韶钢750 m3高炉低硅冶炼生产实践

韶钢6号高炉(750 m3)通过加强管理及改进操作,提高原燃料质量,提高炉顶压力,控制合理的炉渣成分,低硅冶炼水平达到历史新高,高炉生铁含硅量降至0.40%以下,同时促进了高炉其它技术的进步,入炉焦比达到360 kg/t,煤比185 kg/t.     

济钢高炉喷煤数学模型的研究与应用

基于湍流两相流理论建立了高炉喷煤两相流动及传质三维数学模型。采用该模型指导高炉生产 ,高炉利用系数由2 .7t/(m3.d)提高到 3 .0 t/(m3.d)以上 ,焦比由 460 kg/t降到 40 0 kg/t,煤比达到 10 0 kg/t,提高了高炉的各项经济技术指标。     

宣化钢铁公司1 260 m3高炉喷煤生产实践

太钢4350高炉喷煤比突破200kg／t大关

2007年9月份，太钢炼铁厂4350高炉生产取得优异成绩，高炉利用系数、生铁含硅量、高炉喷煤比均创历史最好水平。煤比持续上升，突破了200kg／t大关，达到203kg／t；截至9月27日，全月日均产铁超万吨，达到了10047t，利用系数达到了2．31；铁水含硅量由1～8月的0．51％降低为0．42％，     

流态化喷煤工艺在莱钢750m3高炉上的应用

介绍了流态化喷煤工艺在高炉上的应用 ,该工艺更便于操作 ,输送浓度增高 ,有利于节能降耗和喷煤的均匀、稳定。平均输送浓度达到 96.6kg/m2 ,高炉喷煤比达到 15 0 kg/t,焦比降到 3 78kg/t,为高炉降成本发挥了重要作用     

宏兴钢铁1260 m3高炉技术创新实践

介绍了秦皇岛宏兴钢铁1 260 m3高炉的创新技术。通过采用高富氧、高风温、高顶压、低硅冶炼、优化布料方式等措施,高炉利用系数达到3. 5 t/(m3·d),高炉煤比年均达到157 kg/t,燃料比降低到511 kg/t;通过改造热风炉结构、增设均压煤气回收系统、提高块矿比例等节能减排措施,在降低高炉生铁成本的同时,取得了较好的低碳冶炼效果,年可减排二氧化碳30多万t,经济及社会效益显著。     

泰钢2#高炉强化冶炼实践

泰钢2#高炉易地大修后,通过采取改善原燃料质量,加强炉前管理,使用高质量风口,降低生铁含硅量,建立合适的上下部调剂原则等措施,使高炉冶炼不断强化,高炉利用系数达到了3.22t/m3*d,焦比降至522kg/t.     

石钢高炉降低焦比实践

通过提高精料水平、提高喷煤比、降低铁水含硅、优化高炉操作制度等措施,实现了铁前原燃料的合理配置,高炉入炉焦比逐步降低;2012年达到354 kg/t,比2011年减少30 kg/t。     

韶钢6号高炉富氧喷煤生产实践

对韶钢750 m3高炉富氧喷煤实践进行了总结.通过不断探索和完善高炉的操作技术,通过加强炉内操作管理,优化高炉操作制度,冶炼低硅生铁,加强炉前管理等措施,高炉富氧已接近2%,年利用系数平均达到2.743 t/(m3·d),年平均喷煤比为165 kg/t.     

济钢1^#1750m^3高炉节焦潜力分析

根据济钢高炉的实际生产数据绘制了里斯特操作线图,应用该图计算出1^#1750m^3高炉仍有降低焦比40.61kg/t的潜力。同时,计算表明,生铁含硅改变0.1%影响焦比4.33kg/t,热风风温提高100℃可降低焦比21.24kg/t,高炉煤气中CO2变化1%影响焦比8.52kg/t。为此提出了优化布料方式、提高风温等操作措施,以实现高炉燃耗指标的降低。
