感绿胶片/稀土增感屏系统可大大降低射线剂量。这主要是由于稀土增感屏比钨酸钙增感屏有较高的X线吸收效率及转换为可见光的效率。感绿的屏/片体系显示了细微的影像颗粒,具有较高的解像力。这主要是由于感绿片采用了T颗粒技术及抗交迭效应技术,提高了乳剂对荧光的吸收,同时防止交迭光的散射危害。  相似文献

本文以实例表明用柯达T颗粒感绿X线胶片配合专用的硫氧化钆/铽稀土元素绿增感屏进行矽肺肺摄影可以取得优越的临床诊断效果:细微结构清晰、信息量增加,有利于早期病变的检出。X线投照量仅需作对比用的常规富士感蓝X线胶片和钨屏组合的五分之一至三分之一。  相似文献

本文涉及无损检测用增感屏的保护层研究。通过在保护层中试验添加导电材料V205、促进剂M003,在不同湿度条件下测试涂层的表面电阻,筛选确定最佳添加量组合V205:M003=50:1;同时,通过在保护层中辅助添加阴离子型含氟表面活性剂FS-60(浓度1g/l)和有机硅类型润滑剂(浓度2g/l),改善增感屏表观质量以降低保护层表面磨擦系数和高湿度条件下金属增感屏与胶片的黏连趋势,从而避免暗室操作过程中胶片与金属增感屏之间产生磨擦静电和黏连静电。  相似文献

Rare earth doped LuBO3 thin films have been prepared by combining sol-gel process and coating techniques such as spin coating and spray pyrolysis. Annealing treatment results in the crystallization of the film as vaterite phase and incorporation of the doping ions in solid solution. XPS and RBS spectroscopies showed that the composition of the films is close to the nominal one. Adventitious carbon has been observed and attributed to incomplete pyrolysis of metal-organic precursors. XPS concentration profiles show a good homogeneity for the films. RBS demonstrated some inter-diffusion between amorphous carbon substrate and borate films resulting in a gradient of carbon at the interface between the substrate and the film itself. Finally scintillation spectra have been recorded and demonstrate the potentiality of these films to be used as X-ray intensifying screens.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备硅铝二元膜包覆稀土发光材料. 通过扫描电镜、X光电子能谱、比表面、多晶X射线衍射、荧光光谱和发光亮度的测试, 研究了材料的结构、包覆层与原始发光材料的相互作用及材料发光性能; 进一步通过pH值测定, 考察了材料的耐水性. 结果表明, 包覆层以无定型态与原始发光材料以化学作用结合, 而不是简单的物理包覆; 在原始发光材料表面包覆一层均匀的硅铝二元膜, 可有效提高材料的耐水性能, 而对材料的发光性能影响不大.  相似文献

The structures of dibutylphosphoric acid zirconium salt (Zr-DBP) and of the complexes formed in the organic phase in extraction of rare-earth elements with Zr-DBP were suggested on the basis of the extraction and IR data. The influence exerted by the acidity, Zr-DBP concentraiton, and degree of extractant saturation with the metal on the structure of the complexes was examined. The contributions of various extraction mechanisms for all the rare-earth elements and also for Am and Cm were revealed by mathematical simulation. Irrespective of the diluent, addition of TBP to Zr-DBP decreases the distribution factors of Ce, Eu, and Am but increases the extractant capacity for rare-earth elements by a value that considerably exceeds the extraction of the elements with TBP taken separately.  相似文献

The recombination properties of silicon passivated with films of rare-earth oxides were investigated. The films were obtained by thermal resistive sputtering of a rare-earth metal followed by thermal oxidation of the obtained layer in air at 400 °C. It was established that the effective nonequilibrium charge-carrier lifetime measured by photoconductivity relaxation is 2–3 times higher after deposition of the rare-earth oxide film. Surface recombination rates at the silicon-rare-earth oxide interface were determined to be 290–730 cm/s for different rare-earth oxides. The combination of high optical transmittance of the experimental materials and low recombination losses in silicon coated with a rare-earth oxide film makes it possible to recommend rare-earth oxide films as optical antireflection and passivating coatings for silicon photoelectric devices. The paper presents the experiments on adding rare-earth element cerium to diamond matrix composites. Based on the doping of rare earth in metal powders including tungsten carbide, a small amount of nickel, iron entirely replacing cobalt in diamond matrix and the process route of rare earth doping is indicated. The performance of matrix composites with and without rare-earth elements has been assessed. The results obtained show that the flexural strength, the hardness, and the impact ductility of matrix composites with rare-earth elements have been improved. The flexural strength and the impact ductility increased correspondently by 10–62% and about 5, as compared to composites free of rare-earth elements. Rare-earth diamond tool matrix composites where Co was r’eplaced with Fe, which provides a good practical service performance and a low price, have been successfully studied, corresponding diamond bits and saw blades have been manufactured.  相似文献
