White organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) are one of the most promising technologies to realize future solid-state lighting with high power efficiency, broad and adjustable spectral coverage, and area emission for more effective and natural illumination. In this work, we report a new method of tuning the correlated color temperature (CCT) of WOLEDs via spatially controlling the degree of the micro-cavity effect in an OLED. Varying the width of thin Ag strips deposited on top of a transparent electrode leads to changes in both intensity and phase of reflection at the anode, hence significantly altering emission spectra of proposed WOLEDs. CCT of the implemented WOLEDs span a wide range, from 3000 K to 8000 K, demonstrating that our proposed approach helps to meet the need for lighting with various CCTs. 相似文献

Recently, white solid-state light-emitting electrochemical cells (LECs) have drawn great attention since they exhibit advantages such as low-voltage operation, compatibility with solution processes and employing inert cathode metals. Since different correlated color temperatures (CCTs) of background illumination are necessary for various lighting applications, a real-time tunable CCT of white LECs would be highly desired in modern smart lighting systems. In this work, a widely and dynamically tuning CCT (>10000 K) of white LEC is demonstrated by employing an electrochromic device (ECD) as a real-time controllable color filter. By increasing the applied bias on the ECD to attenuate more the red parts of white EL from the white LEC, the LEC-based white light source becomes more bluish and, in consequence, shows higher CCT. This proposed LEC-based white light source with the characteristics of wide CCT range and real-time tunability is suitable for most lighting applications and modern smart lighting systems. 相似文献

针对广角极光成像仪滤光片组件的温度控制需求,设计了一种高精度温度控制系统。使用铂电阻作为测温传感器,测温电路可以达到0.05℃的温度采集精度;使用DSP作为主控制器,实现了滤光片温度的全数字控制;使用恒流源电路作为加热片的驱动控制电路,实现了加热功率的高精度、低噪声控制;建立了滤光片组件温度控制系统的数学模型,结合实际系统的阶跃响应曲线辨识得到系统模型参数,设计了系统的控制器,进行了仿真,给出了控制器的性能曲线;通过滤光片组件温度控制系统实验对控制器参数进行了整定,得到了优化的控制器参数。最后,给出了系统的实际温度控制结果,表明系统能够实现滤光片的高精度温度控制。 相似文献

Light source modules are the most crucial and fragile devices that affect the life and reliability of the interferometric fiber optic gyroscope (IFOG). While the light emitting chips were stable in most cases, the module packaging proved to be less satisfactory. In long-term storage or the working environment, the ambient temperature changes constantly and thus the packaging and coupling performance of light source modules are more likely to degrade slowly due to different materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion in the bonding interface. A constant temperature accelerated life test cannot evaluate the impact of temperature variation on the performance of a module package, so the temperature cycling accelerated life test was studied. The main failure mechanism affecting light source modules is package failure due to solder fatigue failure including a fiber coupling shift, loss of cooling efficiency and thermal resistor degradation, so the Norris-Landzberg model was used to model solder fatigue life and determine the activation energy related to solder fatigue failure mechanism. By analyzing the test data, activation energy was determined and then the mean life of light source modules in different storage environments with a continuously changing temperature was simulated, which has provided direct reference data for the storage life prediction of IFOG. 相似文献

本文研究基于井下侧向多镜头成像系统的环形光源强度控制方法。发光源采用专用的LED,通过多路混联的方式组成环形光源。侧向多镜头成像系统的控制核心DSP(TMS320DM6437)通过I2C协议改变数字电位器(ISL22316)的阻值,从而改变LED驱动芯片(MAX1698)的输出电流,达到改变光源强度的目的,即实现了光源强度的闭环控制。通过实验验证:DSP通过I2C协议控制数字电位器的阻值在0Ω到50kΩ(共128级)之间变化,从而使得光源板的输入电流从0.0mA到78.8mA之间变化,较好地实现了光源强度的线性控制。 相似文献
