(1 − x)ZnMoO4-xTiO2 (x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.158, 0.25, and 0.35) composite ceramics were synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction process. The sintering behavior, phase composition, chemical compatibility with silver, and microwave dielectric properties were investigated. All the specimens can be well densified below 950 °C. From the X-ray diffraction analysis, it indicates that the triclinic wolframite ZnMoO4 phase coexists with the tetragonal rutile TiO2 phase, and it is easy for silver to react with ZnMoO4 to form Ag2Zn2(MoO4)3 phase and hard to react with TiO2. When the volume fraction of TiO2 (x value) increasing from 0 to 0.35, the microwave dielectric permittivity of the (1 − x)ZnMoO4-xTiO2 composite ceramics increases from 8.0 to 25.2, the Qf value changes in the range of 32,300-43,300 GHz, and the temperature coefficient τf value varies from −128.9 to 157.4 ppm/°C. At x = 0.158, the mixture exhibits good microwave dielectric properties with a ?r = 13.9, a Qf = 40,400 GHz, and a τf = +2.0 ppm/°C.  相似文献

The crystal structure, microstructure, dielectric and ferroelectric properties of (1 − x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xBaTiO3 ceramics with x = 0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07 and 0.1 are investigated. A structural variation according to the system composition was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses. The results revealed that the synthesis temperature for pure perovskite phase powder prepared by the present sol-gel process is much lower (800 °C), and a rhombohedral-tetragonal morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) is found for x = 0.07 composition which showing the highest remanent polarization value and the smallest coercive field. The optimum dielectric and piezoelectric properties were found with the 0.93Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.07BaTiO3 composition. The piezoelectric constant d33 is 120 pC/N and good polarization behaviour was observed with remanent polarization (Pr) of 12.18 pC/cm2, coercive field (Ec) of 2.11 kV/mm, and enhanced dielectric properties ?r > 1500 at room temperature. The 0.93Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.07BaTiO3-based ceramic is a promising lead-free piezoelectric candidate for applications in different devices.  相似文献

Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (0.8 − x)BaTiO3-0.2Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-xBaZrO3 (BT-BNT-xBZ, 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.08) doped with 0.3 wt% Li2CO3 were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method. With the Li2CO3 doping, all the ceramics can be well sintered at 1170-1210 °C. The phase structure, dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated. Results show that a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) between tetragonal and pseudocubic phases exists at x = 0.03-0.04. The addition of Zr can improve the piezoelectric properties of BT-BNT ceramics. Furthermore, a relaxor behavior is induced and the tetragonal-cubic phase transition shifts towards lower temperatures after the addition of Zr. The ceramics with x = 0.03 possess the optimum electrical properties: d33 = 72 pC/N, kp = 15.4%, ?r = 661, Pr = 18.5 μC/cm2, Ec = 34.1 kV/cm, Tc = 150 °C.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties of La(Mg0.5−xNixSn0.5)O3 ceramics were examined with a view to their exploitation for mobile communication. The La(Mg0.5−xNixSn0.5)O3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method at various sintering temperatures. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the La(Mg0.4Ni0.1Sn0.5)O3 ceramics revealed no significant variation of phase with sintering temperatures. Apparent density of 6.71 g/cm3, dielectric constant (?r) of 20.19, quality factor (Q × f) of 74,600 GHz, and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of −85 ppm/°C were obtained for La(Mg0.4Ni0.1Sn0.5)O3 ceramics that were sintered at 1550 °C for 4 h.  相似文献

(Ba0.68−xSr0.308Bi0.006Na0.006Mgx)(Ti0.99Sn0.01)O3 ceramics were synthesized by solid-state reaction process. The samples (X ≤ 0.010) are a mixture of cubic (major) and rhombohedral (minor) phases. The rhombohedral phase causes a large dielectric loss in low temperature regions and plays an important role in diffuse phase transition of ceramics. While X > 0.010, the rhombohedral phase decreases and gradually disappears. The dielectric loss of ceramics in the low temperature regions decreases, and the samples change from the diffuse phase transition to the phase transition of second order, and then to of first order. In the temperature range of 270-370 °C, intrinsic conduction dominates conductivity of ceramics.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties and microstructures of (1 − x)La(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3-x(Ca0.8Sr0.2)TiO3 ceramics, prepared by a mixed oxide route, have been investigated. The forming of solid solutions was confirmed by the XRD patterns and the measured lattice parameters for all compositions. A near zero τf was achieved for samples with x = 0.5, although the dielectric properties varied with sintering temperature. The Q × f value of 0.5La(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3-0.5(Ca0.8Sr0.2)TiO3 increased up to 1475 °C, after which it decreased. The decrease in dielectric properties was coincident with the onset of rapid grain growth. The optimum combination of microwave dielectric properties was achieved at 1475 °C for samples where x = 0.5 with a dielectric constant ?r of 47.12, a Q × f value of 35,000 GHz (measured at 6.2 GHz) and a τf value of −4.7 ppm/°C.  相似文献

