江苏省经信委大数据平台设计与应用

云计算、大数据等信息技术的应用能够为大量积累的江苏经信数据资源提供存储、共享和分析。按照国家和省级相关要求,建设江苏经信委大数据平台,能够加快政府信息平台整合,消除信息孤岛,为公众、企业和政府的管理与服务建设提供信息资源支撑。     

Scalable networked information processing environment (SNIPE)

Scalable Networked Information Processing Environment (SNIPE) is a metacomputing system that aims to provide a reliable, secure, fault-tolerant environment for long-term distributed computing applications and data stores across the global Internet. This system combines global naming and replication of both processing and data to support large-scale information processing applications leading to better availability and reliability than currently available with typical cluster computing and/or distributed computer environments. To facilitate this the system supports: distributed data collection, distributed computation, distributed control and resource management, distributed output and process migration. The underlying system supports multiple communication paths, media and routing methods to aid performance and robustness across both local and global networks. This paper details the goals, design and an initial implementation of SNIPE, and then demonstrates its usefulness in supporting a middleware project. Initial communications performance is also presented.     

What drives global ICT adoption? Analysis and research directions

Information and communication technology (ICT) adoption is increasing globally and offers unique opportunities for information systems (IS) and electronic commerce researchers to undertake research that will have an impact. The purpose of this article is to survey the academic literature on this topic and provide research directions for future work. We analyze economic, social and other factors that drive global ICT adoption and the individual, organizational, industry and economy impacts. We do this with respect to a set of relevant problems, technology opportunities, theories, research methods, and solutions. The integration of these areas enables us to establish a balanced picture of the current state of global ICT adoption research. It also offers a useful means to analyze the kinds of research that needs to be pursued to make additional progress in the related area of e-commerce research. With these ideas in mind, we present five emerging research directions in three different categories: new economic geography, rational expectations theory, and new empirical methods. We also analyze several topics in the global arena of emerging technologies.     

The Military Computer Family: a New. Joint-Service Approach to Military Computer Acquisition

A new approach to developing and acquiring computers for the military has been under development over the past 2½ years by the Army's Electronics Command and the Navy's Air Systems Command. Known as the Military Computer Family Program, the joint effort now includes the Air Force's Electronic Systems Division and Rome Air Development Center (as observers). It is aimed at providing defense system developers with a software-compatible family of military computers that have extensive systems/support software. The various phases of the work being performed under the MCF Program are the subject of the principal articles in this issue. The overall objectives and major thrusts are summarized below.     

开放式的企业集成化信息系统研究

信息以及对信息的快速自动化反映能力将是企业在未来全球竞争中获胜的关键。文章在分析了目前我国制造企业的信息自动化系统不足的基础上,提出了企业以建立电子商务系统为契机,将电子商务与企业内部集成化信息系统进行横向和纵向集成,形成开放式的企业集成化信息系统,提高企业的信息自动化水平和市场竞争能力。     

基于云计算的科技资源信息共享模式的构建

随着我国电子政务系统的不断升级换代,各个地区和各个业务部门的应用系统已经开始逐步完善起来,但是由于信息化技术水平的限制,造成了大量的人力和物力的浪费,很多业务服务系统之间不能实现信息共享,“信息孤岛”问题越来越突出,如何避免该问题的重复再现,一直是一个研究的热点课题。伴随着当今云计算技术的推广,使用云计算实现大规模数据存储和计算,以及使用云平台整合服务和构建新的应用服务将有助于解决以上问题。本文提出一种基于云计算的平台共享范式,意在解决地区科技资源的信息共享,并实现科技资源数据的大规模存储,防止信息系统碎片。     

试论基于云计算的交通运输信息资源整合

随着我国交通事业的不断发展,交通运输信息资源不断丰富。但是由于资源信息数据库存在分散的特点,对资源的检索相对困难。如果能够把交通运输资源信息进行整合,将会为公众或行业管理提供一个规范的检索平台。随着计算机信息技术与网络技术的不断发展,基于云计算的交通运输信息资源整合研究进一步发展,为实现资源合理配置提供了保障。     

