以730胶粘剂为底胶对金属被粘表面进行处理。试验了底胶和处理工艺对金属与丁腈橡胶粘接强度的影响,对产品进行了老化试验和实际应用。结果表明,该工艺金属被粘面的活性期长达21d,且可大幅度提高粘接强度。 相似文献

由甲苯二异氰酸酯和聚六亚甲基碳酸酯二醇制备聚氨酯预聚体,再由该预聚体、双酚A环氧树脂等用同步法合成了聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯-环氧树脂互穿网络聚合物(PCPU-EPIPN)。红外光谱分析表明PCPU和EP两组分间存在一定的化学结合。差示扫描量热分析及热重分析研究表明:IPN在高温区存在单一玻璃化转变峰,当PCPU与EP的质量比mU/mE=25/75时,IPN的Tg最高且热稳定性最好。透射电镜和扫描隧道显微镜研究表明,PCPU与EP的配比对IPN的形态结构有显著的影响。应力-应变测试发现:当mU/mE=25/75时IPN体系力学性能最佳。 相似文献

以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)以及二羟基甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)预聚体,在此基础上加入环氧树脂(EP,E-44)制备了环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯(PUE)复合乳液。探讨了不同环氧树脂含量对复合乳液性能的影响,并对胶膜的力学性能、吸水率、接触角和热性能等进行了表征。结果表明,适量的环氧树脂改性过后的复合乳液比较稳定;随着环氧树脂含量的增加,乳液粒径和黏度增大,同时胶膜的拉伸强度增大,水的接触角增大,胶膜的热稳定性增加。E-44质量分数为7%~9%时,复合乳液及其胶膜的综合性能较好。 相似文献

Polyurethanes (PU) based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and polypropylene glycol 2000 (PPG) were reacted with an epoxy resin (EP) to prepare interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs). Three kinds of electroconductive adhesives were prepared by dispersing nano-graphite (NanoG) into different matrices, i.e., pure PU, crosslinked PU/EP, and pure EP. The effects of epoxy content on morphological structure, conducting properties, thermal stability, and adhesive properties of the electroconductive adhesives were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, standard digital multimeter, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, and lapshear tests. The results indicate that epoxy in the polyurethane-epoxy IPN adhesives plays an important role in clanging the morphological structure and improving conductivity properties, thermal stability, and adhesive properties of the electroconductive adhesives of PU. 相似文献

Polyurethane/epoxy resin (PU/EP)/dimethyl sulfoxide modified kaolin (PU/EP/K-DMSO) interpenetrating network composites were prepared by in situ intercalation method. FT-IR showed that hydrogen bonding existed between kaolin and PU/EP matrix. The structure of composites was characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The result indicated that: K-DMSO by a nanometer size and homodisperse in the PU/EP matrix. The analysis of images obtained by polarizing microscope showed that bubble diameter has decreased with the K-DMSO added. Mechanical test results indicated that: the tensile and compression strength of the PU/EP/K-DMSO composites are superior to those of the PU/EP IPNs. 相似文献

Epoxy resin (EP) was modified by grafted silicon rubbers (g-SRs) prepared by co-polymerization of methyl vinyl silicon rubber with vinyl acetate. The branched structure of the g-SRs has been identified by infrared spectrum. The mechanical properties of modified EP were examined and the related fracture surfaces were observed by a scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that the EPs have been reinforced and toughened obviously by the addition of g-SRs. The mechanical properties of modified EPs depended not only on synthesis processes of co-polymerization, but also on the amount of the g-SRs added. The best combination of tensile and impact strengths for the cured modified EPs have been reached by that modified with 15 phr g-SRs. The morphology of modified EP is remarkably different from that of the pure cured EP. 相似文献
