Providing longitudinal health care information with the new German Health Card--a pilot system to track patient pathways

The paper describes an application system that employs the new German Health Card to provide a technical solution for tracking patient pathways. The aim is to improve the flow and availability of health care information. We used standard software components and technologies in order to facilitate interoperability with multiple system platforms and allow for customizing as the specification process for the German Health Card is not yet completed. Every health care provider contact is recorded on the card and associated medical documents are stored in a central database and can be retrieved via Web Services running on a central application server. The patient pathway can thus be chronologically tracked by the clinician and relevant longitudinal information is made accessible quickly. Our system for tracking patient pathways with the new German Health Card can be regarded as a first example of its great future potential.     

基于移动代理的可靠数据传输机制研究

基于市政交通一卡通系统的实践背景,分析了传统的消息中间件在解决具有动态、复杂网络结构的应用系统的数据可靠传输时所面临的问题,提出了基于移动代理的可靠数据传输机制。该方案采用蚂蚁算法进行路由优化,并利用移动代理建立节点间的动态连接,可以有效提高数据传输的可靠性及效率。     

日志分析法在一卡通系统测试中的应用*

针对一卡通系统测试中因输出结果数量大、系统关联复杂、测试准则构造困难等因素而导致的难以判断输出结果正确性的问题,提出了扩展日志分析法。介绍了实现该方法的系统结构和所使用的测试状态机,引入了一种自行开发的支持层次化状态机、具有执行自定义函数功能的状态机定义语言,增强了扩展日志分析法测试复杂大型系统的能力。该方法在一卡通系统测试中得到了应用。

该文从硬件、软件接口及功能上阐述了在军卫一号架构上实现病员就诊排队管理的系统,其目标是面向和服务医院的一线门诊工作,改善就医流程和净化医院工作环境,提高医院信息化管理水平。     

Secure Disconnected Agent Interaction for Electronic Commerce Activities Using CapBasED-AMS

CapBasED-AMS is a capability-based and event-driven activity management system that is used to support many of the day-to-day workflow oriented activities. One of the major features of workflow systems is that they often use heterogeneous and distributed hardware/software systems to execute a given activity. This gives rise to decentralized security policies and mechanisms. In this paper, we focus on the utility of CapBasED-AMS in supporting secure electronic commerce activities and facilitating secure disconnected agent interactions. We embrace Smart Card and Java Card technologies to provide an architectural framework CAPEC (Card Agent Processor for Electronic Commerce) such as S-CAPEC (Smart-Card Agent Processor for Electronic Commerce) and J-CAPEC (Java-Card Agent Processor for Electronic Commerce) for the card event-driven activity execution. Further, we illustrate how secure disconnected task executions can be supported, and how agents can potentially down load task on to their Java or Smart Card and execute the task off-line.     

Design and analysis of an outpatient orthopaedic clinic performance with discrete event simulation and design of experiments

Considering that demand for healthcare services is constantly increasing, outpatient services must improve their performance. Being able to satisfy the demand with a limited outpatient service capacity is an important operational challenge. The objective of our research consists in studying the relationships and interactions between patient flows, resource capacity (number of consulting rooms and number of nurses) and appointment scheduling rules in order to improve an outpatient orthopaedic clinic performance. Discrete event simulation is used to model outpatient flows. An experimental design was developed to test how to assign consulting rooms and nurses to each orthopedist considering four appointment scheduling rules and three patient flow types of varied complexity. Analysis of variance and the Tukey test are used to evaluate the simulation results. Our conclusion is that in order to improve the outpatient orthopaedic clinic performance, resources (consulting rooms, nurses) and appointment scheduling rules must be adapted to the different patient flows.

逻辑加密存储卡的加密机制依赖的只是保存在IC卡中的几位固定数字组成的卡密码,其抗破译和窃取的能力与应用系统的安全设计有着非常紧密的关系。文章以SLE4442卡为具体对象,以提高整个应用系统的安全系数为目的,针对穷举法、中途拦截法、终端设备信息分析法等几种可能的攻击密码安全方法,系统地、全面地提出一个逻辑加密IC卡应用系统安全设计方案。

介绍了数据库技术在智能卡管理信息系统中的应用。以智能卡酒店消费管理信息系统为例,在系统分析的基础上采用实体-联系法对服务器端数据库进行建模;平衡规范化和非规范化规则,采用完整性约束机制构建数据库表结构;存储过程技术与事务机制配合使用,来减少网络数据流量,增强数据访问的完整性和一致性;最后介绍了基于角色和用户的系统访问管理机制。
