A Monte Carlo simulation method for evaluating retail-wheeling effects on power systems is formulated and solution methods are presented. The effects of wheeling on operating cost, transmission losses, and system security are considered. For a specific operating condition, the effects are quantified by the sensitivity of specific quantities of interest with respect to power wheeling level. Quantities of interest are total operating cost, transmission losses and security, which is quantified with several indices. This model is utilized within a Monte Carlo simulation to calculate probability distribution functions of the incremental effects of wheeling on operating cost, transmission losses, and system security. The model and solution methods are applied on an example power system and the results are presented. 相似文献

输配电价改革是新一轮电力体制改革的重要环节,在输配电价监管下,供电公司投资规模优化将是其未来工作重心。首先参考输配电价政策文件,构建了输配电价核定中资产、费用、收益和税金的量化模型;其次基于系统动力学理论,分析输配电价与各影响因素之间的驱动与制约关系,建立了输配电价和电网投资双向影响模型,该模型包含输配电价-供电公司投资仿真模型和供电公司投资-输配电价仿真模型2个子模型;最后,以某供电公司为案例进行仿真,计算其在恒定输配电价约束下的准许投资规模和在计划投资规模下的输配电价变动情况,针对仿真结果提出了对应的投资优化策略,算例结果验证了仿真模型的可行性。 相似文献

This paper describes the principle and implementation of a new MW+MVAr-Miles charging methodology, which was developed to reflect three key cost drivers in distribution network development: the distance used to support nodal real and reactive power injection/withdrawal; the degree of support offered by the network assets; and the operating condition of the supporting assets in terms of their power factors. The inclusion of the latter driver allows the developed charging methodology to reward network users who are contributing to better power factors and better network utilization, while penalizing customers who worsen power factors and network utilization. As a consequence, the charging model is able to provide forward-looking incentives for network customers to behave in a manner to better the network condition, which will in turn help to reduce the cost of future network development. In addition, the separation of real and reactive power pricing would give network users clear indications of the cost of their reactive power draw from the network, which in turn could help them to evaluate the economics in investing in reactive power compensation devices. The proposed charging methodology is demonstrated on a practical eight-busbar distribution system with a mixed demand and embedded generation (EG). 基于杜邦分析法和公共事业投资有效性管理框架,设计和完善了大型售电公司全要素发展经营效率评价指标体系,引入数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对2010—2016年某售电公司发展经营效率进行计算并进行了时间、空间分布评价。本文将数据包络分析和ROC曲线评价结果应用于企业管理实践,基于径向基神经网络方法,定量计算了支撑其既定投资规模所应具备的经营效率水平,对每万元电网资产运行维护成本、流动资产周转率、退役变压器平均寿命等4项关键指标给出了建议值,并提出相应管理措施。 相似文献

随着全国统一电力市场体系的建设,区域电力市场融合发展逐渐加速,跨省区电力直接交易规模不断扩大,跨省区输电费用能否公平、合理分摊也影响着整体区域市场的资源优化和交易积极性。基于现有输配电价核价和收费机制,研究提出一种区域电力市场内多个省级输电网运营主体的输电收入分配方法。以区域内多运营主体联合运营的整体输电网输电损耗最小为目标函数,求解形成跨区域交易合同的最优输电路径,按照各运营主体线路资产利用程度对固定的输电收入进行分摊。通过输电收入的合理分配,扩大区域市场交易规模,促进区域市场中的输电网运营主体资源优化配置,最后采用IEEE30节点系统算例验证了方法的有效性。 相似文献

基于电压源换流器的高压直流输电技术,即柔性直流输电技术是近年来高压直流输电研究和应用的热点。但含柔性直流输电的交直流并列系统会使得电网的潮流分布更趋复杂。由于柔性直流输电系统能够实现有功无功的独立控制,对其有功功率指令值的分析有利于提高交直流并列系统的功率输送效率和效益。然而,目前电力调度中,该有功功率指令值的制定缺乏依据,为此提出了一种计及多目标的有功潮流优化方法。通过计及多个目标的约束,建立了相应的目标函数,利用模糊理论,给各个目标函数指定隶属函数,最终求解多目标优化函数得到交直流并列系统的有功潮流分配优化值。最后通过算例验证了所提方法的可行性。相比当前常常依据运行方式和运行经验笼统地制定有功功率指令值的做法,所提的多目标优化方法给出的指令值既能降低电网损耗,又保证了电网运行的安全稳定性。 相似文献

