提出使用数字CCD拍摄光干涉条纹,使用图像处理软件进行灰度值扫描分析光干涉条纹的方法,对不透明薄膜进行光干涉法测厚.数字CCD和图像处理软件的结合使用能够最大限度的降低目测带来的误差,并且也避免了使用复杂的干涉条纹提取算法,可以方便、准确地对不透明薄膜进行光干涉法测厚.同时我们使用光干涉法和轮廓仪法对不同高度遮挡物形成的台阶进行了对比测量,分析了不同台阶边缘斜坡对于光干涉法测量结果的影响,指出在制备台阶时遮挡物的高度必须满足一定的条件,并且根据这个条件推导出在我们的磁控溅射设备中,遮挡物高度小于50 μm可以得到满足光干涉法测厚条件的台阶. 相似文献

In this paper, we review two common measurement system indices and a common process capability index. With some simple plots, it will be shown that the traditional guidelines for these measurement system indices can often misdirect improvement efforts. By taking advantage of the relationship between the measurement system indices and the process capability index, two‐dimensional guidelines that can be used as an alternative to the traditional guidelines are developed. These two‐dimensional guidelines are intended to help address adequacy of the measurement system and better direct improvement efforts to where there will be the most benefit. A new method is proposed for the attribute gauge study. A mathematical model based on the Gauge Performance Curve (GPC) is introduced and the connection between the model parameters and gauge characteristics is discussed. The ability of the whole measurement system (the process and the gauge together) is characterized by two key probabilities: the probability of a rejected part being good and the probability of an accepted part being bad. These probabilities can be calculated either with the proposed mathematical model of GPC (GPC‐method) or by using relative frequencies (AIAG‐type method). Persistent failures (leakage) were observed in the brass portion of dielectric unions after a relatively short service period.
Metallographic examination revealed evidence of severe stress-corrosion cracking within the brass as well as dealloying on
the surface. Evaluations using stress calculations and the dynamics of freezing water indicated that the unions were not overtightened
during installation, and the water passing through the unions did not freeze. The subject copper alloy was shown to have been

Brass is usually considered to be a good candidate material for use in a nonaggressive corrosion environment. Brass 260 was
used in a rural environment (at a mausoleum) as fixturing hardware that holds etched marble slabs that cover the interment
region. After 12 years of service, the bolts began breaking, and the marble slabs crashed to the ground. Failure analysis
investigation showed that “seasonal cracking” occurred due to interaction of the bolt with moisture and fertilizer. The company
that designed the mausoleum hardware believed that the bolt manufacturer was at fault. However, the only specification given
to the bolt manufacturer indicated alloy and dimensions. The bolts were replaced at considerable cost, proving once again
that even a seemingly simple component can prove to be costly if not designed by the proper engineer. 相似文献
