文中从金属应变式压力传感器的基本理论出发,以硅弹性膜铂应变电阻压力传感器为原型,推导了圆形和方形弹性膜片上电阻的变化率(dR/R)公式。通过比较,选用方形弹性膜为压力承压膜,以优化承压膜的宽厚比为出发点,用有限元方法对不同厚度方形膜片(宽度为2 mm)进行应力分析。由硅材料的屈服应力与最大位移的限制,确定了最优的膜厚范围;根据有限元仿真的结果对压力传感器进行优化设计,对所做压力传感器芯片进行测试,在6.00×104~1.06×105Pa的范围内,其精度优于50 Pa. 相似文献

The present study investigated design parameters of shunt valves and anti-siphon device used to treat patients with hydrocephalus. The shunt valve controls drainage of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) through passive deflection of a thin and small diaphragm. The anti-siphon device (ASD) is optionally connected to the valve to prevent overdrainage when the patients are in the standing position. The major design parameters influencing pressure-flow characteristics of the shunt valve were analyzed using ANSYS structural program. Experiments were performed on the commercially available valves and showed good agreements with the computer simulation. The results of the study indicated that predeflection of the shunt valve diaphragm is an important design parameter to determine the opening pressure of the valve. The predeflection was found to depend on the diaphragm tip height and could be adjusted by the diaphragm thicknesss and its elastic modulus. The major design parameters of the ASD were found to be the clearance (gap height) between the thin diaphragm and the flow orifice. Besides the gap height, the opening pressure of the ASD could be adjusted by the diaphragm thickness, its elastic modulus, area ratio of the diaphragm to the flow orifice. Based on the numerical simulation which considered the increased subcutaneous pressure introduced by the tissue capsule pressure on the implanted shunt valve system, optimum design parameters were proposed for the ASD. 相似文献

设计了机械密封用焊接金属波纹管失弹试验装置,得到工况下波纹管弹力变化值,为波纹管的结构设计提供了数据依据。采用新研制的波纹管失弹试验装置,实现了在高温下对失弹试验数据的连续测量;在ANSYS Workbench中对主要受力零件进行了有限元分析,得出结论:本套试验装置中,波纹管的失弹现象完全由波纹膜片应力松弛产生,与其他零部件应力松弛无关,证明了所设计试验装置的科学性与可行性。 相似文献

A complete solution in closed form to the elastic contact of a one-dimensional sinusoidal surface with a flat surface was presented by Westergaard in 1939. This paper is concerned with the elastic contact of a two-dimensional sinusoidal surface with a flat. In this case the stress distribution within the elastic solids is three-dimensional. As the load is increased the contact areas change in shape from being circular to square and finally leave a circular region of no contact when the waves are almost squashed flat. The problem is solved in general using a numerical method due to Kalker, but asymptotic solutions in closed form have been found for light loads and also for heavy loads at which contact is almost complete. The variation of the mean separation with load, which determines the volume of the space trapped between the two surfaces, is also found. 相似文献