Low dielectric ceramics in the Al2W3−xMoxO12 (x = 0-3) system have been prepared through solid state ceramic route. The phase purity of the ceramic compositions has been studied using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies. The microstructure of the sintered ceramics was evaluated by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The crystal structure of the ceramic compositions as a result of Mo substitution has been studied using Laser Raman spectroscopy. The microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied by Hakki and Coleman post resonator and cavity perturbation techniques. Al2MoxW3−xO12 (x = 0-3) ceramics exhibited low dielectric constant and relatively high unloaded quality factor. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of the compositions is found to be in the range −41 to −72 ppm/°C.  相似文献

The crystal structures, phase compositions and the microwave dielectric properties of the xLa(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-(1 − x)Ca0.8Sr0.2TiO3 composites prepared by the conventional solid state route have been investigated. The formation of solid solution is confirmed by the XRD patterns. Doping with B2O3 (0.5 wt.%) can effectively promote the densification and the dielectric properties of xNd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-(1 − x)Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics. It is found that xNd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-(1 − x)Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics can be sintered at 1375 °C, due to the liquid phase effect of B2O3 addition observed by Scanning Electronic Microscopy. At 1375 °C, 0.4Nd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-0.6Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3 ceramics with 1 wt.% B2O3 addition possesses a dielectric constant (?r) of 49, a Q × f value of 13,000 (at 8 GHz) and a temperature coefficients of resonant frequency (τf) of 1 ppm/°C. As the content of Nd(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3 increases, the highest Q × f value of 20,000 GHz for x = 0.9 is achieved at the sintering temperature 1400 °C.  相似文献

The Ca1−xSrxCu3Ti4O12 (CSCTO) giant dielectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state method. X-ray diffraction patterns revealed that a small amount of Sr2+ (x < 0.2) had no obvious effect on the phase structure of the CSCTO ceramics, while with increasing the Sr2+ content, a second phase of SrTiO3 appeared. Electrical properties of CSCTO ceramics greatly depended on the Sr2+ content. The Ca0.9Sr0.1Cu3Ti4O12 ceramics exhibited a higher permittivity (71,153) and lower dielectric loss (0.022) when measured at 1 kHz at room temperature. The ceramics also performed good temperature stability in the temperature range from −50 °C to 100 °C at 1 kHz. By impedance spectroscopy analysis, all compounds were found to be electrically heterogeneous, showing semiconducting grains and insulating grain boundaries. The grain resistance was 1.28 Ω and the grain boundary resistance was 1.31 × 105 Ω. All the results indicated that the Ca0.9Sr0.1Cu3Ti4O12 ceramics were very promising materials with higher permittivity for practical applications.  相似文献

Formation of an interstitial solid solution Hf5GaxSn3 (x = 0-1) based on the binary compound Hf5Sn3 (structure type Mn5Si3, Pearson symbol hP16, space group P63/mcm, a = 8.36562(6), c = 5.70775(4) Å from X-ray powder diffraction) was established at 600 °C. The crystal structure (structure type Hf5CuSn3, ordered derivative of Ti5Ga4, hP18, P63/mcm) was refined on X-ray single-crystal diffraction data for three compositions: Hf5Ga0.16(3)Sn3 (a = 8.3288(12), c = 5.6988(11) Å), Hf5Ga0.53(2)Sn3 (a = 8.4205(12), c = 5.7655(12) Å) and Hf5GaSn3 (a = 8.5564(12), c = 5.7859(12) Å). The Ga atoms occupy Wyckoff position 2b at the centres of Hf6 octahedral interstices.  相似文献

