基于IEC61499功能块的IPMCS设计方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
IEC制定的IEC61499标准定义了在分布式工业过程测量和控制系统(IPMCS)中使用的功能块。采用基于功能块的设计方法可以显著减少为应用所开发的控制软件的数量,节省控制系统开发的时间,提高控制系统应用软件的质量、可靠性及重复利用率。使用相同类型功能块的控制系统具有良好的一致性。  相似文献

为提高制造控制系统的智能重构能力,扩展了IEC 61499基本功能块模型,提出了知识功能块新概念,并将其作为功能单元构建了智能重构制造控制系统集成框架.在阐述了智能重构与智能控制并行执行过程的基础上,提出了基于Web Services面向服务的制造控制系统软件体系结构,并采用统一化建模语言建模语言进行了系统设计.通过一个原型系统运行实例,验证了IEC 61499功能块标准、Web服务中间件和面向服务哲理在实现智能重构制造控制系统方面的有效性.  相似文献

针对作为网络化可重构生产线底层生产设备网络物理节点的数控设备控制器,分析了目前符合STEP-NC的开放式结构数控系统对分布可重构制造环境的适应性能及需要增强的环节.引入IEC 61499分布式控制机制,通过提高单台设备控制器分布可重构控制能力来提高其对生产线制造环境的综合适应能力.将加工特征作为联系两个机制的桥梁,建立了符合IEC 61499机制的数控设备Device模型.该模型设计了基于轴控制的Resource模型与本地加工功能块为主体的设备柔性控制结构,详细说明了加工事件驱动的各功能子模块的设计方法.该建模方法在四轴控制开发平台上进行了实例应用.  相似文献

机床多采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller.PLC)作控制系统。本文针对PLC软件设计标准IEC611313,以统一建模语言(Uniform Modeling Language,UML)为工具,以机床组件类库为基础,通过机床功能分析、结构分析、行业分析来定义机床行为状态图,遍历该状态图即可抽取顺序功能图(Sequential Function Chart,SFC)控制程序。本方法用于自动机床建模,简化了自动机床控制系统的编程过程,增加了控制程序的可维护性。  相似文献

Control systems rely heavily on the software that is used to implement them. However, current trends in software engineering are not fully exploited in the development process of complex control systems. In this paper, an approach for the model driven development of distributed control systems (DCSs) is presented. The proposed approach that greatly simplifies the development process adopts the function block construct introduced by the IEC 61499 standard and supports the automatic generation of implementation models for many different execution environments. It favours the deployment and re-deployment of distributed control applications and provides an infrastructure for the transparent exploitation of current software engineering practices. GME, a meta-modelling tool, was utilized to develop Archimedes, an IEC-compliant prototype engineering support system. Specific model-to-model transformers have been developed to automate the transformation of FB-based design models to CORBA-component-model based implementation models to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Recently, the globalization of manufacturing industry systems has led to increase the competition in order to response to today’s demanding market especially in medium-size companies. The global competition requires the manufacturing systems to be flexible and reconfigurable specifically in the shop floor level where mechatronic devices reside. In this paper, a novel methodology for the development and structural modeling of industrial wireless sensors and actuators is presented in order to provide flexibility and reconfigurability to the mechatronic devices. The proposed methodology is based on the implementation of the IEC 61499 standard for the distributed control of mechatronic systems. The methodology also addresses the existing problems of this standard for capturing the system requirements in the development process. For this reason, the Unified Modeling Language is used in order to overcome this problem. A case study is presented in order to demonstrate the operational aspects of the proposed methodology.  相似文献

The agile manufacturing paradigm has emerged as an important concept in the development of manufacturing systems. The control software, developed based on the object-oriented technology, leads to reusability, reconfigurability, and scalability; and the agility of a manufacturing control system can be achieved. In this research, an efficient and systematic methodology for developing an object-oriented agile manufacturing control system is proposed. The proposed development process is divided into four stages: functional analysis, static structural analysis, behavior analysis and verification, and system implementation. The Integration Definition for Function Modeling (IDEF0), Object-Oriented Petri Net (OPN), and Unified Modeling Language (UML) are integrated into the corresponding stages based on their characteristics. In order to develop the system rapidly and efficiently, the transformation rules between the IDEF0 and OPN, and between the OPN and sequence diagram are conducted. In addition, the attributes and operations for each object are also defined directly from the OPN model. The result of the integrated IDEF0/OPN/UML systematically leads to object-oriented control software design for manufacturing systems. Finally, an assembly and packaging system is given to illustrate how the integrated object-oriented approach is implemented for developing the manufacturing control system.  相似文献

In this paper, improving control performance of a networked control system by reducing DTD in a different perspective was investigated. Two different network architectures for system implementation were presented. Analysis and improvement dealing with DTD for the experimental control system were expounded. Effects of control scheme configuration on DTD in the form of FB were investigated and corresponding improvements by reallocation of FB and re-arrangement of schedule table are proposed. Issues of DTD in hybrid network were investigated and corresponding approaches to improve performance including (1) reducing DTD in PLC or PAC by way of IEC61499 and (2) cascade Smith predictive control with BPNN-based identification were proposed and investigated. Control effects under the proposed methodologies were also given. Experimental and field practices validated these methodologies.  相似文献
