新型四轴码垛机器人机构设计与动力学仿真分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的针对生产线码垛作业,设计一种四轴码垛机器人以满足货物搬运需求。方法利用平行四边形机构对码垛机器人进行结构设计。根据码垛机器人的结构特点,采用运动D-H方法对该机器人进行运动学分析,通过SolidWorks建立码垛机器人实体模型,并将其导入Matlab中,在仿真环境中调整相应参数,得到机器人的动力学仿真模型,再利用Simulink添加控制模块、驱动模块和检测模块,建立完整的仿真模型。通过SolidWorks与Matlab两者的结合进行机器人动力学仿真分析。结果运用SolidWorks与Matlab联合仿真,可以缩短设计周期,有效地获取其动力学特性参数。结论四轴码垛机器人可以有效解决生产线上的码垛作业问题。 相似文献

A practical and efficient optimization method for the rational design of large, highly constrained complex systems is presented. The design of such systems is iterative and requires the repeated formulation and solution of an analysis model, followed by the formulation and solution of a redesign model. The latter constitutes an optimization problem. The versatility and efficiency of the method for solving the optimization problem is of fundamental importance for a successful implementation of any rational design procedure. In this paper, a method is presented for solving optimization problems formulated in terms of continuous design variables. The objective function may be linear or non-linear, single or multiple. The constraints may be any mix of linear or non-linear functions, and these may be any mix of inequalities and equalities. These features permit the solution of a wide spectrum of optimization problems, ranging from the standard linear and non-linear problems to a non-linear problem with multiple objective functions (goal programming). The algorithm for implementing the method is presented in sufficient detail so that a computer program, in any computing language, can be written. 相似文献

This paper derives from a research project investigating the systematic use of formal optimization techniques in computer aided building design. A comprehensive model of drainage design suitable for optimization is developed. After limited success with a very powerful general purpose optimization program based upon the Geometric Programming technique, a problem dependent algorithm is developed based upon Dynamic Programming. This paper attempts to convey some of the author's experiences in constructing and using systems for design optimization with as much generality as necessary to solve practical engineering design problems. A number of examples demonstrate that real-life design often calls for facilities that were difficult to foresee when the optimization system was devised. The conclusion contains two important points: a) in today's use of design optimization systems, the definition of the problem must often be modified to suit the capabilities of the system at hand, and b) the construction of design optimization systems with the necessary generality and flexibility to function in an engineering design environment is a problem that merits independent research beyond the traditional, fundamental investigations into mechanical properties of optimum structures and solution methods.
