提出一种应用于自治机器人的开放结构分布多传感器系统并具体介绍了视觉输入输出模块和超声波测距模块的实现.以单片机为核心的各传感器接口模块并行处理各传感器信号,并通过双口存储器与上位处理器通信.视觉输入输出模块实现三路模拟视频信号的采样输入和一路模拟信号的输出;超声波测距模块实现16路测距信号的采样输入.所设计的多传感器系统已成功地应用于自治移动机器人的实验研究中. 相似文献

本文论述了超声波高精度大范围测距难度和决定因素,分析了测距误差产生的原因.利用FPGA在AVR单片机中设计实现超声波传感器的高精度(0.01 mm)、大范围(大于40m)的测距方法.并对在实际测试中存在的串扰问题和测试盲区进行了较好解决,扩大了超声波的测距范围,使得超声波测距应用更为广泛. 相似文献

针对移动机器人的测距系统采用红外线与超声波传感器共同测距,避免了因使用单个传感器进行多次测量而降低系统的实时性和产生信号串扰问题。应用自适应加权数据融合算法对实时测量数据进行在线融合估计,实现两种传感器在功能上的互补。实验结果表明,该方法提高了整体测距精度,得到了被测距离更加准确的估计。 相似文献

为了提高移动机器人在作业站点的定位精度,在考虑入射角的基础上,分析了发散角对超声波传感器测距的影响,建立了同时考虑发散角及入射角的超声波传感器测距函数关系表达式;提出了超声波传感器发散角的标定方法,并通过实验对发散角进行了标定;通过对比实验可以看出,所提出的关系表达式提高了超声波传感器距离测量精度。在此基础上提出了利用自动导航车(AGV)单个侧面两个超声波传感器实现移动机器人在作业站点侧向、前向及姿态3个方向的位姿定位方法,最后将该方法用于自主研发的移动机器人的定位试验,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。 相似文献

在机械手、行走机器人等需要进行运动控制的系统中,往往需要测距、接近和防碰传感器。本文介绍了自行设计、调试的小功率超声波测距传感器。由换能器发出间断的超声波窄脉冲同时接收由反射物体返回的反射波。在装订好声速的情况下,通过计算发送波及反射波前沿的时间差,测量运动物体相对反射物间的距离。该传感器具有简单可靠、耗能少、体积小、成本低等特点。本文给出了传感器电路组成及测试结果。 相似文献

介绍一款基于Wi—Fi智能车远程测距装置,设计了总体的硬件结构和方案,阐述了该测距装置的工作性能和软件设计思路。该测距装置采用远程数据传输和超声波传感器测距的方法,可以提供2—400cm的非接触式距离感测功能,测距精度可以达到3cm。与普通的测距装置相对比,该装置的特别之处是可以通过Wi—Fi远程控制智能车进行精确测距。智能车在行驶的过程中跟以往的智能车不同的是不需要码道,而是采用摄像头云台采集图像信号给上位机(计算机)进行控制。实验结果显示该装置具备抗干扰性强、稳态误差小等特点。 相似文献

Bar check is the routine procedure in depth sounding to eliminate temperature influencing effect during the oceanographic surveying. This paper adopted the bar check concept prior to stream stage measuring on-site to improve the measuring accuracy and efficiency with popular ultrasonic sensor gauges. This study also propose both experimental dimensionless curves/corresponding equations and the relative profile of calibrating coefficients and ambient temperature of the specific ultrasonic sensor to accelerate the field calibrating process and for the bar check calibrating procedure being unavailable before the formal stage measuring. Then, field stage measuring data by a float-type gauge with which relative reliable measuring result being identified were compared with the data by an ultrasonic sensor gauge measuring simultaneously at the same location and obtained quite similar results. This advanced and improved stage measuring technique of ultrasonic sensor gauges without sonic conduit has been proved its practical validity in field stage accurate measuring throughout the on-site bar check procedure and introduced the process with dimensionless curves/formulas and relative correlation profile between calibrating coefficients and ambient temperature as well. 相似文献

Ultrasound is an emerging technology that can be applied to monitor food processes. However, ultrasonic techniques are usually limited to research activities within a laboratory environment and they are not extensively used in industrial processes. The aim of this paper is to describe a novel ultrasonic sensor designed to monitor physical–chemical changes that occur in wines stored in industrial tanks. Essentially, the sensor consists of an ultrasonic transducer in contact with a buffer rod, mounted inside a stainless steel tube section. This structure allows the ultrasonic sensor to be directly installed in stainless steel tanks of an industrial plant. The operating principle of this design is based on the measurement of ultrasonic velocity of propagation. To test its proper operation, the sensor has been used to measure changes of concentration in aqueous samples and to monitor the progress of a malolactic fermentation of red wines in various commercial wineries. Results show the feasibility of using this sensor for monitoring malolactic fermentations in red wines placed in industrial tanks. 相似文献

介绍了以两个超声波换能器为检测探头的基于CAN总线的网络化智能液位传感器的实现,具有温度补偿和自诊断功能.传感器以PIC18F258单片机为核心,驱动超声波探头发出脉冲信号,回波信号被超声探头接收,转换成脉冲电压,利用单片机内嵌的捕捉功能测出时间,从而测得距离;通过两个探头获得数据的比较,实现系统的自诊断和校正功能;用单片机内嵌的CAN总线控制模块实现传感器的网络化,用软件保证传感器在网络上通信时有最大传输速率.软、硬件上采用了抗干扰措施,使传感器能在环境恶劣的工业现场长时间稳定运行.核心部分已申报发明专利(200610097403.8)和实用新型专利(200620124925.8). 相似文献

Air-grinding time is inevitable in the grinding process. Since the low feedrate during air grinding makes the process inefficient,
air-grinding time should be reduced. This paper presents a technology for reducing air-grinding time in cylindrical plunge
grinding operations. The main idea is to estimate a distance, NAP (nearest approaching point), between the workpiece surface
and the position of the grinding wheel. After detecting the NAP using an ultrasonic sensor, a CNC controller adjusts the feedrate
using the feedrate override function with the help of the AE signal that gives the CP (contact point) information. The experimental
results show that an ultrasonic and an AE sensor are good enough for detecting the NAP and the CP, respectively, and the system
reduces the conventional air-grinding time by two-thirds. 相似文献
