研究了含氟超支化聚合物光固化涂层的抗指纹效果及其影响因素。在光固化涂料中添加含氟超支化聚合物,大大提高了涂层表面的抗指纹效果。同时研究了含氟超支化聚合物的添加量、含氟超支化聚合物末端氟改性比例以及双键的引入对涂层表面抗指纹性能及其耐久性的影响。研究发现,较低含量的含氟超支化聚合物(1%)就能明显提高涂层的抗指纹效果,且双键的引入增加了涂层抗指纹效果的耐久性。  相似文献

综述了通用单体、合成方法及溶剂、乳化剂等在合成聚合物型含氟整理剂时存在的缺陷,介绍了用于克服这些缺陷和满足特殊需要的一些新型含氟单体、改性单体、溶剂和乳化剂,采用多步聚合得到的嵌段、接枝聚合物型含氟整理剂与无规聚合物型含氟整理剂相比有独特的优势,聚合物型含氟整理剂与有机硅整理剂、异氰酸酯等其他助剂复合是提高其性能的另外一种有效方式,指明含氟整理剂的发展沿着提高性能、降低成本和符合环保要求三个方面前进。  相似文献

研究了3种超支化-线性-超支化结构的含氟五嵌段聚合物在150SN基础油/水体系中的抗乳化性能,并通过界面张力、界面扩张黏弹性等测试讨论了其抗乳化机理。结果表明:该类含氟五嵌段聚合物可以有效提高150SN基础油的抗乳化性能。聚合物含氟链段长度对抗乳化性能有显著影响,其中甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯平均聚合度为1、环氧丙醇平均聚合度为3的含氟五嵌段聚合物在浓度为100mg·L-1时在50s内实现150SN基础油与水的基本分离。含氟多嵌段聚合物可以提高150SN基础油/水的界面张力而实现破乳。此外,含氟多嵌段聚合物还可以在界面膜局部形成含氟基团富集区域,导致界面膜两侧液体发生交换,进而有利于破乳。  相似文献

超双疏功能性材料在当代化工材料中有着重要的地位,其独特的界面性能使得其在各个领域的应用中大显身手。本文介绍了近年来国内外对含氟聚合物在超双疏领域的研究近况,包括超双疏含氟聚合物的结构特点和合成方法等。含氟聚合物的表面拥有超低的表面能和独特的空间排列方式,通过对比不同结构的含氟聚合物分子与其性能的关系以及对各类含氟聚合物合成方法的调研,发现含氟聚合物作为超双疏涂层材料的使用十分广泛,其结构中含氟单体主要为氟取代丙烯酸酯类,合成方法多为乳液聚合。超疏水含氟聚合物与纳米颗粒材料的结合是当今研究的热点,文中列举了大量研究实例,希望其中的研究方法和合成路线等能对今后该领域的研究起到一定的借鉴作用。  相似文献

Novel fluorine-containing polymers, fluoropoly(amide–sulfonamide)s were synthesized for the first time by polycondensation from β-hydroxytetrafluoroethanesulfonic acid sultone (TFE-sultone) and hexamethylenediamine. The chemical structures of the obtained F-PASAs were characterized by intrinsic viscosity measurements, GPC, FTIR, 1H NMR, 19F NMR and element analysis in detail. Thermal properties and optical property of F-PASAs were investigated by DSC, DMA, TGA and UV–vis spectra, respectively. The investigation indicated that these functional fluoropolymers in which there are both amide and sulfonamide linkages along the polymer main chains possessed distinctive structure as well as unique properties such as thermal properties, clean and high transparency and compatibility with nylons.  相似文献

介绍国内外含氟聚合物的应用及市场现状。2004年,全球含氟聚合物的产能约为20.3万t/a,产能利用率为65%;全球含氟聚合物的消费量累计达到13.27万t,消费额超过25亿美元。2004年,我国的含氟聚合物消费量为1.3万t,年均增长率为8%。预计,2009年我国含氟聚合物的消费量将达到1.5万~1.6万t。  相似文献

In the present study the mechanisms and effectiveness of various pretreatments for fluoropolymers were studied. The pretreatments were “Tetra-Etch,” various plasmas, flame and potassium hydroxide. “Tetra-Etch” was found to be much more reactive than potassium hydroxide (KOH) towards fluoropolymers. The plasma treatment of PTFE showed that it was possible to get substantial increases in adhesion with little or no chemical change to the polymer. However, to obtain large increases in adhesion it may be necessary to modify PTFE chemically as with “Tetra-Etch.” Consideration of the bonding of these fluoropolymers shows that sharp interfaces between these substrates and adhesives do not exist.  相似文献

The development of hydrophobic and oleophobic surfaces on materials has attracted significant attention in various research fields. Fluoropolymers, which possess low surface energy and are both highly hydrophobic and oleophobic in nature, are widely used to enhance the liquid repellency of materials. However, during fluoropolymer manufacture, fluorine-containing compounds are released into the environment; thus, alternatives to fluoropolymers are required for maintaining environmental safety and realizing a sustainable society. Notably, the development of such alternative materials has been limited. Thus, we herein report the application of a novel polyurethane (PU) coating synthesized from bio-based raw materials. The prepared hydrogenated polyfarnesene PU (HHPF PU), which possesses an amorphous bottlebrush-like polyalkyl structure, was found to exhibit higher hydrophobicity and oleophobicity than polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which is a typical low-surface-energy material. The water and n-hexadecane contact angles of the HHPF PU were determined to be 119° and 68°, respectively, whereas those of PTFE were 108° and 46°, respectively. In addition, the density depth profile of the PU thin film was confirmed through x-ray reflectometry. This study provides a novel approach for enhancing the hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of materials using bottlebrush-like polyalkyl structure instead of fluorine.  相似文献

以丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、含氟丙烯酸酯为单体,采用半连续乳液聚合法合成了含氟丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM),用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了其微观结构,考察了含氟单体种类及用量对含氟ACM亲水性、玻璃化转变温度及硫化特性的影响,以及交联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB)用量对含氟ACM硫化胶拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,丙烯酸六氟丁酯或丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(简称G 05)的转化率均超过90%;随着含氟单体用量的增加,ACM乳液涂膜的接触角逐渐增大,当加入质量分数为5%的G 05时,涂膜变为疏水性表面;含氟ACM只有1个玻璃化转变温度,且随着含氟单体用量的增加而逐渐下降;含氟ACM的操作安全性高,在硫化初期具有良好的流动性能;当DVB质量分数为3%时,含氟ACM的拉伸强度达到11.2 MPa。  相似文献

This paper investigates the influence of fluoropolymers on the extrusion characteristics of three different thermoplastic melts. The presence of a small amount of fluoropolymer reduced the pressure drops, extrudate swell, and retarded the onset of surface defects in linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), while little or no effect was found in polystyrene (PS) and polyamide 12 (PA 12). Among the fluoropolymers investigated in this study, vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene (VDF-HFP) copolymer was the most effective additive in reducing the pressure drop and extrudate distortion of LLDPE, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) intermediate, and tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene (TFE-HFP) copolymer exhibited the least effectiveness. Contact angle measurements on the die surface indicated that all fluoropolymers preferentially deposit on the die surfaces during the extrusion of LLDPE and PS blends with small amounts of fluoropolymers.  相似文献
