Two pseudoexpectation methods of variance component estimation were examined for selection bias from culling and were compared with Henderson's simple method and restricted maximum likelihood. Milk yield data were simulated for 100 herds, 50 sires, and approximately 2000 cows per replicate. Heritability was .25, and repeatability was .50. Each cow had two records. Twenty replicates were made. Two data sets were created; one was unselected and included both records of the cow, and the second excluded second records of cows with first records below the herd mean. Sire, cow, and error variances were estimated according to a mixed model that included fixed herd, parity, and random sire, cow, and error effects. Estimates of sire, cow, and error variances and heritability and repeatability were unbiased and were similar for all methods for unselected data. For selected data, sire and cow variances were overestimated and error variances were underestimated with Henderson's simple method and the pseudoexpectation methods. Accordingly, heritabilities and repeatabilities were overestimated. Biases were greatest for Henderson's simple method and differences between the two pseudoexpectation methods were small. With restricted maximum likelihood, sire variances were unbiased but error variances were slightly overestimated and cow variances underestimated. Use of restricted maximum likelihood is preferred with selected data.  相似文献

采用溶剂辅助风味蒸发法提取玉兰香、蜜兰香和桂花香3 种香型凤凰单丛茶的挥发性成分,运用气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)联用技术结合气相色谱-嗅辨(gas chromatography-olfactometry,GC-O)技术分析其香气组分。通过GC-MS在3?种单丛茶中共检测出91?种挥发性成分,共有成分38?种,各茶样均以醇类、酮类和碳氢化合物为主,但各香型间仍有明显差异。通过GC-O分析共嗅闻出31?种活性香气成分,鉴定出30?种,其主要香气类型表现为花香、甜香、清香、果香。芳樟醇氧化物I、橙花醇、芳樟醇氧化物II和橙花叔醇4?种成分在3?种单丛茶中相对含量丰富,嗅闻强度值高,且呈现出愉快的花香、花香甜香、花香蜜香、清香果香的香气特征,对凤凰单丛茶香气品质形成有重要作用。  相似文献

利用碱性蛋白酶(Alcalase)、风味蛋白酶(Flavourzyme)和复合蛋白酶(Protamex)对高底物浓度(135g/L)玉米蛋白进行双酶复合水解,研究复合水解对水解物的水解度、可溶性蛋白质含量和抗氧化活性的影响,并对双酶酶解效果较好的酶解液进行了分子量分布测定。结果表明,Flavourzyme和Alcalase、Flavourzyme和Protamex、Protamex和Alcalase顺次水解玉米黄粉,总水解度分别为27.11%、26.95%和19.76%,可溶性蛋白质含量分别为50.33、40.32、48.85mg/ml,抗氧化活性分别为634.35、576.79和593.21 U/ml。多肽分子量主要分布在5 801.170~238.962u,与单酶水解相比均有显著提高。  相似文献

Young bulls selected from Michigan herds for sampling by Select Sires Incorporated from 1975 to 1982 were identified. Data for herds from which young bulls were selected for year of young bull's birth were acquired from the Michigan DHIA. Herd average milk production, intraherd standard deviation for milk production, coefficient of variation for milk production, average sire transmitting ability of cows in the herd, and intraherd standard deviation of sire transmitting ability were computed for each herd. These herd characteristics were used in prediction of young bull transmitting ability. When considered along with a pedigree index predictor, intraherd standard deviation for milk production was significant in prediction of young bull transmitting ability, but other herd characteristics were not. Young bulls were grouped by the intraherd milk variance of the herd from which they were selected. Evaluations based on progeny tests showed young bulls selected from herds with low intraherd milk variance were genetically superior to those selected from herds with high intraherd milk variance. Predicted transmitting abilities for young bulls selected from low variance herds were less biased, but predicted transmitting abilities for those selected from high variance herds were inflated. However, the variance of biasedness was slightly lower in higher variance herds.  相似文献

Twenty-five varieties of dates (Phoenix dactylifera) were examined at different maturation stages for total microbial counts, aflatoxins and aflatoxigenic Aspergillus sp. and lactic acid bacteria. The samples were examined as fresh and under simulated storage condition of high humidity. Microbial counts were high at the first stage of maturation (Kimri) and increased sharply at the second stage (Rutab), then decrease significantly at the final dried stage of maturation (Tamr). Aflatoxins were detected in 12% of the samples although aflatoxigenic Aspergillus were detected in 40% of the varieties examined, all at Kimri stage only. Lactic acid bacteria were present only at the Rutab stage in some varieties including all varieties in which aflatoxins or aflatoxigenic Aspergillus were detected. No aflatoxins or aflatoxigenic Aspergillus were detected at the final edible stage of maturation.  相似文献

Holstein bull calves were assigned to be reared in either a stall until 47 d of age, then moved to a hutch; a hutch until 47 d, then moved to a stall; or an elevated pen. Jugular blood samples were obtained at 42, 49, and 56 d of age. Two trials were run during the fall of successive years with 5 to 7 calves per treatment per trial. Stalls were .56 X 1.2 m with elevated wooden slotted floors. Pens were 1.2 X 1.5 m with elevated wooden slotted floors and were located in the same open front building as the stalls. Hutches were 1.2 X 1.2 X 2.4 m long, and calves were restrained with a collar and 2.4-m chain. Calves were placed on treatment between 12 to 24 h after parturition. A treatment by day interaction for triiodothyronine, thyroxine, and adrenocorticotrophic hormone-induced cortisol release indicated that conditions responsible for treatment effects were largely reversed 9 d after moving from stalls to hutches or hutches to stalls.  相似文献

采用Alcalase和Protamex蛋白酶对膨化后的玉米蛋白粉进行分步水解,将得到的水解液于室温条件下进行超滤。研究了超滤压力对不同分子量分布的产物性质的影响。结果表明,超滤压力对产物的体积得率、蛋白得率、起泡性及泡沫稳定性和抗氧化活性影响较大,而对黏度、乳化性及乳化稳定性的影响不大。超滤压力在0.08MPa时,各超滤分级产物的功能特性和抗氧化活性都较好。在该压力下,分子量≤6kDa的产物体积得率最大;分子量在6~10kDa和分子量≥20kDa的产物蛋白得率均在18%左右;随着分子量的增大,产物的黏度都在1.2~1.9mPa·s之间,起泡性在148%~207%之间,但是泡沫稳定性较差;分子量≥20kDa的产物乳化性最高,达到45.71,超滤分级产物的乳化稳定性无明显变化;分子量≤6kDa的产物抗氧化活性最高。  相似文献
