一、2002年亚洲食品配料展和第六届中国国际食品添加剂展即将招展 2002年亚洲食品配料展和第六届中国国际食品添加剂展暨第十二届全国食品添加剂生产应用技术展示会招展工作即将开始。由于这个展览会经过五年的培育和发展,目前已经成为亚洲第一,世界第二的食品添加剂和食品配料专业展览会,在国内外具有广泛的影响。2001年4月在上海光大会展中心举办的这个展览,总展出面积达2.3万平方米,国内外参展单位678家。由于展馆面积所限有185家企业要求参展而未能安排展位。2002年4月1日至3日这个展览会仍将在上海…  相似文献

摩擦色牢度项目是皮革制品检测中非常重要的项目,本文对比分析了采用GB/T 3920-2008在不同的摩擦次数下测试革类的摩擦色牢度与QB/T 2537-2001测试革类摩擦色牢度的沾色牢度级数的相关性。试验结果表明:采用GB/T 3920-2008测试革类摩擦色牢度时在特定的摩擦次数下可以和采用QB/T 2537-2001测试结果有较好的相关性。  相似文献

A 36-month study of Campylobacter and Salmonella in retail raw whole chicken was carried out to measure baseline rates at the retail level, establish seasonality, and observe changes in rates over time. In total, 2,228 samples were taken between November 2001 and December 2004. The Campylobacter rate was unchanged over the 3 years of the study, but the Salmonella rates declined significantly between 2001 and 2004. There was also some seasonality in Campylobacter rates in fresh samples. The overall conclusion from the study was that the Salmonella rate in raw chicken available to consumers in Wales fell significantly between 2001 and 2004, while the Campylobacter rate remained unchanged and is still by far the greater problem.  相似文献

为预防盐酸克伦特罗引起食物中毒,总结了广州市2001年发生的由盐酸克伦特罗引起的食物中毒。2001年共发生17起,中毒人数106人,是2001年广州市化学性食物中毒的首要致病因素(89.4%),17起食中毒中,只有一起发生在集体食堂,其余均在家庭,盐酸克伦特罗引起的食中毒发病率为98%,无死亡,总结结果显示应加强市场肉品的卫生管理。  相似文献

Heat stress has a dramatic impact on the dairy industry, reducing production and profitability throughout the southeastern United States. In many regions, management techniques can be used to mitigate the effects of heat stress, but available cooling technologies are often overwhelmed by the conditions of chronic heat stress present in southeastern United States. Although combining tunnel ventilation and evaporative cooling (evaporative tunnel cooling) seems to provide superior cooling for dairy cows, there is a dearth of reports on the impact of this technology on milk production. A model evaporative tunnel cooling facility in northern Mississippi was studied using 2 groups of 10 lactating Holstein cows housed in the tunnel barn and 2 groups of 10 matched herdmates housed in an adjacent naturally ventilated free-stall barn. Two 10-wk trials were performed in 2 yr beginning June 25, 2001, and May 26, 2003, in which cows housed outside were cooled by traditional fans and shade alone (2003) or with sprinklers (2001). In both years, the use of evaporative tunnel cooling decreased exposure to conditions of moderate heat stress by 84%. Cows cooled by evaporative tunnel ventilation increased feed intake by 12 and 11% over cows housed outside in 2001 and 2003, respectively. Evaporative tunnel cooling had no effect on milk composition, but increased milk yield over the 10-wk trial by 2.6 ± 0.27 and 2.8 ± 0.19 kg/cow per day in 2001 and 2003, respectively. In addition, somatic cell count was decreased 27 to 49% by evaporative tunnel cooling. Thus, under the range of environmental conditions present, evaporative tunnel cooling reliably reduced exposure to conditions of heat stress and improved milk production of lactating dairy cows during the summer season.  相似文献