The power router (PR) is a promising piece of equipment for realizing multi-voltage level interconnection and fexible power control in the future distribution power grid. In this paper, a hybrid PR (HPR) topology based on power-frequency transformer electromagnetic coupling with converters is proposed for the medium distribution power grid. The power-frequency transformer is used to undertake power transmission, voltage conversion, and other main tasks, while the power electronic converters are combined to achieve active control. Equivalent magnetic and electrical circuit models are established to help discuss the operating principle of the proposed HPR. Additionally, the power fow and control principle of the HPR in diferent operating conditions are analyzed, with the control system design
scheme presented. The theoretical analysis results are verifed by MATLAB/Simulink+Plecs simulation and a controller hardware-in-the-loop study, as well as a down-scale experimental test, indicating that the proposed HPR is fexible in active voltage support and current control. 相似文献

基于半波长输电系统准稳态模型,建立了特高压半波长与直流混联系统,即通过直流线路异步联网的系统间接入半波长输电线路的系统方程,结合直流线路滤波器投切、送受端无功补偿装置等,研究了半波长输电线路两侧端口处系统电压和无功特性,提出了半波长不同送电功率和直流运行功率变化时基于系统的稳态潮流特性的特高压半波长与直流混联系统的送受端联合电压无功控制方案,分析了不同送电功率和负载功率因数情况下半波长输电线路的电压和电流分布特性,以及直流运行功率变化对半波长输电系统潮流电压的影响。 相似文献

在输配电价格管制中投资回报率的确定是一个非常重要的内容。文章依据投资学理论,借鉴国际上已运行的电力市场经验,结合我国证券市场建设情况,以在上海证券交易所上市的23家电力企业的数据作为分析依据,在利用资本资产定价模型估计输配电企业的权益资产和负债资产的风险系数和资本成本的基础上,运用资金加权平均成本法研究了我国输配电企业投资回报率水平的确定问题,指出现阶段我国输配电企业合理的回报率水平应为8.39%。该结果可为我国输配电价格管制中投资回报率水平的确定提供参考。 相似文献

Electric power grids are critical infrastructure for delivering energy from generation stations to load centers. To
maximize utilization of assets, it is desirable to increase the power transferred over transmission systems. Reliable
protection of transmission systems is essential for safeguarding the integrity and reliability of the power grid.
Distance protection is the most widely used scheme for protecting transmission lines. Most existing protection
systems use local measurements to make a decision while pilot protection is used in some circumstances. Distance
protection may fail under stressed operating conditions, which could lead to cascading faults. This paper proposes
a system integrity protection scheme by utilizing wide area measurements. The scheme partitions the system into
subnetworks or protection zones and employs current measurements to derive a fault identification vector
indicating the faulted zone. Then the fault location is pinpointed based on wide area measurements and network
data. The proposed method is able to deal with multiple, simultaneous faults, and is applicable to both transposed
and untransposed lines. Evaluation studies based on simulation studies are presented. 相似文献

输配电价改革对于省级电网前端规划提出了更高要求。基于输配电价改革要求,构建省级电网不同类型规划投资项目单位产出效率效益指数模型,并综合考虑历史规划项目优选的叠加影响、各类项目相对重要度和规划目标约束,构建基于效率效益指数模型的省级电网投资分配和优选模型,基于风险指数模型剖析影响效率效益指数的关键不确定性指标。通过与传统方法及输配电价核心监管参数进行比较,验证了方法的有效性。结果表明,提出的方法在新形势下评估各类项目效率效益合理性方面优于传统方法,且电量、资产是电网投资效率效益指数主要影响指标,与输配电价监管核心参数一致,此外,电网公司应重点关注满足新增负荷、加强网架和变电站配套送出类项目。 相似文献

基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件,建立了特高压直流输电系统模型,详细介绍了特高压系统主电路及核心元件,如换流变压器、滤波器与无功补偿装置、直流传输线。在此基础上,根据华东电网特高压直流输电的系统的实际运行情况,搭建出相应的特高压直流与超高压直流多馈入测试系统。利用该系统对特高压直流系统的不同运行状态进行仿真实验,并针对特高压直流系统的几种典型故障测试进行仿真测试,将测试结果与特高压直流现场数据进行对比分析,结果表明该模型能很好地反映特高压直流输电系统的真实运行情况。 相似文献
