  相似文献

Effect of pressure level (60–740 MPa), process dwell time (3–40 min), and pH (2.32–5.68) on rheological properties, pectinmethylesterase (PME) enzyme activity and microbiological characteristics of aloe vera juice was studied. A quadratic model was developed for rheological parameters and it was found that pressure level had the most significant effect on all the responses (p < 0.05) followed by pH and dwell time. Pectinmethylesterase activity was evaluated and a maximum of up to 30% inactivation was obtained. Microbial analysis of high pressure treated samples revealed that samples treated at 400 MPa for 20 min at pH 4 reduced microbial counts to <10 cfu mL?1 achieving up to 5.66 log cycle reduction.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In the present work, bimetallic nanoparticles were in situ generated in cotton fabrics using Aloe Vera extract as reducing agent. The nanocomposite cotton fabrics were prepared, individually with 5 mM concentrations of Ag and Cu salt solutions and equi.molar concentration of their combination, characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDX, and antibacterial tests. FT-IR studies reveal that nitro compounds and hydroxyl groups are involved in reduction of the metal salts into their metal nanoparticles. The nanocomposite cotton fabrics have shown good antibacterial activity for five bacteria. These fabrics can be used for dressing, wound healing, packaging, and medical applications.  相似文献

本文比较研究了鲜榨、冷榨、热榨和酶解工艺对芦荟凝胶原汁提取效果的影响。结果表明:采用酶解工艺时,芦荟凝胶出汁率最高,其次是热榨工艺、冷榨工艺,而鲜榨工艺出汁率最低。热榨原汁比酶解原汁的营养成分损失少、多糖保存率高,粘度下降慢。热榨工艺适宜于芦荟凝胶原汁的制取。  相似文献

报道了用同时蒸馏-萃取装置(SDE)提取干、鲜芦荟花的挥发性物质,测得干、鲜芦荟花挥发油含量分别为2.23%和2.81%,用GC/MS法从干、鲜芦荟花的挥发油中分别分离确认出10种和24种化学成分。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量。  相似文献
