The grades of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steels,especially the grades used in automobile exhaust system,were reviewed.The dependence of properties on alloying elements,the refining facilities,and the mechanism of the reactions in steel melts were described in detail.Vacuum,strong stirring,and powder injection proved to be effective technologies in the melting of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steels.The application of the ferritic grades was also briefly introduced.  相似文献

As stabilizing elements added into ultra-pure ferritic stainless steels, niobium and titanium react with carbon and nitrogen to form carbonitrides and have great effects on the ratio of equiaxed zone and the grain size of solidification structure of ingots, which remarkably affect the quality of cold-rolled sheets. Combined with thermodynamic calculation, style and precipitation progress of inclusions in ultra-pure ferritic stainless steels were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results indicate that the inclusions are mainly Ti-Al-N-O system inclusions in ultra-pure ferritic stainless steels. Al2O3 starts to precipitate firstly and then TiOx and TiN precipitates sequently. The inclusions are mainly single TiN particles and complex inclusions with Al2O3-Ti2O3 as cores and covered with TiN under the condition of 0.31% titanium addition and mainly Al2O3 under the condition of 0.01% titanium addition. A few (Nb, Ti) N particles precipitate because of no enough titanium to react with nitrogen when titanium addition is 0.01%. In addition, fine Nb(C, N) particles with size of less than 500 nm precipitate at relatively low temperature.  相似文献

最近几年,随着对全球环境问题的关注,汽车燃油的经济性和汽车尾气排放的等级化要求不断提高,铁素体不锈钢更多用于汽车排气系统零部件。铁素体不锈钢性能得到了明显改善,使铁素体不锈钢具有低的价格和良好性能,欧美及日本汽车几乎全部使用超纯铁素体不锈钢用于排气系统零部件制造。介绍了汽车排气系统的构成及对各部件常用不锈钢的性能要求、排气系统零部件的主要失效形式和所用不锈钢材料的腐蚀评价方法。  相似文献

 为改进超纯铁素体不锈钢的脱氧工艺,提高夹杂物控制水平,在硅钼高温电阻炉内对钛稳定超纯铁素体不锈钢的精炼过程进行了试验研究。结合热力学计算,研究了不同Si、Al含量(质量分数,下同)比值的硅铝合金的脱氧效果,以及脱氧、钛合金化和钙处理后钢中典型夹杂物的组成和形貌及粒度分布。结果表明:钢中初始氧含量相近的条件下,硅铝合金复合脱氧的钢中酸溶铝、全氧量与纯铝脱氧结果相近。硅铝复合脱氧后钢中夹杂物主要为(MgO-)Al2O3-SiO2复合脱氧产物。钛合金化后夹杂物的类型主要为Al2O3-MgO-(SiO2)-TiOx复合夹杂物和TiN。钙处理后的夹杂物主要为球形的MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-TiOx类复合氧化物。采用硅铝合金复合脱氧比纯铝脱氧钢的夹杂物的总数量、总面积和平均粒径均要小。  相似文献

随着汽车行业的发展,汽车排气系统热端用铁素体不锈钢的使用温度越来越高,高温性能成为限制其发展的关键性能。研究铌含量对铁素体不锈钢组织与高温性能的影响可以指导钢种设计和工业化生产。选取了2种17%Cr超纯铁素体不锈钢进行高温时效试验,结果表明:铌的质量分数为0.2%时,铌没有明显的强化作用,950℃高温下晶粒迅速长大,高温强度迅速降低;铌的质量分数为0.4%时,在950℃高温下时效,材料中析出弥散第二相粒子Fe2Nb,阻止晶粒长大,提高强度,防止高温引起的材料软化。材料的高温强度是由固溶铌以及铌析出物的共同作用引起的,当固溶铌析出形成析出物时,固溶铌含量减少引起的强度降低以及析出引起强度升高的竞争导致了材料的强度变化。  相似文献

不锈钢可通过压制与烧结水雾化粉末来制取.粉冶品级的不锈钢有铁素体、奥氏体、马氏体、两相(铁素体+奥氏体)、双相(铁素体+马氏体)以及沉淀硬化(马氏体)等不锈钢.开发双相粉冶不锈钢反映了对较高强度、较高延性与韧性的需求在增长.在本研究中,开发出一种新的低成本粉冶不锈钢,它将双相(铁素体+马氏体)显微结构与沉淀硬化的优点结合在一起.它与其他沉淀硬化合金不同,尽管这种不锈钢在时效后强度与韧性有所提高,但延性与冲击韧度的提高更大.借助组成与显微结构评估了新合金的力学性能.  相似文献

