针对某精密阀芯外圆表面径向孔尺寸和位置精度高、加工质量不稳定的情况,设计一种采用V形槽反装定位、偏心轮装置快速夹紧的专用钻床夹具。详细分析了径向孔加工钻床夹具的定位和夹紧方案,计算出定位元件关键尺寸,阐述夹紧装置的原理和工作过程。经夹具精度分析与验算,发现所设计的夹具完全能满足精密阀芯径向钻孔的高精度要求。该夹具操作简便、适应性强、工件加工质量稳定,为机械行业销轴类零件高精度径向孔钻床夹具的设计提供了参考。 相似文献

In this paper, the finite-element method is used to investigate the cold eccentric nosing process of metal tubes with an eccentric conical die from circular tube billets. A series of simulations on the eccentric tube nosing using the program DEFORM-3D was carried out. The influences of the process parameters such as tube length, tube thickness, die fillet radius, die angle, friction factor, strength coefficient and strain-hardening exponent of the billet material on the critical nosing ratio of the tube are examined. 相似文献

Flow forming involves complicated tooling/workpiece interactions. Purely analytical models of the tool contact area are difficult to formulate, resulting in numerical approaches that are case-specific. Provided are the details of an analytical model that describes the steady-state tooling/workpiece contact area allowing for easy modification of the dominant geometric variables. The assumptions made in formulating this analytical model are validated with experimental results attained from physical modelling. The analysis procedure can be extended to other rotary forming operations such as metal spinning, shear forming, thread rolling and crankshaft fillet rolling. 相似文献