基于IRP的高校教育信息管理系统集成研究*

IRP新技术是对信息从采集、处理、传输到使用的全面规划。把其应用于高校教育信息管理系统中并与实践相结合,解决信息孤岛,实现信息共享。本文从IRP的理论体系入手,分析了IRP应用技术,基于IRP技术规划了高校教育信息管理系统的实施步骤,初步提出了数据的整合集成等方案,为现有系统的集成改造提供了新的方法。     

浅析电子商务系统的网络技术

电子商务与飞速发展的信息技术有着密切的联系,计算机及网络技术为电子商务提供了网络层的技术支持;Internet的WWW为电子商务提供了消息/信息发布层的技术手段;而信息安全技术和电子支付技术更是为电子商务的应用层提供了方便、可靠的安全保证。信息技术已成为电子商务的支柱之一。该文从电子商务应用的角度出发,讨论电子商务中所涉及的若干技术基础。     

Securing next-generation grids

Grid computing poses tough security challenges. What do we have - and what do we still need - to make grids safe for tomorrow? Grid computing harnesses existing self contained systems - from personal computers to supercomputers to let users share processing cycles and data across geographical and organizational boundaries. This emerging technology can transform the computational infrastructure into an integrated, pervasive virtual environment. However, although commercial and research organizations might have collaborative or monetary reasons to share resources, they are unlikely to adopt such a distributed infrastructure until they can rely on the confidentiality of the communication, the integrity of their data and resources, and the privacy of the user information. In other words, large-scale deployment of grids will occur when users can count on their security.     

Making the transition to the electronic age: Managing electronic and paper records as a strategic resource for good government in developing countries

Abstract

Wherever computers are used to carry out a function, records are being generated either electronically or as hardcopy output. Records are a subset of the wider information universe. Their unique quality is that they are the sources of information that provide the evidence base for accountability. This makes the maintenance of good record keeping systems of particular significance to public sector reform. Computers are rapidly being introduced in every area of public administration to enhance control of key resources, notably finance and personnel, and to improve efficiency. National and donor governments alike have come to view computers as the solution to the management of the information required to deliver effective public services.

If public sector reform is to be a reality, this thinking needs to be modified. Too often, managers regard technology as a panacea for the shortcomings of the existing record systems, procedures and communications infrastructure. Of course, computerised systems offer significant advantages over conventional manual methods because they can manipulate information with great speed and precision, but they have limitations. Computers make excellent information systems because that was the original purpose of many computer applications, but they are much less suited to be record keeping systems. Data on a computer can easily become corrupted for one reason or another. Not every country accepts computer generated data as evidence in a court of law, but those that do, do so only on strict conditions. Part of the saluson is to use paper as an integral component of the automated system. Information systems analysts must remind themselves that computerisation alone rarely solves problems.     

一种基于云计算技术的军事信息系统体系架构

云计算技术在商用领域已经取得了巨大的成功,但在军事领域还处于探索之中,尚没有合适的体系架构提出。文中在研究现有军事信息系统体系架构及军事信息系统发展趋势的基础上,提出了一种基于云计算技术伪军事信息系统体系架构。该架构将面向服务架构（SOA）与云计算技术相结合,具有强大的数据共享能力,同时具备高性能、高可靠性、高维护性、高可扩展性等,可以为未来军事信息系统提供高性能信息处理能力以及高效的信息集成和共享能力。     

Development of Island tourism resources based on distributed database and embedded system

This article describes the sustainable production system made islands. Distributed data resources used to produce goods for consumption and disposal. Production activities are supported by global non-critical resources, such as capital, technology and expertise in embedded systems, patents and data: analysis and business plan. Provide a case study to explain this arrangement. Understand the potential of the Island's manufacturing sector to add value to the debate on sustainable manufacturing. This study aims to develop an embedded system as a model recognized as a highly developed modern development model, and tourism destination as a system bound essentially regional representatives with a specific development framework. Find similarities with the indispensable support of the overall product at your destination for a distributed database server. By this analogy, find a long-term development model suitable for local commercial embedded systems tourist destinations. A reasonable solution is the concept of sustainable development; the basic principle is coherent. Tourism destination management principles function.     

