The development of adren- and cholinergic nervous plexuses in the brain base arteries was studied by histochemical methods of Falck and Kelle in animals and fetuses of 10-22 days, newborn rats, animals of 10, 20, 30, 40, 60 and 120 days of life and 1 and 2 years old rats. The cholinergic nerve fibres were first found in the basilar, vertebral and internal carotid arteries on the 15th and 16th days of ontogenesis. Specific fluorescence of adrenergic conductors on the same arteries is revealed somewhat later--from the 17th and 18th days of the intrauterine development. Further formation of the cholin- and adrenergic innervation of the arteries of the Willis' circle goes on synchronously. The number of nerve fibres increases with the growth of the artery diameter. The concentration of catecholamines and the activity of AChE in them gradually increases. The greatest density of nerve fibres per 1 mm2 is determined in 20-day-old rats. The number of cholinergic nerve fibres on the arteries of the brain base is equal to that of adrenergic fibres during the whole period of postnatal ontogenesis. By the 30th day the effector nervous apparatus has a definite structure. In old rats the activity of AChE and the content of catecholamines drop, the amount and concentration of nerve fibres decrease.  相似文献

The dorsal approach to the metacarpal bones is through the peritendinous connective tissue of the extensor tendons. Knowledge of the vascular supply of the distal parts of these tendons, between the distal end of the tendon sheath and the tendon's osseous insertion is important, especially with respect to atraumatic technique. The course and distribution of the vessels to the extensor tendons II-V were investigated. Superficial and deep layers of connective tissue were found to contain blood vessels. The superficial vessels reach the dorsal aspect of the extensor tendon, originating from subcutaneous arteries and the large arteries of the hand. The deep vessels reach the lateropalmar aspect of the tendons and originate from the peritendinous muscular arteries. Vessel distribution suggests a direct relationship between the number of nourishing arteries and the tendon surface area. The vascular supply to the unsheathed parts of the extensor tendons shows morphological adaptations to differential mechanical stress during tendon excursion.  相似文献

Vasomotor responses from the nasal mucosa and tongue, and contractions of the nictitating membrane, were recorded on stimulation of the cervical sympathetic or internal carotid nerves. Preganglionic sympathetic nerve fibres which elicited a membrane response possessed a lower threshold than those which evoked nasal vasoconstriction, while the latter displayed a lower threshold than fibres which evoked tongue vasoconstriction. The sympathetic vasodilator fibres to the tongue whose activity was revealed after alpha-receptor blockade, had a similar threshold to the vasoconstrictor fibres. Membrane contraction, nasal vasoconstriction and occasionally tongue vasoconstriction could be evoked by stimulating the internal carotid nerve. The postganglionic fibres innervating the nasal mucosa had a similar threshold to those of the nictitating membrane, which may indicate that there are small myelinated fibres innervating the mucosa. The preganglionic compound nerve action potential had four major components, S1-S4. S1, S2 and usually S3 fibres were associated with membrane contraction; S2, S3 and sometimes S1 fibres were associated with nasal vasoconstriction; and S3, usually S2 and occasionally S1 fibres were associated with vasoconstriction in the tongue. It is concluded that each of these three groups of nerve fibres, but not S4 fibres, may include fibres associated functionally with the three effectors. There was a considerable difference between the relative amplitude of the responses of the three effectors elicited by stimulation of the cervical sympathetic nerve at frequencies between 0.2 and 2 Hz. Vasoconstrictor responses were relatively larger than membrane contractions suggesting differences in the mechanisms of neurotransmission at the neuroeffector junctions.  相似文献

This article presents an evaluation of the factor structures of the Japanese version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The MBI is a widely used psychometric instrument for measuring 'burnout' developed by Maslach and her co-workers. The MBI consists of four subscales: Emotional Exhaustion, Personal Accomplishment, Depersonalization, and Involvement. The MBI was translated into Japanese along with a back-translation and was administered to a sample of 267 nurses. Various psychometric analyses showed that the Japanese version of the MBI has high reliability for the 22 items scored for the frequency dimension. The factor analysis using principal factoring with an oblique rotation resulted in three factor structures that had different implications from the MBI: Emotional Exhaustion/Depersonalization, Personal Accomplishment, and Physical Exhaustion. The correlationship between the MBI and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ), measures of depression, showed that burnout was a unique phenomenon.  相似文献

采用粉末冶金法制备了添加纳米SiO2的铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料,经湿式摩擦材料摩擦性能试验机测试,研究了纳米SiO2添加量对摩擦材料的摩擦系数、磨损率和耐热系数的影响.结果表明:随纳米SiO2质量分数从0增加到1.5%,材料的动摩擦系数先减小后增加,静摩擦系数无明显变化;耐热系数逐步提高;磨损率则先减小后增加;纳米SiO2质量分数为0.75%的材料性能最佳.研究认为:纳米SiO2对铜基湿式摩擦材料的摩擦学性能有显著影响,添加适量的纳米SiO2可使材料具有高而稳定的摩擦系数、优异的耐磨性和耐热性等综合性能.  相似文献