为了开发水产品中溶藻弧菌的生物清除剂,以溶藻弧菌为宿主菌,从锦州市水产品市场、农贸市场、笔架山海域、超市及葫芦岛市某水产养殖场、鞍山市某养殖场等地方采集了约60份海产品及其养殖环境污水,应用双层平板法从中分离纯化获得1株烈性噬菌体,命名为Va2001。对Va2001的裂解谱、最佳感染复数(optimal multiplicity of infection)、一步生长曲线、温度和pH的稳定性等生物学特征进行了研究,并在牡蛎感染模型中测定了噬菌体对溶藻弧菌的清除效果。结果表明,该噬菌体Va2001属于有尾噬菌体目(Caudovirales),短尾噬菌体科(Podoviridae),Va2001的裂解谱较窄,裂解率为32%,最佳感染复数为0.0001,潜伏期约为20 min,裂解期为100 min,平均裂解量为274 PFU/cell;在4~60 ℃、pH4~9范围内活性稳定。以牡蛎为感染模型的净化实验结果显示,噬菌体Va2001能够抑制养殖环境中溶藻弧菌的增长,降低牡蛎体内溶藻弧菌的含量;当养殖时间延长至72 h时,实验组中溶藻弧菌的数量降低约2个数量级。本研究的结果表明噬菌体Va2001具有良好的应用前景,可以作为海产品中溶藻弧菌的新型生物清除剂。  相似文献

Environmental contaminants such as trace elements may be present in all foods. Foods, raw materials and ingredients for food production are to an increasing extent traded across borders. Hence, there is a need for international legislation on trace elements as contaminants in food. In 1961, the FAO and WHO established the Codex Alimentarius to elaborate international food legislation. Contaminants in food are handled by the Codex Committee for Food Additives and Contaminants (CCFAC). The Codex Alimentarius system for developing legislation concerning trace elements as contaminants in food is based upon the Codex General Standard for Contaminants and Toxins in Food (GSCTF). By October 2001, the principles for setting maximum limits (MLs) for contaminants in food are agreed, and work is in progress on MLs for trace elements such as lead and cadmium in the various food categories. The status for the proposals is presented and discussed. The EU Regulation 466/2001 of 8 March 2001 sets MLs for lead and cadmium in various foods. This regulation will apply from 5 April 2002. The EU regulation is more detailed but similar to the Codex draft standards for lead and cadmium in food. In future, legislators and administrators in the Codex and EU and analytical chemists will discuss how to use more and better analytical data as risk-management tools to protect public health. Trace elements' speciation is an important aspect of this discussion.  相似文献

As a result of the phase-out of production of perfluorooctanesulfonyl-based compounds by a major producer, concentrations of perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) in marine mammals from North American and European coastal waters have been declining since the early 2000s. Nevertheless, temporal trends in perfluorochemical (PFC) concentrations in marine mammals from Asian coastal waters have not been examined. In this study, PFCs were determined in livers of melon-headed whales (Peponocephala electra) collected along the coast of Japan, from three mass strandings that occurred during the past 25 years. Concentrations of nine PFCs were determined in livers of 48 melon-headed whales that were collected during strandings in 1982, 2001/2002, and 2006. In addition, concentrations in liver tissues obtained from two pregnant females and their fetuses were compared for determination of transplacental transfer rates of PFCs during gestation. PFOS and perfluorooctanesulfonamide (PFOSA) were the predominant PFCs found in livers of melon-headed whales collected in 1982 (n = 22). PFOS, PFOSA, perfluoroundecanoate (PFUnDA), perfluorododecanoate (PFDoDA), perfluorodecanoate (PFDA), and perfluorononanoate (PFNA) were found in whales collected in 2001/2002 (n = 21) and in 2006 (n = 5). Concentrations of PFOS and PFOSA were approximately 10-fold higher in 2001/2002 than in 1982. Whereas concentrations of PFOSA then declined by 2-fold from 2001/ 2002 to 2006, concentrations of PFOS and perfluorocarboxylates did not decline after 2001/2002. Conversely, concentrations of PFNA and PFDA increased significantly from 2001/2002 to 2006. The proportion of perfluoroalkylsulfonates in total PFC concentrations decreased from 75% in 1982 to 51% in 2006. Conversely, the contribution of perfluorocarboxylates to total PFC concentrations increased from 25% in 1982 to 49% in 2006. PFUnDA was the major perfluorocarboxylate found in whale livers collected after 2000. Analysis of paired samples of mother-fetus demonstrated that the transplacental transfer rates of PFCs were higher than those for PCBs and PBDEs.  相似文献
