随着3G技术和智能手机的飞速发展,移动互联网已成为时代的骄子,智能手机用户爆炸性的增长速度使得移动电子商务渗透到生活中的方方面面,推动着移动电子商务的快速发展。文章从解决移动电子商务安全问题的角度出发,从自主创新和系统集成创新两个方面提出了实现移动电子商务平台的安全保障框架,并详细介绍了安全框架的设计和实现方法。安全框架在相关移动电子商务平台项目中的实际运行情况表明,该框架能够为企业提供完善的安全解决方案,降低各企业单独实施电子商务安全的成本和风险,增强用户对移动电子商务安全的信心。  相似文献

为探究区块链环境下电商消费者行为的复杂网络特性,在对传统局域网络与BBV增长网络研究的基础上,针对区块链环境下电子商务消费者行为的特性,提出2个方面的创新优化: (1)建立基于声誉的有限信任共识机制; (2)构建基于去中心化特性的消费者社团交互选择的智能合约。将共识机制与智能合约融入多子群混合增长模型中,研究在特定参数下,区块链电商消费者网络在复杂网络结构方面的特性。实证研究表明:即使是在具有去中心化、去信任的区块链电子商务环境下,消费者网络依旧会呈现出节点幂律分布的特点和小世界特性。在多子群混合增长模型中,消费者社团划分明显,消费者之间会出现“富者愈富”的马太效应,但是与传统网络电子商务消费者网络相比,其社团结构则更为松散,具有反垄断的特性。实验表明,在该环境下消费者的消费行为更加自由与透明。  相似文献

We explore the theoretical foundations on how firm and IT characteristics explain the market value variations in e-commerce initiatives by examining the announcements of 946 e-commerce initiatives in the public media. Our approach combines the Event study methodology and Decision tree induction to examine the main and interaction effects of IT and firm characteristics on Cumulative Abnormal Returns (CAR). In particular, we generate complex interaction models that can guide e-commerce investment decisions so managers can know, for example, which combination of IT and firm characteristics are more likely to be viewed positively by investors. The selected study variables as well as explanation of the proposed framework are informed by innovation, resource-based view, transaction cost economics and complementarity theories. We have inductively developed a set of propositions that can be deductively tested to assess the validity of our proposed theoretical framework. Hence our study provides an initial roadmap for theory development on e-commerce and CAR.  相似文献

An ever-increasing use of Internet has greatly been affecting the importance of e-commerce websites. As such, analyzing those websites and discovering customers’ purchasing power, the present study tends to propose a framework and an appropriate structure to make the websites more flexible and highly functional. Such an efficient and effective framework facilitates customers’ purchasing capacities. In this framework, different techniques and methods including the genetic algorithm, neural networks, and collaborative filtering are utilized. The pre- and post-execution data show that the proposed framework changes the website structure based on the two criteria, i.e., sales conversion rate and average pre-purchase page views and finally leading to improved website usability.  相似文献

With the rapid development of tourism e-commerce in China, how to evaluate the effectiveness of tourism e-commerce service innovation in the e-commerce field has become an important and critical issue. Drawing on pertaining literature, this paper chooses the back propagation (BP) neural network model to evaluate the effectiveness of tourism e-commerce service innovation. The study first establishes the evaluation index system that is consistent with the characteristics of the tourism e-commerce service industry and selects ten tourism e-commerce service providers to conduct an empirical analysis. Then Matlab7.0 is employed to simulate this evaluation model and to draw the corresponding conclusions. Finally, this paper summarizes the limitations of the study and proposes future research avenues. The insightful results of this study can mirror the development situation of tourism e-commerce and provide an effective evaluation framework for the tourism e-commerce service innovation performance in China.  相似文献

互联网的发展带来无限商机的同时,也通过网络平台日益拉近顾客之间的联系,研究群聚消费对企业的影响又是一个新的议题。本文利用某电子商务网站的顾客消费数据展开实证研究,发现电子商务顾客消费网络体现出复杂网络的典型特征。通过对该网络的项目度分布及群聚特征的深入研究,从复杂网络的视角重新审视了电子商务中顾客消费行为的群聚性。针对电子商务中顾客消费的群聚行为及忠诚顾客对顾客群体行为的影响提出一种假设模式,并构建了一个电子商务顾客消费网络的演化-传播-免疫计算机模型进行模拟验证,为研究电子商务企业中顾客群体行为提供了一个新的探索和尝试。  相似文献

