试验研究了0.001%~0.035%微量Ti对成分(%)为:0.32~0.37C,0.59~0.82Mn,0.20~0.34Si,0.07~0.09V,0.0015~0.0036B的35VB螺栓钢强度、塑性、冲击韧性、淬透性和断口组织的影响。试验结果表明,当Ti含量≥0.024%时能显著提高35VB钢的淬透性,与含0.001%~0.002%Ti的35VB钢相比,含0.024%~0.035%Ti的35VB钢屈服强度和抗张强度分别提高200MPa,延伸率△δ提高1%,断面收缩率△ψ,提高10%,冲击功提高50J。钢中含0.024%~0.035%的微量Ti可进一步稳定和提高35VB螺栓钢的质量。 相似文献

Phase II study of nedaplatin (NDP), a new derivative of cisplatin, was completed in 1990, so this agent is now commercially available. NDP is very effective for head and neck cancer. Out of the 90 evaluable patients, CR was achieved in 11 patients and PR in 27 with a response rate of 42%. A new combination chemotherapy containing NDP, especially NDP + 5-FU, was clinically tried. Furthermore concurrent NDP and radiotherapy will be tried in the near future. Phase II study of S-1 (tegafur + CDHP + Oxo) and taxotere (TXT), however, is ongoing. The results obtained so far are almost satisfactory. The aouthor also adopted several new agents which were presented at the ASCO meeting (1993-1997): taxol (TXL), taxotere (TXT), topotecan, amonafide, vinorelbine and thymitaq. Response rates of these agents were as follows: TXL: 26-37%, TXT: 27-41%, topotecan: 0-27%, vinorelbine: 6.7-12.5%, thymitaq: 18.2% and amonafide: 3.6%. So TXL and TXT are very effective for head and neck cancer. In terms of combination chemotherapy, response rates are 33-71% in TXL + CDDP, 23-62% in TXL + CBDCA, 78% in TXT + CDDP and 75% in TXT + CDDP + 5-FU. Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy including new agents are interesting and important issues. Two kinds of protocol were adopted, 5-FU + HU + TXL + RT and TXL + CBDCA + RT. Both protocols are responsive to squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. But severe local toxicity (stomatitis) and bone marrow suppression pose problems. 相似文献

The publication of black and white photomicrographs has a long tradition in pathology. High-resolution film and quality objectives have been the backbone of generating quality photomicrographs suitable for publication. However, the digital imaging revolution has changed the way we view and capture images. As the quality of image capture devices increases and as their price decreases, more and more investigators are using digital imaging, and the use of color digital imaging for teleconferencing, telediagnosis, and reproduction is now well established. The purpose of this study was to determine the file sizes needed to obtain publication-quality black and white images using digital imaging technology. In this study, four experts in renal pathology reviewed 70 black and white images of various file sizes obtained from specimens representing a variety of renal histopathology. Without knowledge of the file size, the four renal pathologists graded the degree of pixelation, and the overall diagnostic and publication quality of the images. In all cases, digital imaging was capable of obtaining publication quality images equal to those achieved using film. The file size needed to achieve publication quality black and white images depended on magnification, with lower magnification images requiring larger file sizes. 相似文献

Teaching file cases play an important role in the training of nuclear medicine residents; however, film-based teaching files have limitations, such as difficulty in accessing cases in a department with several remote clinical sites. The goal of this project was to develop a digital teaching file with the capability for local and remote (Internet) network access, with the additional requirements that viewing existing cases and addition of new cases be easy and simple. METHODS: The teaching file software (TF-Web) utilizes applications developed for the World-Wide-Web in combination with locally developed programs for importing images, entering case information, indexing, searching, case selection and case editing. The time required to add cases to the TF-Web and to access existing cases from local and remote network sites as well as computer storage requirements were assessed. RESULTS: Cases entered in TF-Web may be viewed either with or without diagnoses and may be accessed with acceptable speed (2-14 sec) from both local and remote network sites. A relatively complex case required 1.2 megabytes of storage, with lesser storage requirements for simpler cases. CONCLUSION: A digital teaching file has been developed that allows easy access from computers located both locally and elsewhere on the Internet. Digital storage requirements are reasonable, and, because of the unique nature of TF-Web, case storage may be distributed among multiple institutions. 相似文献