The object of studies was an alumina plant operating according to the Bayer process; the basic tool of these studies was a computer model of alumina production which allows optimization. Methods have been developed, which make it possible to reveal the degree of the influence of the properties of raw materials and technological characteristics of production on the economic efficiency of the production. The greatest attention was given to the technological processes which form the Bayer cycle, i.e., to leaching, decomposition, thinning, and evaporation. The process of the passage of material flows through the entire Bayer cycle and the obtaining of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of these flows has been simulated. A model of phase diagrams which makes it possible to approximately determine the shape and position of the solubility isotherms of gibbsite depending on temperature has been constructed. The main result of this work is the development of an efficient tool which ensures conducting the optimization of the most important technological characteristics of alumina production on the basis of its complex technical and economic estimation.  相似文献

We investigated the fine structure of the semicompact formation of the nucleus ambiguus (AmS), which was identified by retrogradely labeled pharyngeal (PH) motoneurons. When cholera toxin subunit B-conjugated horseradish peroxidase was injected into the lower pharyngeal muscle, many retrogradely labeled PH neurons were found throughout the AmS. Besides the PH neurons, two types of neurons were recognized in the AmS: unlabeled medium-sized neurons and unlabeled small neurons. The PH neuron was large (27.6 x 44.1 microm) and polygonal, and contained many Nissl bodies and well-developed cell organelles with a prominent spherical nucleus. The medium-sized neuron was dark and oval (19.3 x 33.2 microm), and contained many free ribosomes and much swollen rough endoplasmic reticulum with a distorted oval nucleus. The small neuron was spindle-shaped (12.3 x 20.2 microm), and had poorly developed cell organelles with an irregularly shaped nucleus. The average number of axosomatic terminals in a sectional plane was largest in the PH neurons (32.8), smaller in the medium-sized neurons (23.1), and smallest in the small neurons (6.3). The number of axo-somatic terminals containing round vesicles (Gray's type I) was almost equal to that of terminals containing pleomorphic vesicles (Gray's type II) in the PH neuron, and slightly smaller in the small and the medium-sized neurons. About 60% of the axodendritic terminals were Gray's type I, and 40% were type II. These results indicate that there are two different types of interneurons besides the PH motoneurons in the AmS.  相似文献

Fractures of the proximal femur are, more than ever, an important challenge in the field of traumatology. The Gamma nail, a combination of advantages of the sliding screw with the intramedullary nail, represents an efficient technique in the management of these fractures. A series of 224 fractures of the proximal femur in which this nail was used is reported. The average age of the patients was 79.2 years. The mean healing time was 68.2 days in 99.4% of the cases. The incidence of perioperative complications was 10.3% showing that, in most of the cases, the complications occurred because of poor technique. Postoperative complications occurred with an incidence of 14.1%. Seven cases of migration of a proximal screw, six shaft fractures, and one broken nail were the most important complications. The device allowed for early mobilization and full weightbearing of the affected hip regardless of the type of fracture. With adequate surgical technique and experience, the advantages of the Gamma nail increases as the complication rate diminishes.  相似文献

The secondary structures of the histones, H1, H2A, H2B, H3, and H4 have been predicted utilizing the predictive scheme of Chou and Fasman (Biochemistry 13:211, 222[1974]) and a new set of conformational parameters based on the X-ray data of 29 protein structures. The alpha-helical, beta-sheet, reverse beta-turns, and random coil regions of these proteins are carefully delineated. Structures are specified which are most probably under various environmental conditions, i.e., for changes in ionic strength, association between histones and in association with DNA. 以董东矿50107工作面为研究对象,通过数值模拟软件FLAC3D建立模型,对比分析窄矿柱、宽矿柱以及切顶沿空留巷情况下围岩及底板受力特征,确定切顶沿空留巷切顶对围岩的卸压作用。对比分析围岩受力情况,表明切顶沿空留巷卸压效果比较明显,对比分析围岩塑性区的底板破坏深度,表明有利于切顶沿空留巷卸压效果明显,切顶沿空留巷有很好的卸压效果,有利于矿山巷道围岩控制。  相似文献

The L-DOPA and sulpiridinum effects on the enzymatic transporting function of the enterocytes' membrane, were studied in rats under stress. The L-DOPA was shown to hinder the absorption rate of glucose, whereas sulpiridinum was shown to suppress the main enzymes excepting snerase and alkaline phosphatase, to increase the monomeric and hydrolysate glucose transport. The L-DOPA seems to play a modifying role in the regulation and integration of the digestive-transporting function of the enterocytes' membrane in rats under stress.  相似文献

The production of the alkaloids costaclavine and epicostaclavine by Penicillium gorlenkoanum was studied as a function of the culture age and the composition of the growth medium. The alkaloids were found in the mycelium and, in great quantities, in the cultural broth. The production of the extracellular alkaloids started from the first days of growth and run in parallel to the biomass accumulation; the synthesis of costaclavine and epicostaclavine was maximal at the end of the logarithmic-stationary growth phases. The medium supplied with mannitol, succinic acid and 1% KH2PO4 was optimal for epicostaclavine synthesis. A carbohydrate or organic acid substitution as well as a variation in the concentration of phosphate changed the proportion between epicostaclavine and costaclavine contents. The biosynthesis of epicostaclavine was inhibited almost entirely by the glucose deficiency (2%) in the medium. This glucose concentration, phosphate excess (10 g/l), and the presence of citric or tartaric acids created favourable conditions for costaclavine biosynthesis.  相似文献