等轴晶组织对于铁素体不锈钢焊缝区的力学性能,特别是韧性、延伸率等影响很大。总结了在铁素体不锈钢焊缝中等轴晶的形核机理。对于439超纯铁素体,加入钛元素可以在焊缝凝固前的熔融状态析出TiN的析出相,有利于钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的焊缝等轴晶的形成。在短暂的焊接过程中,可以通过控制铁素体不锈钢Ti和N的浓度积以及N的含量等来控制母材TiN最初的析出形态、析出数量;同时,通过Ti和N的合适匹配以及合适的焊接工艺参数保证焊缝区的温度梯度,这些都是焊缝区等轴晶比例的必要控制因素。  相似文献

 铁素体不锈钢中Cr元素对其耐腐蚀性能起着非常重要的作用。本文采用实验室冷凝液腐蚀实验方法,对一系列汽车排气系统用铁素体不锈钢在实验室模拟冷凝液中的腐蚀性能进行了研究。所有钢种经过10周期的实验室冷凝液腐蚀实验后,研究结果表明:Cr当量高于17%的铁素体不锈钢与含17%Cr的铁素体不锈钢耐实验室冷凝液腐蚀性能相当,且平均腐蚀失重量均小于6g/m2,平均最大腐蚀深度均小于0.03mm。在此实验结果的基础上,对新开发的439M型铁素体不锈钢和409L型铁素体不锈钢进一步开展5周期、10周期、20周期的实验室冷凝液腐蚀实验,并使用极值分析方法对三种周期冷凝液腐蚀实验后样品的最大点蚀深度进行统计分析,研究结果表明,新开发的439M型铁素体不锈钢的预测寿命是409L的1.6倍。  相似文献

In the recent situation of a historically high nickel price, austenitic stainless steels, such as 1.4301, became too expensive compared to their actual technical value in many applications. This paper presents two new stainless steel grades developed by ArcelorMittal to replace 1.4301. The first one is a 20%Cr ferritic grade. The second one is a low‐Ni Cu‐bearing austenitic grade. The choices in the compositions are described as a function of the technical requirements, economical target and the production process limitations. The final properties are discussed as a function of the composition and compared with 1.4301 and other existing stainless steels. Finally, the complementarities of these two new grades are highlighted in regard to the different application markets considered.  相似文献

采用浸泡失重法和电化学方法研究Ce和W对铁素体不锈钢在含Cl-溶液中耐点蚀性能的影响,并通过恒电位极化法测定不同Ce和W含量的铁素体不锈钢临界点蚀温度(CPT)。结果表明,W和Ce都可显著抑制铁素体不锈钢在FeCl3溶液中的腐蚀溶解,且含W的不锈钢蚀坑坑底有W元素富集。Ce和W的添加提高了不锈钢在5%NaCl溶液中的临界点蚀温度,并且当W的质量分数达到1%时,可以显著增强蚀坑的再钝化能力。添加Ce和W可提高不锈钢的点蚀电位,降低腐蚀电流密度,提高不锈钢的耐点蚀性能。不同成分的铁素体不锈钢在中性氯溶液中都表现出稳定的钝态,而Ce和W的添加可以提高钝化膜的稳定性,扩大钝化区范围。  相似文献

A review is given concerning some of the recent industrial developments of stainless steels. In austenitic stainless steels,two different directions of alloy development are noticeable:low nickel austenitic stainless steels and high nitrogen stainless steels.In these two cases the aims are different,particularly in terms of strength,but the philosophy of alloy development and the scientific approaches are very similar and they all revolve about the role of nitrogen as an alloying element and how this affects strength,ductility and corrosion resistance. There is now a broad and useful basis of information as to how nitrogen affects solid solution hardening,grain boundary hardening and work hardening and how to make use of these effects in developing materials required by the world market. In the field of corrosion resistance,ferritic,duplex and austenitic stainless steels compete with each other and now there is a growing body of information concerning the relative corrosion resistance based on laboratory data. However,for practical applications and for alloy selection,more than just laboratory data are needed,and thus,the first results are presented here of a many years comparison of the corrosion resistance of 24 commercial stainless steels exposed to corrosion in outdoors marine atmosphere.Hope is expressed to involve in the near future even more steels from a wider range of manufacturers in such corrosion studies.This might help consumers in appropriate alloy selection.It might also help steel makers in developing appropriate stainless steel grades.  相似文献