The effects of BaCu(B2O5) additives on the sintering temperature and microwave dielectric properties of (Mg0.7Zn0.3)0.95Co0.05TiO3 ceramics were investigated. The (Mg0.7Zn0.3)0.95Co0.05TiO3 ceramics were not able to be sintered below 1000 °C. However, when BaCu(B2O5) were added, they were sintered below 1000 °C and had the good microwave dielectric properties. It was suggested that a liquid phase with the composition of BaCu(B2O5) was formed during the sintering and assisted the densification of the (Mg0.7Zn0.3)0.95Co0.05TiO3 ceramics at low temperature. BaCu(B2O5) powders were produced and used to reduce the sintering temperature of the (Mg0.7Zn0.3)0.95Co0.05TiO3 ceramics. Good microwave dielectric properties of Q × f = 35,000 GHz, ?r = 18.5.0 and τf = −51 ppm/°C were obtained for the (Mg0.7Zn0.3)0.95Co0.05TiO3 ceramics containing 7 wt.% mol% BaCu(B2O5) sintered at 950 °C for 4 h.  相似文献

The effect of the composition on the electrical properties of BaBi1−xSbxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors was studied. Major phases present in the sintered bodies of BaBi1−xSbxO3 (0 < x < 0.5) ceramics were BaBi0.5Sb0.5O3 compounds with a rhombohedral structure and BaBiO3 compounds with a monoclinal structure. Most pores were located in the grains of BaBiO3 and BaBi0.5Sb0.5O3 ceramics. It was apparent that the ρ25 and B25/85 constant of the thermistors increased with increasing Sb content.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties and the microstructures of (Mg1−xZnx)Al2O4 (x = 0-0.1) ceramic system prepared by the conventional solid-state route were investigated. The forming of spinel-structured (Mg1−xZnx)Al2O4 (x = 0-0.1) solid solutions was confirmed by the XRD patterns and the measured lattice parameters, which linearly varied from a = b = c = 8.0815 Å for MgAl2O4 to a = b = c= 8.0828 Å for (Mg0.9Zn0.1)Al2O4. By increasing x, the Q × f of (Mg1−xZnx)Al2O4 can be tremendously boosted from 82,000 GHz at x = 0 to a maximum of 156,000 GHz at x = 0.05. The Zn substitution was effective in reducing the dielectric loss without detrimental effects on the ?r and τf values of the ceramics.  相似文献

We present here the results of comprehensive X-ray diffraction and dielectric studies on several compositions of (1 − x)[Pb(Mg0.5W0.5)O3]-xPbTiO3 (PMW-xPT) solid solution across the morphotropic phase boundary. Rietveld analysis of the powder X-ray diffraction data reveals cubic (space group Fm3m) structure of PMW-xPT ceramics for the compositions with x ≤ 0.42, tetragonal (space group P4mm) structure for the compositions with x ≥ 0.72 and coexistence of the tetragonal and cubic phases for the intermediate compositions (0.46 ≤ x ≤ 0.68). Temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity above room temperature exhibits diffuse nature of phase transitions for the compositions in the cubic and two phase region while the compositions with tetragonal structure at room temperature exhibit sharp ferroelectric to paraelectric phase transition. The PMW-xPT compositions with coexistence of tetragonal and cubic phases at room temperature exhibit two anomalies in the temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity above room temperature. Using results of structural and dielectric studies a partial phase diagram of PMW-xPT ceramics is also presented.  相似文献

Polycrystalline samples of BaFe0.5Nb0.5O3 and (1 − x)Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3-xSrTiO3 [referred as BFN and BFN-ST respectively] (x = 0.00, 0.15 and 0.20) have been synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. The XRD patterns of the BFN and BFN-ST at room temperature show a monoclinic phase. The microstructure of the ceramics was examined by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and shows the polycrystalline nature of the samples with different grain sizes, which are inhomogeneously distributed through the sample surface. Detailed studies of dielectric and impedance properties of the materials in a wide range of frequency (100 Hz-5 MHz) and temperatures (30-270 °C) showed that properties are strongly temperature and frequency dependent. Complex Argand plane plot of ?″ against ?′, usually called Cole-Cole plots is used to check the polydispersive nature of relaxation phenomena in above mentioned compounds. Relaxation phenomena of non-Debye type have been observed in the BFN and BFN-ST ceramics, as confirmed by the Cole-Cole plots.  相似文献

Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics Sr2−xCaxNaNb5O15 + y wt% MnO2have been prepared by the conventional solid state reaction method. Our results reveal that Ca2+and Mn ions have entered into the Sr2NaNb5O15 lattices to form a solid solution with tungsten-bronze structure. The substitution of Ca2+ induces a decrease in piezoelectric coefficient d33, electromechanical coupling factors kp and kt, while, the addition of Mn ions decreases the sintering temperature and effectively promotes the densification of the ceramics. The effect of substitution of Ca2+and Mn ions on the structure, electrical properties and diffused phase changing were investigated systematically. For the ceramic with x = 0.05 and y = 0.5, the piezoelectric, dielectric and ferroelectric properties become optimum, giving a piezoelectric coefficient d33 = 190 pC/N, electromechanical coupling factors kp = 13.4% and kt = 36.5%, ?r = 2123, loss tangent tan δ = 0.038, remanent polarization Pr = 4.76 μC/cm2, coercive field Ec = 12.68 kV/cm, and Curie temperature Tc = 260 °C.  相似文献

Composite ceramics in the solid solution of Zrx(Zn1/3Nb2/3)1−xTiO4 (x = 0.1-0.4) have been prepared by the mixed oxide route. Formation of solid solution was confirmed by the X-ray diffraction patterns. The microwave dielectric properties, such as dielectric constant (?r), Q × f value and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) have been investigated as a function of composition and sintering temperature. With x increasing from 0.1 to 0.4, the dielectric constant decreases from 70.9 to 43.2, and the τf decreases from 105 to 55 ppm/°C. The Q × f value, however, increases with increasing x value to a maximum 26,600 GHz (at 6 GHz) at x = 0.3, and then decreases thereafter. For low-loss microwave applications, a new microwave dielectric material Zr0.3(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.7TiO4, possessing a fine combination of microwave dielectric properties with a high ?r of 51, a high Q × f of 26,600 GHz (at 6 GHz) and a τf of 70 ppm/°C, is suggested.  相似文献

Lead-free (1 − x − y)Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-xBaTiO3-yBi0.5Ag0.5TiO3 (BNT-BT-BAT-x/y, x = 0-0.10, y = 0-0.075) piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by conventional oxide-mixed method. The microstructure, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated. Results show that a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) between rhombohedral and tetragonal phases of BNT-BT-BAT-x/0.04 ceramics is formed at x = 0.06-0.08. The addition of BAT has no obvious change on the crystal structure of BNT-BT ceramics while it causes the grain size of the ceramics to become more homogenous. Near the MPB, the ceramics with x = 0.06 and y = 0.05-0.06 possess optimum electrical properties: Pr ∼ 42.5 μC/cm2, Ec ∼ 32.0 kV/cm, d33 ∼ 172 pC/N, kp ∼ 32.6%, and kt ∼ 52.6%. The temperature dependences of kp and polarization versus electric hysteresis loops reveal that the depolarization temperature (Td) of BNT-BT-BAT-0.06/y ceramics decreases with increasing y. In addition, the polar and non-polar phases may coexist in the BNT-BT-BAT-x/y ceramics above Td.  相似文献

The influence of Zr substitution for Ti on the microwave dielectric properties and microstructures of the Mg(ZrxTi1−x)O3(MZxT) (0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) ceramics was investigated. The quality factors of Mg(ZrxTi1−x)O3 ceramics with x = 0.01-0.05 were improved because the solid solution of a small amount of Zr4+ substitution in the B-site could increase density and grain size. An excess of Zr4+ resulted in the formation of a great deal of secondary phase that declined the microwave dielectric properties of MZxT ceramics. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of Mg(ZrxTi1−x)O3 ceramics slightly increased with increasing Zr content, and the variation in τf was attributed to the formation of secondary phases.  相似文献

The effect of H3BO3-CuO-Li2CO3 combined additives on the sintering temperature, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of (Ca0.61Nd0.26) (Ti0.98Sn0.02)O3 (CNTS) ceramics was investigated. The H3BO3-CuO-Li2CO3 combined additives lowered the sintering temperature of CNTS ceramics effectively from 1300 to 950 °C. This may be due to the interim liquid-phase of Li2O-CuO-B2O3, which were formed in the sintering process. (Li0.5Nd0.5)TiO3 (LNT) demonstrated an effective compensation in τf value of the low-fired CNTS ceramics. The 0.4CNTS-0.6LNT ceramics with 5 wt% (H3BO3-CuO)-0.5 wt% Li2CO3 sintered at 900 °C for 2 h shows excellent dielectric properties: ?r = 90.6, Q × f = 3400 GHz, and τf = 9 ppm/°C. Also, the LTCC material is compatible with Ag electrode.  相似文献