Examining 230 edentulous patients, a significant degree of atrophy in the maxilla and mandible relatively often has been found. Atrophy could be detected more often in the mandible of female patients. For these forms of manifestation, among others, systemic causes: osteoporosis, diabetes and periodontal disease could be found. The results and their classification may help to draw the attention in the course of treatment to strong dissimilarities or similarities of the edentulous mouth. The degree of atrophy observed on both jaw-bones--among other factors--is significant for the planning and prognosis when indicating total prosthetic treatment.  相似文献

The presence of receptor for arginine vasotocin (AVT) in the vagina of the oviduct of the hen was demonstrated by the use of radioligand binding assays on membrane fractions of the tissue. The binding to [125I]AVT was highly competitive with unlabeled AVT. Scatchard analysis revealed that the binding sites are of a single class. The equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) was 0.48+/-0.05 nM (x+/-SEM; n = 6) in laying hens holding a hard-shelled egg in the uterus (shell gland) and 1.01+/-0.02 nM (n = 6) in nonlaying hens. The maximum binding capacity (Bmax) was 0.41+/-0.04 pmol/mg protein (n = 6) in laying hens and 0.81+/-0.01 pmol/mg protein (n = 6) in nonlaying hens. The Kd value of the laying hens varied from 0.39 to 1.20 nM during an oviposition cycle, showing an increase just prior to oviposition, and the Bmax value also varied from 0.30 to 0.66 pmol/mg protein, showing a gradual increase after 6 h prior to oviposition. In the nonlaying hen, both values were almost constant during a 24-h day. The changes in the binding affinity and capacity of AVT receptor of the vagina may be related to oviposition in the hen.  相似文献

The nine-banded armadillo possesses a salivary bladder which is a dilated portion of the main duct of the submandibular gland at its origin. The wall of the bladder is composed of an epithelium, a submucosa and a thick coat of skeletal muscle. The ultrastructure of the epithelium reveals that it is complex and consists of three cell types: 1) principal cells, 2) light cells, and 3) basal cells. The general organization of the epithelium suggests that it is a transporting type of epithelium such as that found in the amphibian and reptilian and reptilian urinary bladders and the mammalian gall bladder. The submucosa is composed primarily of densely-packed collagen fibers. The skeletal muscle is very vascular and richly innervated.  相似文献

We performed an anatomical dissection of the medial soft-tissue retinacular fibers that restrain lateral patellar displacement and found that the medial patellofemoral ligament inserts not only on the patella but also on the undersurface of the distal aspect of the quadriceps mechanism. The deep capsular layer contained substantial retinacular fibers that were associated with the medial patellomeniscal ligament. Functional studies of the relative contributions of the medial soft-tissue restraints in the prevention of lateral patellar displacement were also performed. Twenty-five fresh-frozen specimens of the knee, obtained after amputations (nineteen specimens) or from cadavera (six specimens) were tested biomechanically on a universal testing instrument. We ranked the soft-tissue restraints, in order of their relative contributions to the restraining force, on the basis of the percentage of force provided by the retinacular and ligamentous tissue that resisted the lateral displacement of the patella. The medial patellofemoral ligament, although varying in size and importance, was found to be the major medial soft-tissue restraint that prevented lateral displacement of the distal knee-extensor mechanism, contributing an average of 53 per cent of the total force. The patellomeniscal ligament and associated retinacular fibers in the deep capsular layer of the knee, which were previously thought to be functionally unimportant in the stabilization of the patella, contributed an average of 22 per cent of the total force. The previously described retinacular fibers (the patellotibial band) were functionally unimportant in the prevention of lateral displacement.  相似文献

cAMP-dependent and casein proteinkinase were found in cytosol of the rabbit small intestine mucosa. cAMP-dependent proteinkinase of cytosol is represented by two forms of types I and II. The activity of enzymes of types I and II constitutes 10 and 90%, respectively. Casein proteinkinase is represented by a single form. The catalytic subunit of cAMP-dependent proteinkinase of type II was isolated in a homogenous state. The catalytic subunit phosphorylates histones H1, H2a, H2b and protamine and to a far less degree histones H3, H4 and casein (H2b greater than H1 greater than H2a greater than protamine much greater than H3 greater than casein). The Km value for histone H1 is equal to 65 mkM, and that for Mg-ATP 12 mkM. Chloromethylpyrophosphonate and adenosine p-fluorosulfobenzoate were studied as affine modifiers of the active center of the catalytic subunit from the small intestine mucosa. It was shown that only adenosine p-fluorosulfonate is an irreversible inhibitor of the catalytic subunit.  相似文献