Distributed name management in internet systems: A study of design and performance issues

This paper deals with the problems associated with developing a name management system which will be an integral part of a special type of distributed system, an internet system. An internet system is a software system that provides transparent access to resources and services distributed over a collection of single-site computing systems and local area networks. The responsibilities of an internet name management system (INMS) are to (1) provide the name service that locates named resources and binds resources to locations within the internet and (2) manage the naming information. This work investigates a distributed approach for maintaining the naming information. Various design issues and possible solutions are discussed. In particular, this paper examines several significant factors, including the design of the global name table, the effects of internet communications, name data locality, and the maintenance of replicated name data, and discusses the effects they may have on the performance of internet naming operations. Empirical data collected from an experiment involving a prototype INMS implementation are presented and then used to analyze the effects of the above design factors.     

气象计算资源管理系统设计

为有效管理国家气象中心高性能计算系统的计算资源,提出一种气象计算资源管理系统。用银行账户的设计思想表示计算资源与用户的关系,以账户资金量化描述资源使用量,以账户的消费充值等事务处理描述用户对计算资源的使用行为,通过数据库技术实现计算资源的记账、分配与统计等管理功能。应用结果表明,该系统能对计算资源进行实时、精细粒度的管理。     

面向多自治域网格的信息服务模型及其实现

网格是实现分布异构资源共享的有效模式,而信息服务实现系统服务与资源的有效管理,是网格系统的重要组成部分.ChinaGrid是由多个自治域组成的大规模网格,现有的信息服务不能满足此类系统特性与应用需求.文中提出网格信息服务体系GISA2.0,强化了域自治管理和资源信息的安全性.GISA2.0实现了可扩展的网格信息模型和面向服务、支持多种监控信息聚集的层次化信息管理框架.提出了基于分布XPath引擎的多域资源信息检索机制,实现了安全、快速和用户相关的虚拟全局资源视图.     

Towards a construction of an intelligent business process based on cloud services and driven by degree of similarity and QoS

Knowledge and competence management in companies focus on resources allocation to business activities, knowledge management approaches promise a positive impact on cost structures. Moreover, with cloud computing and multi-agent systems, we can have a positive impact on business process construction. In fact, cloud computing gives us the ability to perceive resources such as unlimited computer resources. Meanwhile, multi-agent systems provide some degree of independence to achieve specific goals. Nowadays, on the web we can find a significant number of services that provide the same functionality. Hence, business process construction by reusing these services has become a challenging problem. The solution proposed in this paper, can be considerate as an enterprise solution to construct a business process using some competence and knowledge management aspects. Furthermore, the solution is based on cloud computing and agents to discover similar services and classify services according to their similarity degrees and their quality of services.     

基于局域网的空管信息系统安全策略

文章首先对基于局域网的空管信息系统做了全面分析,在此基础上提出了适用于该信息系统的安全方法和策略。它采用系统权限分配、用户身份验证、记录跟踪、协议审计、数据备份、灾难恢复、告警系统和其他技术来为空管信息系统提供多层次的数据库安全保护,提高系统的安全管理水平。     

E-commerce: protecting purchaser privacy to enforce trust

It has been well documented that lack of trust between commercial entities and purchasers can restrict the potential of e-commerce. This may be because the purchaser is required to provide personal information to the commercial entity, which may then be abused, or because the purchaser may be suspicious that after payment has been processed, the goods purchased will not arrive. The challenge for the researcher is to determine the e-commerce model which maximizes the trust a purchaser has when shopping online.     

面向领域的电子商务平台交易信用研究

随着互联网技术的进步,电子商务作为一种商业手段应用日益广泛。但是面对尚未规范的市场环境,信用问题始终困扰着电子商务的发展。文章分析了国内外的信用管理模式例如eBay和淘宝,结合目前的技术发展趋势和铁路客运售票系统的特点,提出基于铁路客运电子商务平台的交易信用解决方案,从而提高其交易成功率,为我国铁路信息化建设的健康发展提供帮助。
