1 模具材料及热处理技术的发展 本文对模具热处理工艺进行分析,充分挖掘模具材料和强韧化及表面强化处理工艺。如细化碳化物,改进预处理工艺,模具的“低温”淬火、模具的“高温”淬火、模具的“中温”回火,真空热处理、模具淬火、回火快速冷却。以便更有效地提高模具使用寿命。  相似文献

一、真空热处理的特点及发展方向为了防止模具在热处理时的表面氧化、脱碳和增碳,以往主要采用盐浴或箱式炉保护加热,近年来也开始采用可控气氛加热。在高温加热时,要想使气体介质、保护剂或盐浴,在全部加热过程中一直保持中性,以防止它们和金属发生反应是比较困难的。但用氩、氮等惰性气体,虽然可达到目的,但由于成本太高而难于推广。真空则可作为理想的加热介质来处理模具。模具在真空中加热好后,将中性气体通入炉内的冷却室中  相似文献

针对某玻璃珠压制模具在使用过程中出现纵向裂纹问题,采用断口分析、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法分析了开裂原因。认为,真空油淬出现高温渗碳是引起模具纵向开裂的主要原因。采用真空高压气淬,淬火温度1 080℃,550℃回火热处理工艺后,未发生纵向开裂现象。  相似文献

从压制阴模模具材料、热处理制度、金相组织等方面研究了粉末冶金压制阴模键子处裂纹形成原因,讨论了粉末冶金齿毂模结构及压制模具设计结构的合理性,通过分析数据得到了开裂的原因并加以改正。结果表明,压制阴模本身的材质选择和热处理制度没有问题,导致裂纹产生的主要原因是整体模具结构设计不合理,导致压制阴模键子损坏。改进原有模具结构可以提高压制模具寿命,降低模具使用成本,保证生产顺利进行。  相似文献

The Cr12MoV steel was chosen as the material of multistation progressive dies, and its impact toughness and hardness were measured, following different heat treatments. Based on experimental results, a practical technology carried out in vacuum is recommended as the strengthening and toughening treatment for these dies: 980°C oil pre-quenching, oil quenching again at 980°C, final tempering at 200°C for 1 hour, and then air cooling. This treatment makes the steel have fine austenitic grains and carbide particles, and thus leads to good combination of strength and toughness such that the service life of the dies is increased.  相似文献

The reindustrialization of production is considered. As an example, a working model is developed for the heat-treatment equipment used in the production of dies made from special steels. In reindustrialization, productive capacity that has been lost or has grown outdated during deindustrialization must be restored or modernized. Heat treatment is of particular importance since it is part of the manufacture and restoration of most tools. Modern Russian equipment permits high-quality heat treatment of many special steels so as to ensure the required mechanical properties. All the basic groups of die steels are considered in terms of their performance: steel of increased wear resistance; secondary-hardening crumple-resistant steel; steel with elevated impact strength; steel of moderate thermostability and high ductility; steel of elevated thermostability and ductility; and steel of high thermostability. The requirements on the properties of these groups are analyzed, and possible means of attaining those properties by heat treatment are identified. By comparing the specific purpose of die steels, their required properties, and the possible means of attaining those properties by heat treatment, the appropriate equipment is chosen. Modern Russian equipment permits high-quality heat treatment of die steels so as to ensure the required mechanical properties. At present, it is important to create production systems that incorporate the vast wealth of Russian specialists’ accumulated experience and the best available technologies. This is a very complex problem, in both engineering and economic terms.  相似文献

A new, highly innovative manufacturing method is under development in research and industry, where the workpiece undergoes simultaneously a hot and a cold forging process followed by press hardening directly in the forging dies. Such a high complex forging technology is simulated by means of the finite element method, where the inductive electrical heating is modelled with substitute sources for the heat production besides the forming and the cooling process with thermal deformation and eigenstress evolution. The measured data for the temperature field and the final geometry of the forging test are compared to the results of the simulation, showing a very good agreement.  相似文献
