气泡微细化实验中均混时间的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在水模型实验的指导下,依照佐野先生提出的高效的镁精炼铁水计划进行实验.本文采用电导率法测定溶池的均混时间,考察喷镁脱硫钢包内钢液的一些主要工艺和结构参数对均混时间的影响,通过比较均混时间来衡量气泡的微细化程度;通过水模型实验,讨论钢包喷吹镁粉脱硫精炼过程中,不同的搅拌桨结构、搅拌模式、搅拌速度、气体流量、搅拌桨的潜入深度和喷嘴结构等一系列因素对均混时间的影响,分别做了单机械搅拌,单吹气搅拌和机械搅拌加上吹气搅拌的铁水包水模型实验.对实验结果进行对比分析,把上述不同参数条件下的均混时间列出表格,绘出曲线,进行了以铁水包脱硫效率为最终考察目标的铁水包单吹镁脱硫的工艺优化研究,得到最佳的优化参数,并把这些参数运用到实验中,来研究讨论气泡微细化的程度,指导本水模型实验.通过水模型实验,最终确定130t钢包的最佳工艺优化参数. 相似文献

通过水模实验模拟研究了铁水脱硫过程中常规垂直式叶片搅拌桨方式和螺旋式叶片搅拌桨方式的动力学差别,实验结果得出:不同搅拌方式的液面响应时间相差较小,螺旋式搅拌桨平衡时间比垂直桨少4 s;螺旋式搅拌桨形成的铁水向心力略强;在110 r/min转速下,螺旋式搅拌比垂直式搅拌产生的涡深略大,流场的动力学条件得到改善。 相似文献

介绍了铁水脱硫预处理的各种方式和脱硫铁水回硫存在问题.由于鱼雷罐细长形结构,其熔池浅,两端存在死区,所以也存在脱硫铁水回硫情况.为了降低其铁水回硫量,对鱼雷罐内铁水流场进行了物理模拟研究.根据实验结果,设计出新型喷枪,并进行了现场试验.结果表明,喷枪上增加压制孔,对于促进鱼雷罐内铁水的循环流动是行之有效的方案.用新型喷枪进行现场铁水预脱硫,平均回硫量为1.75×10-5,较改进前下降50%;回硫量≥5×10-5的包次也得到了大幅下降. 相似文献

介绍了武钢在提高铁水脱硫预处理能力过程中的基本情况及对KR机械搅拌法、鱼雷罐喷吹法、铁水罐喷吹法处理工艺的优化和降低生产成本等方面达到的效果,介绍了这几种工艺方法使用CaO、CaC2、CaO Mg粒、纯Mg粒等不同脱硫剂及新型脱硫剂试验的情况,分析了各种方法的优缺点。机械搅拌法动力学条件好,较容易实现深脱硫;鱼雷罐喷吹适用于大批量的铁水预处理;纯镁铁水脱硫工艺脱硫剂单耗低,喷吹过程平稳。 相似文献

摘要:相较于喷吹法,KR机械搅拌法在铁水脱硫稳定性方面具有显著优势。KR铁水脱硫采用的搅拌桨结构不同,其脱硫效果也不尽相同。基于多重参考系法(MRF)模型,对使用不同搅拌桨的流场进行数值模拟,模拟结果与水模型实验结果较为吻合,最大误差为9.20%。模拟研究了传统四叶桨、螺旋三叶桨,双层四叶桨,双层三叶桨叶对铁水及脱硫剂的搅拌效果。结果表明:使用单层三叶螺旋桨的铁水涡旋高度落差最大。使用双层三叶螺旋桨时的底部区域脱硫剂体积分数为7.89%,与传统桨叶和单层三叶螺旋桨相比,分别增加了175.87%和61.22%。在200t规模的铁水脱硫工业实验表明,与传统四叶桨相比,使用单层三叶桨在深脱硫后铁水中[S]无痕迹率提高10%。 相似文献

Against the background of actual metallurgical equipment with linear electromagnetic stirring system,the study measures and analyzes the internal flow, the free surface shape and level fluctuation of liquid metal exposed to linear electromagnetic stirring with Doppler ultrasound velocimetry and laser liquid level apparatus respectively, and then desulphurization process with or without imposition of linear electromagnetic stirring is studied experimentally. The change of sulfur content of hot metal with respect to time is obtained, and the volume mass transfer coefficients corresponding to different stirring current is determined finally. The result shows that linear electromagnetic stirring can not only effectively promote the internal flow, but also effectively increase the level fluctuation so as to significantly improve the kinetic condition of liquid metal. The internal flow and level fluctuation of the liquid metal would increase in line with the increase of electromagnetic stirring intensity. The desulphurization experiments show that the linear electromagnetic stirring can significantly promote the desulphurization process of hot metal, and the technology has wide application prospect in promoting various slag-metal reaction. 相似文献

For the lack of the present hot metal desulfurization processes in iron and steel industry, our group has proposed the in-situ mechanical stirring method for external desulfurization of molten iron and researched this new method. This paper investigated this new in-situ mechanical stirring hot metal desulphurization process on desulphurization experiments of one-ton scale by using the new desulfurizer. The experimental results indicated that the desulfurization efficiency of in-situ mechanical stirring desulfurization process is 90% and the lowest sulfur content in the treated hot metal is 23ppm. By comparing with the methods of direct throwing desulfurizer and in-situ injecting desulfurization, in-situ mechanical stirring desulfurization process is the suitable desulfurizaton method. 相似文献

The vacuum treatment for simultaneous desulphurization and dephosphorization of hot metal and molten steel with pre-melted CaO-based slag was carried out. For pre-treatment of hot metal, both desulphurization and dephosphorization are improved with the increase of CaO in slag, but deteriorated with the increase of CaF2 in slag. The average desulphurization and dephosphorization rate is 68.83% and 78.46 %, respectively. For molten steel, the sub-stitution of BaO for CaO in slag has minor effect on simultaneous desulphurization and dephosphorization. The desulphurization and dephosphorization rate is higher than 90 % and 50% respectively with the lowest final sulfur and phosphorus mass percent being 0. 001 2 % and 0. 010%, respectively. The overall effect of simultaneous desulphurization and dephosphorization of molten steel is better than that of hot metal. 相似文献

通过在唐钢新区200 t铁水包中取样,研究了KR脱硫过程中铁水中[S]和脱硫渣中(S)含量的变化规律。结果表明,在KR 10 min的机械搅拌过程中,铁水硫从初始0.038%下降到0.002%,脱硫渣(S)从初始0.028%上升到3.28%。脱硫率从初始68%下降到33%。KR脱硫的限制性环节在后期的7~10 min,这是目前仍尚未明确的问题。为了提高KR处理过程末段脱硫效率,采用了阶跃式变化搅拌速度的工艺思路,并开展工业试验,在不增加搅拌时间的情况下,搅拌速度从90~110 r/min降低至45~90 r/min,脱硫剂用量从8~10 kg/t降至4.0~6.5 kg/t。阶跃控制搅拌速度的KR脱硫模式,在实际生产中具有较强的应用价值。 相似文献