We propose a software framework for a non-repudiation security service in e-commerce (electronic commerce) on the Internet. The proposed software framework is a security framework for the non-repudiation security service. In the framework, we propose a systematic design methodology that provides a security class concept. Our framework can be differentiated from others. First, unlike other frameworks, it is interested in a successful completion of e-commerce transactions by supporting a non-repudiation security service. Second, the proposed framework is based on a dynamic mapping mechanism that improves the performance of e-commerce transactions. We made a set of experiments to measure the performance of three software frameworks—SSL, SET, and our NA framework. The experimental results show that our framework improves the performance of e-commerce transactions while providing a high quality of security services for desired e-commerce transactions.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a secure and efficient software framework for non-repudiation service based on an adaptive secure methodology in e-commerce (electronic commerce). First, we introduce an explicit security framework of the e-commerce transaction called notary service. The proposed framework supports non-repudiation of service for a successful e-commerce transaction in terms of generation, delivery, retrieval, and verification of the evidence for resolving disputes. Second, we propose an adaptive secure methodology to support secure and efficient non-repudiation of service in the proposed framework. Our adaptive secure methodology dynamically adapts security classes based on the nature and sensitivity of interactions among participants. The security classes incorporate security levels of cryptographic techniques with a degree of information sensitivity. As Internet e-businesses exponentially grow, a need for high security level categories to identify a group of connections or individual transactions is manifest. Therefore, development of an efficient and secure methodology is in high demand. We have done extensive experiments on the performance of the proposed adaptive secure methodology. Experimental results show that the adaptive secure methodology provides e-commerce transactions with high quality of security services. Our software framework incorporating the adaptive secure methodology is compared with existing well-known e-commerce frameworks such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and SET (Secure Electronic Transaction).  相似文献

Regional electronic marketplaces (REMs) have been used to promote e-commerce uptake by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). However, the community and regional economic development motives underpinning REM creation can cause complexities. While REM development and management can be informed by existing theoretical frameworks, there is no comprehensive framework that can be used to examine the factors affecting the success or failure of government-supported SME-REMs. The objective of this paper is to construct such a framework that can be used to examine these factors. The literature on e-marketplaces and IT/IS/e-commerce adoption by SMEs is examined to determine the appropriateness of existing theoretical frameworks, the key constructs of which are synthesised to form an integrated theoretical framework. The value of the framework is confirmed by content analysis of published case studies and empirical results from in-depth case studies of two SME-REMs. The most significant factors affecting success or failure of government-supported SME-REMs are as follows: SME-owner innovativeness; REM ownership structure and governance that engender trust and build critical mass by including SMEs in REM development and management; matching REM focus and structure with regional profile by leveraging community ties and existing business relationships; adopting a staged approach to REM development; and ensuring REM benefits are understood by SMEs.  相似文献

Electronic commerce continues to see phenomenal growth, but so far most e-commerce development involves wired infrastructures. The authors believe emerging wireless and mobile networks will provide new avenues for growth, creating new opportunities in mobile commerce. According to the GartnerGroup, a market research firm, by 2004 at least 40 percent of consumer-to-business e-commerce will come from smart phones using the wireless application protocol (WAP). Based on a study by the Wireless Data and Computing Service, a division of Strategy Analytics, the annual mobile commerce market may rise to $200 billion by 2004. The authors provide a mobile commerce framework to illustrate potential applications such as mobile inventory management, product location and search, proactive service management, and mobile entertainment. This paper presents an overview of some of the key issues which have emerged in recent years surrounding the growth and application of e-commerce in the global information infrastructure (GII). Increased access to the Internet, the Internet as a strategic resource for business, trust and security issues surrounding e-commerce, and calls for a regulatory and legal framework to protect buyers and sellers, are four critical areas that need to be addressed by industry, government and the individual. In attempting to synthesise some of the contemporary key issues in e-commerce, we conclude by suggesting that research into this subject must embrace both external and internal factors as this will engender a deeper understanding of the role of e-commerce in the so-called ‘knowledge-driven economy’.  相似文献
