研究了一种复合菌生物饲料在不同设备、不同操作条件下进行干燥时产品的活性保留率情况。结果表明:对于复合菌生物饲料,采用流化床干燥器,并根据物料的特性合理地选择操作参数,干燥后产品活性可保持较高。此结果缘于等速干燥过程物料的温度为湿球温度,正好处于物料的发酵温度,有利于菌料在干燥过程中继续生长,对于合理选择生物制品的热力脱水工艺提供了新的思路。  相似文献

Chemical compounds isolated from natural sources offer unique opportunities to understand life on a molecular level. In this account, an overview over different natural products investigated in our research group over the last decade is presented. We have shown that protein localization in living cells can be controlled by anguinomycins and derivatives. Furthermore, a truncated analog, SB640, was discovered that retained much of the natural product potency. Detailed studies of the iron chelator anachelin led to the development of a bio-inspired platform for the generation of bioactive interfaces. The discovery of natural products isolated from cyanobacteria such as nostocarboline, aerucyclamides, cyanopetolin 1020 and various microcystins is presented and their molecular mechanisms of action were investigated. The last part describes the synthesis and evaluation of various natural products involved in neuritogenesis and synapse reconstruction such as withanolide A, militarinone, farinosone A and C and torrubiellone C. Their potential with regard to their use in regenerative medicine is discussed.  相似文献

A method is proposed for giving polypropylene (PP) thread ion-exchange properties by chemically initiated grafting of polystyrene (PS) and subsequent sulfonation. Graft copolymerization is conducted in two stages: swelling of the thread in a solution of initiator in the monomer and heat treatment in indifferent aqueous medium. Sulfonation is best conducted with chlorosulfonic acid. Gentamicin, kanamycin, monomycin, tetracycline, trypsin, pepsin, and novocain were sorbed separately and together on the PP thread obtained. When antibiotics and enzymes were combined, the activity of the immobilized enzymes was synergistically potentiated. Medical and biological studies and preclinical and clinical trials demonstrated the high efficacy of the antimicrobial, proteolytic, and anesthetic action of the modified PP surgical thread.St. Petersburg State University of Technology and Design. Formation of a protease C—polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride polyelectrolyte complex was demonstrated by nephelometry and an analysis of the activity, stability, and physicochemical properties of immobilized protease C. The effect of the composition of the polymer composite used for modification of fibre polymer supports on the properties of the materials obtained was investigated. It was shown that cellulose and polyester fibre materials fabricated by the method developed and containing immobilized protease C and the high-molecular-weight antimicrobial polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride have prolonged enzyme and antimicrobial activity. The paper deals with the utilization of a biological reinforcement in an area of an adhesive layer. An advantage of the biological reinforcement application is a simplification of following recyclation of adhesive bonds comparing to those with carbon and glass fibre based reinforcements. Biocomposites combining the biological reinforcement with an inorganic adhesive can be used in the area of connecting materials by means of the adhesive bonding technology. This study was focused on the analysis of an adhesive bond strength when the bonds were reinforced with biological fabric such as jute, flax and cotton. It evaluates the quality of the adhesive layer by means of SEM. The aim of this experiment was to describe an influence of the biological reinforcement in the form of fabric on the adhesive bond strength loaded with various loading speeds from 0.5 to 300 mm/min. The experimental part is devoted to the research on the influence of added fabrics of the natural origin on the shear strength of the adhesive bond which is prepared with the polymer adhesive. The experiment results proved a benefit of the reinforcing biological fabric in the layer of the adhesive. The reinforcement of the adhesive bond with the layer of the flax and the cotton showed in the positive way with the increase of the adhesive bond strength up of ca. 50%. The biological reinforcement was not fully wetted with the resin which did not considerably influence the adhesive bond strength.  相似文献

采用单轴三级生物转盘(RBC),进行了生物转盘同步去除化学需氧量和氮的试验研究。水温度15 ℃,进水COD浓度为400mg/L左右时,转盘对化学需氧量的去除率达到85%左右。控制适宜的碱度,转盘系统氨氮的硝化率在75%左右、总氮(TN)的去除率在50%左右。增设硝化液回流系统后,总氮的去除率显著提高,特别是回流比为200%时,TN去除率在低温下可达73.87%。实验表明生物转盘对化学需氧量和氮有较好的同步去除效果。  相似文献

This paper discusses the prospects for using modified detonation nanodiamonds with novel properties as a new promising material for the development of nanotechnologies intended for biological and medical purposes. The authors report that nanodiamonds synthesized by detonation can be used to further purify commercial protein preparations and that enzymes adsorbed on diamond nanoparticles retain their activity. The paper presents results of in vivo experiments with nanodiamonds administered to animals via different routes.  相似文献
