利用RomaxDesigner软件建立了静液压装载机驱动桥齿轮传动系统虚拟样机,采用IS0281和Romax Adjusted轴承疲劳寿命预测方法,对滚动轴承疲劳寿命进行了预测分析。结果表明,各支承轴承的寿命较长,损伤较低,可满足工作要求,这为静液压装载机驱动桥的进一步分析、优化提供了参考。 相似文献

为了使装载机驱动桥疲劳试验更加真实地反映装载机实际作业情况,研究了装载机驱动桥疲劳试验扭矩加载谱的编制方法。在扭矩加载谱的编制过程中,根据装载机驱动桥实际扭矩特性,提出了驱动桥疲劳试验时前传动轴正反转加载的方法,确定了前传动轴载荷谱的分级数、载荷循环阈值和疲劳试验时的转速。结果表明:依据前传动轴正反转加载的方法处理的等效效果与装载机实际作业情况相一致,很大程度地降低疲劳试验难度;疲劳试验时前传动轴转速的选择方法可使疲劳试验更加真实地模拟装载机实际作业情况;加载一个强化疲劳试验加载谱块需11.4 h,相当于装载机实际作业609.2 h,明显加快了驱动桥疲劳试验的进程。 相似文献

According to the rules of UIC515-3, the service loads of the axles are defined, which include some different loads cases as follows: the static loads; the impact loads resulted from running through the rail joints and unevenness rails; the loads through curves and from braking. Through the calculating and analysis, the stress distribution of the hollow axles is obtained for 200 km/h high speed motor trains used in China. At the same time, the fatigue crack growth of hollow axles is studied, and the initial surface cracks of 2 mm depth caused by hard objects strike or the other causes are discussed. On the basis of the linear elastic fracture mechanics theory, the stress intensity factor of the crack of the geometry transition outside the wheel seat is also studied. Associated with fatigue crack propagation equation and the corresponding crack propagation threshold, the crack propagation characteristics under different shapes are calculated. Then the running distances are educed with different shapes propagating to the critical length, and the estimation of the residual lives about hollow axles which are the reference values of examine and repair limit of the hollow axle is given. 相似文献

The axle is one of the most important components of a rail vehicle which transmits the weight of the vehicle to the wheels,
meets the vertical and horizontal loads formed during static and dynamic moving, and carries the driving moment and braking
moment. The prediction of fatigue failure of axles plays an important role in preventing fatigue fractures. Varying loads
on components lead to cumulative failure in the mechanism. In this study, failures in axles of rail vehicles serving the Istanbul
Transportation Co. have been investigated. Statistical evaluation of real life values has been performed by taking into account
the kilometer and load cycle. Equivalent stresses have been used to derive life equations and diagrams by using one of the
cumulative life theories known as the Palmgren-Miner method. Finally, theoretical and practical Wohler diagrams S-N (σ-N:

针对近海废弃物收集系统中压缩装置在焊接处易产生裂纹等问题,对压缩装置的推板进行了疲劳寿命分析。首先基于有限元法对推板进行静力学分析,得到推板在理论载荷和约束下的应力应变云图。结果表明:推板强度能够满足设计要求,最大受力区域位于推板顶部,推板变形较大。为保证推板的安全性,对推板的结构做出改进,并进一步对改进后的推板做静力学分析。结果表明:改进后的推板变形量减小的同时强度依然满足设计要求。将改进后推板的强度分析结果导入Ansys Workbench疲劳寿命分析模块中,在推板的应力历程和疲劳特性S-N曲线的基础上,对推板的疲劳寿命进行预测。结果显示:推板的疲劳寿命最小值为9.2×106次;在最大基本载荷扩大1.1倍后,推板的疲劳寿命循环次数为4.1×105次;推板的整体结构相对安全,但与推板相连的液压缸基座处应力最大,产生疲劳裂纹的可能性最大。 相似文献

Mechanical analysis of cylinders being upset between spherical concave platen and concave supporting plate is conducted. Rigid-plastic mechanical models for cylinders are presented. When the ratio of height to diameter, is larger than 1, there exists two-dimensional tensile stress in the deformed body, when the ratio is smaller than 1, there exists shear stress in static hydraulic zone. The former breaks through the theory that there is three-dimensional compressive stress irrespective of any ratio of height to diameter. The latter satisfactorily explains the mechanism of layer-like cracks in disk-shaped forgings and the flanges of forged gear axles. The representation of the two models makes the upsetting, theory into correct and perfect stage. 相似文献

分析了地铁ATC天线安装支架焊缝出现开裂和动应力较大现象的主要影响因素。采取改进设计ATC天线安装支架结构的方式,降低焊缝区域应力,提高ATC天线安装支架疲劳寿命。运用ANSYS进行了静强度和疲劳强度计算,根据静强度应力云图和疲劳强度Goodman曲线进行对比分析。分析结果表明:在同样加载条件下,改进后的ATC天线安装支架焊缝出现开裂和动应力较大处的最大应力大为改善。 相似文献

A guideway vehicle is used in automobile, semiconductor and LCD manufacturing industries to transport products efficiently.
Since the operating speed of the guideway vehicle should be increased for maximum productivity, the weight of the vehicle
has to be reduced, and this weight reduction may cause a failure of a part in the system. Therefore, the estimation of the
fatigue life of the parts becomes an important problem. In this study, the fatigue life of the wheels in the guideway vehicle
is estimated using an S-N curve. To obtain the fatigue life of a part, the S-N curve, the dynamic stress time history applied
to the part, and the material property of the part are required. The S-N curve of the driving wheel is obtained from the fatigue
experiment on wheels. To obtain the material properties of the driving wheel, which is composed of aluminum with urethane
coating, the result of a compression hardware test and static analysis of the wheel’s FE model are used. The dynamic stress
time history influencing the driving wheel can be obtained from linear superposition of the dynamic load time history and
the static stress. The dynamic load time history is estimated by multibody dynamic analysis, and the static stress is obtained

针对为减小轮式装载机物料洒落而加入的液压减振回路的行驶稳定系统,建立其数学振动模型,推导出行驶稳定系统的等效刚度、阻尼并分析其影响因素.为求解数学振动模型的特性参数,采用Pro/E建模和ADAMS仿真方法.分析仿真结果表明:加入液压减振回路可减小行驶稳定系统的振动,而减振效果的关键是选取合适的蓄能器参数. 相似文献
