采用空间矢量组合的小波图像分类矢量量化   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
该文提出了采用空间矢量组合对小波图像进行分类矢量量化的新方法。该方法充分利用了各高频子带系数的频率相关性和空间约束性将子带系数重组,依据组合矢量能量和零树矢量综合判定进行分类,整幅图像只需单一量化码书,分类信息占用比特数少,并采用了基于人眼视觉特性的加权均方误差准则进行矢量量化,提高了量化增益。仿真结果表明,该方法实现简单,在较低的编码率下,可达到很好的压缩效果。  相似文献

文中研究了小波系数的统计特性,小波系数的均值、方差和能量,不同分辨率级相同方向上小小的关系,以及同一分辨率级不同方向的小波系数对图像主观质量的影响。从而为基于小波变换的图像数据压缩中的量化方法提供了依据,得到以下结论:1.能量主要集中在低频系数,它对图像质量的影响最大,应对其进行量化;2.高频系数代表图像的细节信息,分辨率级越高的高频系数,对图像质量的影响越小,量化可以越粗;3.对同一方向不同分辨  相似文献

提出一种基于多小波变换结合矢量量化的图像编码算法(MDWT VQ)。首先对图像进行多小波分解,然后对高频系数用改进后的LBG算法形成的码书进行VQ编码。算法充分利用了多小波域不同分辨率层间各方向子图像的相似性,仅对最高分辨率层进行码书地址索引,低级分辨率层的系数按照一定的组织形式直接套用最高分辨率层的地址索引信息。对比实验的结果验证了该算法在提高图像的重建质量以及在降低位码率方面均比传统的单小波图像编码算法有一定的提高。  相似文献

本文基于零树编码、矢量分类和网格编码量化的思想,提出了对小波图像采用空间矢量组合和分类后进行网格编码矢量量化的新方法.该方法充分利用了各高频子带系数频率相关性和空间约束性,依据组合矢量能量和零树矢量综合判定进行分类,整幅图像只需单一量化码书,分类信息占用比特数少.对重要类矢量实行加权网格编码矢量量化,利用卷积编码扩展信号空间以增大量化信号间的欧氏距离,用维特比算法搜索最优量化序列,比使用矢量量化提高了0.6db左右.该方法编码计算复杂度适中,解码简单,可达到很好的压缩效果.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于小波分析图像分层编码方法,首先对图像进行小波分解,然后对各子图像进行分类矢量量化(CVQ),利用不同分辨率级子图像之间的相似性自生成分类信息,模拟实验表明此算法在较好图像质量的情况下获得了高压缩比,和现有文献给出的结果进行比较,该算法具有较好的性能。  相似文献

该文提出了一种基于双正交小波变换(BWT)和模糊矢量量化(FVQ)的极低比特率图像编码算法。该算法通过构造符合图像小波变换系数特征的跨频带矢量,充分利用了不同频带小波系数之间的相关性,有效地提高了图像的编码效率和重构质量。该算法采用非线性插补矢量量化(NLIVQ)的思想,从大维数矢量中提取小维数的特征矢量,并提出了一种新的模糊矢量量化方法一渐进构造模糊聚类(PCFC)算法用于特征矢量的量化,从而大大提高了矢量量化的速度和码书质量。实验结果证明,该算法在比特率为0.172bpp的条件下仍能获得PSNR>30dB的高质量重构图像。  相似文献

结合小波变换中多分辨率分析特性以及多级矢量量化复杂度低、量化效果较好的特点提出了一种基于小波变换的多级矢量量化图像编码方法。在使用多级量化的基础上采用联合优化多级矢量量化的码本设计方法,进一步提升量化效果。试验数据表明,该方法相对于传统的矢量量化算法,量化效果进一步提高,复杂度也在可接受范围之内,达到了很好的压缩编码效果。  相似文献

In order to obtain effective crowd relationships for crowd behavior analysis, an adaptive crowd segmentation method based on coherent motion detection is proposed. This method can improve the accuracy of segmentation results and be adaptively applied to various collective scenes that have different distributions at different scales. Firstly, an orientation clustering algorithm and a spatial joint strategy are proposed to preliminarily profile all agents into several partitions with different motion orientations. Then, the Natural Nearest Neighbor algorithm is introduced to construct the adaptive crowd motion networks combining with the profiling results, which can describe the neighborhood relationships of agents with stronger coherence. Finally, the improved Coherent Neighbor Invariance optimized by fusing motion information of neighbors is proposed to segment crowds with coherent motions from the crowd motion networks. The experiment results on videos depicting real-world crowd scenes indicate that the proposed method is effective and adaptive to various scenes.  相似文献

