水冷设备自转螺旋纽带清洗防垢技术

以冷凝器为例 ,剖析了水垢对传热效率的影响和引起的经济损失。介绍了有强化传热作用的管内自转塑料螺旋纽带清洗防垢技术及其原理。采用与传热流体相同密度、摩擦磨损性能优良的工程塑料 ,解决了自转钢丝对传热管壁的磨损问题。应用该技术对蒸馏装置的大型凝汽设备进行了技术改造 ,取得了较好的效果。