 铁素体不锈钢与奥氏体不锈钢相比具有成本低、热膨胀系数低和耐应力腐蚀等优点,所以被广泛应用到汽车排气系统、家用电器和建筑等领域。研究了不同的Nb含量对铁素体不锈钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:Nb有细化晶粒的作用,随着Nb含量的增加,晶粒的平均尺寸减小;由于合金元素Nb和Ti的加入,形成了TiN、NbC 和 Fe2Nb析出相,其透射电镜观察结果与Thermal calc计算结果一致;材料的抗拉强度和显微硬度随着Nb含量的增加而增加,这是由于Nb的固溶强化和析出强化共同作用的结果。  相似文献

本文采用电化学、盐雾试验、酸溶液中的耐蚀性试验等腐蚀试验方法,评价了Cr、Mo、Ti、Cu等元素的作用,同时采用力学试验和各种成型试验方法探讨了上述元素的影响。根据试验结果成功地开发了既具有可以和1Cr18Ni9Tj相媲美的不锈耐蚀性能;又具有Cr17型不锈钢美观、价廉等特征的新型深冲用不锈钢00Cr17MoTiCu。该新型不锈钢可广泛应用于食品加工、厨房设备、轻工纺织、建筑五金等行业。  相似文献

超纯铁素体不锈钢中(C+N)含量≤150×10- °,其耐蚀性、焊接性能、韧性等显著高于普通铁素  体不锈钢。介绍了新开发的409改进型、429及改进型、444及改进型超纯铁素体不锈钢的钢种、成分和性能; 采用三步法工艺冶炼18Cr超纯铁素体不锈钢,用SS-VOD 精炼时,钢中[C+N]≤70×10-⁶ ;VOD-PB 精炼时, [C+N] 为80×10-⁶ ;VCR 精炼时,[C+N] 为(80~100)×10-⁶。  相似文献

Duplex stainless steels are designed to solidify with ferrite as the parent phase, with subsequent austenite formation occurring in the solid state, implying that, thermodynamically, a fully ferritic range should exist at high temperatures. However, computational thermodynamic tools appear currently to overestimate the austenite stability of these systems, and contradictory data exist in the literature. In the present work, the high-temperature phase equilibria of four commercial duplex stainless steel grades, denoted 2304, 2101, 2507, and 3207, with varying alloying levels were assessed by measurements of the austenite-to-ferrite transformation at temperatures approaching 1673 K (1400 °C) using a novel in-situ neutron scattering approach. All grades became fully ferritic at some point during progressive heating. Higher austenite dissolution temperatures were measured for the higher alloyed grades, and for 3207, the temperature range for a single-phase ferritic structure approached zero. The influence of temperatures in the region of austenite dissolution was further evaluated by microstructural characterization using electron backscattered diffraction of isothermally heat-treated and quenched samples. The new experimental data are compared to thermodynamic calculations, and the precision of databases is discussed.  相似文献

The forming behavior of austenitic stainless steels (types 201, 301, and 304) and ferritic stainless steels (types 437, 439, 444, and 468) was investigated. The tensile behavior and the forming-limit diagrams (FLDs) for these grades were determined. The ferritic alloys behave similarly to plain carbon steels and are relatively insensitive to small variations of strain rate and temperature. The formability of the austenitic alloys is influenced greatly by martensitic transformation during straining. The fraction of martensite transformed as a function of strain was found to be very sensitive to temperature, which, in turn, depends on the strain rate at typical testing rates (10−3 to 10−1/s). At low rates (when the specimen remains near room temperature), the formability of the austenitic alloys is markedly improved by transformation strengthening. The enhancement of formability is largest on the biaxial side of the FLD, because the fraction martensite transformed was found to depend on the absolute thickness strain, which is maximized in the balanced biaxial strain state.  相似文献