为了更好地利用图像多小波域系数的相似性进行编码,提出了一种基于多小波域新型空间方向树的SPIHT改进算法。在SPIHT改进算法中首先定义了一种新型空间方向树把多小波域中不同子带的相似系数和每个子带中各个子块的相似系数组织在一起,然后根据树的结构改进了算法中分裂排序过程。实验结果表明,SPIHT改进算法与原来的SPIHT算法相比,在相同的压缩比下可以获得更高的峰值信噪比。  相似文献

This paper describes the simulation of a control scheme using the principle of field orientation for the control of a voltage source inverter-fed induction motor. The control principle is explained, followed by an algorithm to simulate various components of the system in the digital computer. The dynamic response of the system for the load disturbance and set-point variations have been studied. This paper describes an approach to boundary detection in ultrasound speckle based on an image enhancement technique. The enhancement algorithm works by filtering the image with "sticks," short line segments which are varied in orientation to achieve the maximum projected value at each point. The statistical properties of this approach have been described in an earlier paper; in this work we present three significant extensions to improve the performance of the basic method. First, we investigate the effect of varying the size and shape of the sticks. We show that these variations affect the performance of the algorithm in very fundamental ways, for example by making it more or less sensitive to thinner or more tightly curving boundaries. Second, we present a means of improving the performance of this technique by estimating the distribution function of the orientation of the line passing through each point. Finally, we show that images can be "stained" for easier visual interpretation by applying to each pixel a false color whose hue is related to the orientation of the most prominent line segment at that point. Examples are given to illustrate the performance of the different settings on a single image.  相似文献

本文提出一种基于稀疏贝叶斯学习的改进离网DOA估计算法,以提升非理想测向环境下在低信噪比、低快拍数时的DOA估计性能,称之为MOGSBL算法。本算法将信号源方位区间进行离散化,得到方位离散网格。为阵列接收信号建立稀疏贝叶斯模型,将网格节点修正量设为模型超参数。采用期望最大化算法迭代更新网格节点修正量,使更新后的网格节点更接近真实源信号方位。为了检验MOGSBL算法的性能,本文进行了大量的数值实验,并将MOGSBL算法的DOA估计结果与RSBL算法、OGSBL算法和L1-SVD算法进行对比。在不同信噪比和不同快拍数时,MOGSBL算法均能清晰分辨方位很接近的两个信号源,角度分辨率明显高于RSBL算法、OGSBL算法和L1-SVD算法。随着信噪比和快拍数的增加,4种算法的RMSE均逐渐减小。但MOGSBL算法的RMSE明显低于RSBL算法、OGSBL算法和L1-SVD算法,且RSBL算法、OGSBL算法优于L1-SVD算法。实验还分析了方向测试范围的离散网格节点数对DOA估计的影响,发现细密的离散网格可以提高DOA估计精度,但DOA估计的计算量会增加。且在任意网格节点数时,相比于RSBL算...  相似文献

A wearable micro-sensor motion capture system with 16 IMUs and an error-compensatory complementary filter algorithm for real-time motion estimation has been developed to acquire accurate 3D orientation and displacement in real life activities. In the proposed filter algorithm, the gyroscope bias error, orientation error and magnetic disturbance error are estimated and compensated, significantly reducing the orientation estimation error due to sensor noise and drift. Displacement estimation, especially for activities such as jumping, has been the challenge in micro-sensor motion capture. An adaptive gait phase detection algorithm has been developed to accommodate accurate displacement estimation in different types of activities. The performance of this system is benchmarked with respect to the results of VICON optical capture system. The experimental results have demonstrated effectiveness of the system in daily activities tracking, with estimation error 0.16 ±0.06 m for normal walking and 0.13 ±0.11 m for jumping motions.  相似文献

As a global feature of fingerprints, the orientation field is very important for automatic fingerprint recognition. Many algorithms have been proposed for orientation field estimation, but their results are unsatisfactory, especially for poor quality fingerprint images. In this paper, a model-based method for the computation of orientation field is proposed. First a combination model is established for the representation of the orientation field by conidering its smoothness except for several singular points, in which a polynomial model is used to describe the orientation field globally and a point-charge model is taken to improve the accuracy locally at each singular point. When the coarse field is computed by using the gradient-based algorithm, a further result can be gained by using the model for a weighted approximation. Due to the global approximation, this model-based orientation field estimation algorithm has a robust performance on different fingerprint images. A further experiment shows that the performance of a whole fingerprint recognition system can be improved by applying this algorithm instead of previous orientation estimation methods.  相似文献
