聚丙烯流延膜(CPP)因具有生产速度快,薄膜透明性好,热封性优良等特点,在日用品和复合材料等领域得到了广泛应用。本文概况了聚丙烯流延膜的分类及生产工艺技术,介绍了国内生产厂商、设备和产能等生产情况。分析了国内专用料树脂开发状况,以及CPP对聚丙烯基础专用料树脂的要求。最后对聚丙烯流延膜的前景进行了展望,指出需要加快研究和开发步伐,在扩大生产量的同时,进一步提高产品档次。 相似文献

通过生产工艺和助剂配方优化,在国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司50万t/a Novolen聚丙烯装置上,采用氢调法成功开发出了高透明聚丙烯流延膜专用树脂新产品3225M,并测试了产品的各项性能。结果表明,产品红外光谱曲线、熔融结晶曲线、动态热力学曲线十分相似;产品具有较低的结晶度和玻璃化转变温度,可以满足流延膜制品的透明性、韧性和低温使用性能要求。产品出厂指标中熔体流动速率为7.14~8.23 g/10 min,冲击强度为5.0~5.4 kJ/m^2,雾度为0.8%~1.3%,熔融温度为148.2~151.4℃,产品质量稳定,各项性能达到指标要求。 相似文献

采用低熔点材料如聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、聚烯烃塑性体(POP)、茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)与三元共聚聚丙烯(PP)共混作为热封层,并添加适量的爽滑剂克服薄膜发黏的问题,采用三层共挤流延法制备了高性能气调保鲜用流延聚丙烯(CPP)热封膜。结果表明,采用POE-868作为低温热封材料时,与三元共聚PP的相容性较好,增韧效果明显;添加12份POE-868和2份爽滑剂,熔体温度控制在245~255 ℃,冷却辊温度控制在22 ℃,制备的CPP薄膜的各项性能均符合指标要求,其始封温度低于102 ℃。 相似文献

The effect of heat sealing temperature on the mechanical properties and morphology of OPP/CPP laminate films was investigated. The laminated films were placed in an impulse type heat sealing machine with both CPP sides facing each other. The temperatures investigated ranged from 100 to 250°C. T‐peel and tensile tests in combination with SEM were used to characterize the heat seals. A minimum seal initiation temperature of 120°C was identified for OPP/CPP laminate heat sealing. Peel strength increased sharply from zero at 110°C to maximum at 120°C, after which a gradual decrease was observed. Tensile strength initially increased until 120°C, after which it gradually decreased until 170°C and assumed a constant value beyond that. The initial rise has been associated to cold crystallization, while the reduction between 120°C and 170°C was due to relaxation in molecular orientation. Beyond 170°C, all the orientation in the laminate has been lost so orientation effects are nullified. Morphological studies with SEM revealed that seals were partially formed at lower temperatures, while the laminates were totally fused together at high temperatures, with intermediate temperatures showing properties that lie in between. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Pyrolusite reduction processes by three major biomass components cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin, represented by CP, HP and LP, respectively, were investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer coupled with Fourier transforminfrared spectrometry (TG-FTIR). The Šesták-Berggren (SB) equationwas used to evaluate the kinetics of reduction processes. TG analysis reveals that the main reduction processes occur at 250-410 ℃, 220-390 ℃, and 190-410 ℃ for CP, HP, and LP, respectively. FT-IR and XRD results indicate that various reducing volatiles (e.g. aldehydes, furans, ketones and alcohols) are produced from the pyrolysiswith the three major components, which directly reduce MnO2 in ore to MnO. The processes are described by the SB equationwith three parameters (m, n, p). Their non-zero values suggest that pyrolusite reduction is controlled by the diffusion of reducing gaseous products through an ash/inert layer associated with minerals. The apparent activation energies for pyrolusite reduction by CP, HP and LP are 40.48, 25.70 and 40.10 kJ·mol-1, respectively. 相似文献

采用3层共挤流延成型工艺制备了流延聚丙烯(CPP)薄膜,研究了不同增韧材料对CPP薄膜透明度、雾度及低温落镖冲击质量的影响,并研究了成核剂以及工艺条件对其性能的影响。结果表明,芯层添加10份的聚烯烃弹性体、1.5份的成核剂母料,熔体温度控制在255~265 ℃,冷却辊温度在24 ℃以下时,CPP薄膜的低温韧性好,透明度高、雾度低。 相似文献

聚磷酸钙(calcium polyphosphate,CPP)是具有生物活性、可控生物降解性和适当力学性能的新型骨修复材料。以磷酸二氢钙粉末试剂为起始原料,通过热处理制备了不同晶型及聚合度的CPP,并探讨了热处理制度与晶型转变和聚合度的关系。用X射线衍射分析、热重–差示扫描量热分析、扫描电子显微镜、核磁共振分析等测试手段对制备的粉体的组成、性能及微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:在室温~1 000℃之间,CPP以3种晶型出现,分别为γ-CPP、β-CPP、α-CPP。聚合度的大小主要取决于在400℃附近保温时间的长短,CPP从150℃至1000℃,聚合反应一直在进行,直至形成无定型态,并熔化为玻璃。最佳的热处理工艺是400℃保温6h,然后800℃保温2h。 相似文献

为了满足高压清洗机封水密封制品的要求,采用以锦纶布为增强体、丁腈橡胶为橡胶基体的复合结构材料,研制高硬度耐高压水密封制品。结果表明,在胶浆中添加增粘树脂可有效提高锦纶布与橡胶基体的粘合强度,添加适量促进剂H可提高胶料硬度和耐磨性能;先用粘合剂预处理原布,再进行涂覆,可明显提高锦纶布与胶料的粘合强度;通过增强粘合底层胶和耐磨表层胶组合设计,试制密封制品的硬度高,耐磨性能优良,耐水性能明显优于进口密封制品。 相似文献

The crystalline structure of the heat‐sealed part of oriented polypropylene (OPP) and cast polypropylene (CPP) films was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and thermal mechanical analysis (TMA). The relationship between the crystalline structure and the mechanical properties was analyzed. It was found that the high total crystallinity of both OPP and CPP gave rise to good mechanical properties and that the orientation of the crystalline structure in the OPP film also was an important factor. The optimum condition for heat sealing was the temperature at which total crystallinity was highest while still retaining the crystalline orientation of OPP.
