超纯11%铬铁素体不锈钢水口结瘤的机理

通过对超纯11%铬铁素体不锈钢连铸水口结瘤物不同部位的金相观察、能谱分析以及其冶炼过程钛氧化物和铝氧化物形成的热力学分析,结合实际生产数据研究了超纯11%铬不锈钢连铸过程水口结瘤的机理。结果表明：超纯11%铬铁素体不锈钢水口结瘤主要是钢水中钛的氧化物质量分数较高,在浇铸过程中钛的氧化物和水口中的Al2O3反应生成复合氧化物黏附在水口壁,并不断地富集和黏附其他夹杂物和钢水增厚所致。通过钢液中O、Al、Ti等成分的控制、冶炼过程深脱氧、增加精炼弱吹时间、增加浇铸前镇静时间、防止钢水二次氧化和适当地提高浇铸过热度等可有效地防止超纯11%铬铁素体不锈钢水口结瘤产生。

应加快开发能适应不锈钢市场波动的高性能铁素体不锈钢

2005年以来,镍价经历了正常、上涨、暴涨、下跌波动、深跌五个阶段,并严重影响着不锈钢的生产和消费.传统镍不锈钢能较好适应正常的镍、铬、钼和不锈钢市场,但一旦镍价暴涨暴跌就有可能发生亏损;传统铬不锈钢在铬铁价格高涨时毛利下降;而高性能超纯铁素体不锈钢能经受住镍价的波动,在镍价高涨时期尤其能获得可观的效益.虽然目前镍、铬、钼价格已回落到较低水平,但应该不断克服困难,继续开发生产高性能超纯铁素体不锈钢,以适应今后镍价可能的上涨波动.     

超纯高铬铁素体不锈钢的研究及应用

本文总结了本厂利用现有真空冶炼设备,独创性地使用成本低廉的真空铬铁作原料,利用真空感应——电子束轰击熔炼法和独自研究成功使用真空感应——真空自耗电极重熔法,以工业规模冶炼出高质量的000Cr26Mo、000Cr26MoNb、000Cr28Mo4,000Cr28Mo4Ni2,000Cr28Mo2及000Cr30Mo2等超纯高铬铁素铁不锈钢的冶炼工艺、热加工过程和解决脆化等方面的情况。阐述了可将真空感应——电子束轰击熔炼工艺中,可将二次电子束重熔改为一次电子束重熔。用上述钢加工成的各类型材,经试验或实际应用,效果良好。     

美国市场铬铁价格继续上涨

在全球铬铁供应短缺及需求保持强势的背景下，美国铬铁用户纷纷补仓，当地铬铁价格继续上涨。由于电力危机，南非铬铁企业均不能达产，铬铁缺口加大。另外，2月17日南非Samancor Ferrometals铬铁厂因爆炸而停产，该公司已宣布炉料级铬铁交货遭遇不可抗力因素。     

8月铬铁价格续涨

8月份，不锈钢产量回升拉动铬铁需求增加导致国际铬铁价格上涨。8月中下旬铬矿市场处于下降走势，且进口铬铁行情下滑拉低了国内铬铁价格。9月份国内大型不锈钢厂高碳铬铁采购价成为市场的风向标，对铬铁市场造成压力。     

成本推动铬铁价格持续回升

2010年前4个月,国际市场铬铁价格持续回升。国内不锈钢生产对铬铁需求旺盛,但推动国内铬铁价格走高主要是因进口矿价上涨导致铬铁成本大幅增加。二季度,全球铬铁需求仍将保持良好势头,铬铁价格仍有上涨空间。     

提高高碳铬铁检验准确性的研究

高碳铬铁的生产工艺造成不同形貌的高碳铬铁中铬含量相差较大。结合现场高碳铬铁的不同形式,动态调整取样方案,同时研究高碳铬铁制样过程的影响因素,确保高碳铬铁取样具有很好的代表性和制样精密度,有利于提高高碳铬铁分析准确性和促进高碳铬铁贸易的健康发展。     

国内铬铁价格小幅回升

11月份国际市场铬铁价格保持平稳。由于来自铬矿及电力的成本居高不下，国内铬铁价格有所上涨。目前正值枯水期，南方一些铬铁企业生产受到影响，产量将下降。预计未来国内铬铁供应将趋紧，铬铁价格有望继续小幅回升。
