随着飞机的舵面控制系统的要求进一步提高,功率电传作动技术是多电飞机区别于传统飞机的关键技术之一,功率电传作动系统的应用将取消飞机上原有的分散液压源和气压源,而采用电动静液作动器作为传动部件。本文阐述了航空电动静液作动器的技术发展概况,介绍了航空电动静液作动器的系统组成,分析比较了EHA在三种不同原理及特点,总结了EHA在飞机应用中的优势。 相似文献

电驱动是装载机等工程机械传动系统未来发展的重要方向,在对比电驱箱、电驱桥和轮边驱动等3种不同电驱动传动系统构型的基础上,基于A V L C R U IS E搭建整车传动系统仿真模型,研究装载机在典型作业循环工况下的整车行驶能耗,为装载机电驱动系统的设计提供仿真支撑。仿真结果表明,对于所研究的某型5 t级装载机而言,在典型V形作业循环过程中,采用电驱箱、电驱桥和轮边驱动等3种构型的行驶系统电耗相差较小,轮边驱动构型的电耗具有相对优势。提出在进行纯电驱动装载机的设计时,应从降低整机成本、控制系统开发、电机选型难易和整车空间布置等方面选择电驱动构型。 相似文献

A common and extended Petri net simulation framework for virtual construction of earthmoving operations is developed to simulate dynamic changes of workflow and information flow in the earthmoving construction process and illustrate the constraint relationship between various operational equipment and construction restrictions. The proposed framework considers factors that influence earthmoving operations including randomness of construction activities, individual preference of equipment scheduling, and constraint relationship between equipment and construction environment. With the given equipment availability and project indirect cost, the framework can predict construction situation, equipment utilization rate, estimated duration and cost to achieve visualized and intelligent scheduling of virtual construction process in earthmoving operations. The simulation process is conducted on the CPNTools platform. The data required by the research were collected on-site in an actual case. The randomness of construction activities in earthmoving operations and main factors influencing construction are simulated. The sensitivity analysis for the model is carried out. The study will provide technical support and a management basis for equipment scheduling of earthmoving operations. 相似文献

This study aims to develop a multi-agent-based simulation system to evaluate the traffic flow of construction equipment in construction site. It is known that traffic flow of construction equipment affects work efficiency and productivity. The conventional modeling approaches for discrete event simulation, however, have a limitation in simulating the flow of construction equipment because construction equipment has continuous dynamic behavior in the traffic flow. In order to describe behavioral characteristics of construction equipment by identifying changes in a dynamic environment, this study proposes the multi-agent-based simulation system and applies and tests it to simulate earthmoving operations. It is anticipated that the results of this study will help working-level construction engineers to assess the impact of traffic congestion during construction planning. 相似文献

Monitoring and control of earthmoving operations is gaining an increasing interest. Manual monitoring and control of earthmoving operations have not yielded the expected results. Additionally, because manual monitoring is labor‐intensive, construction managers have to choose between monitoring based on rough estimates, or spending a lot of time collecting and processing data. The latter choice distracts them from many other important duties. The purpose of the present model is to automatically collect and process monitoring data providing the construction manager with real‐time control information. The model was developed for road construction. It uses GPS technology for automated data collection, logging the locations of all the earthmoving equipment while working on the project. Specially developed algorithms convert these locations to control information regarding productivity, duration (or progress) and actual consumption of materials. The model was implemented and tested for 3 weeks in a road construction project. The performance of four activities was measured by the model and compared to manual measurement of the same parameters. This comparison indicated that the model could reach a deviation of ±5%. 相似文献

Real-time control of on-site construction is a growing field still in its infancy. The most impressive developments to date are in the area of earthmoving operations where quality control tools and tools to support the functionality of earthmoving equipment operators have been introduced—the main ones are described in this paper. A number of research efforts to fully automate project performance control of various project performance indicators have been carried out at the Technion in recent years. These are also briefly described together with the concept of measuring indirect parameters and converting them into the sought indicators. These are (1) labor and earthmoving productivity based on measuring the location of workers or earthmoving equipment at regular time intervals; (2) progress based on the above data or data collected from a tower crane; (3) a comprehensive control of construction materials starting by monitoring orders and purchasing up to the movement of the materials on site; and (4) monitoring the status of guard rails to prevent falls from heights. 相似文献

Resource-based modeling (RBM) is a general methodology for automating the modeling process of construction simulation. This paper substantiates the RBM concepts and develops an automated modeling system for simulating earthmoving operations (RBM-earth). Focusing on the properties involved in earthmoving operations, an atomic model library consisting of eight basic atomic models, an equipment database, miscellaneous linking structures, and the user interface have been developed in RBM-earth. While using RBM-earth to construct a simulation model, the user only needs to select required equipment and to specify project information for the operation. The information will be incorporated automatically into atomic models to generate project-specific atomic models that are then assembled into a working model for the project. The model can be directly experimented by using SLAMSYSTEM. The biggest advantage of RBM-earth is that a flexible project-specific simulation model can be generated in a very little time without requiring the user to be proficient in simulation, as required by many current modeling systems.
