We developed a general method for global conformal parameterizations based on the structure of the cohomology group of holomorphic one-forms for surfaces with or without boundaries (Gu and Yau, 2002), (Gu and Yau, 2003). For genus zero surfaces, our algorithm can find a unique mapping between any two genus zero manifolds by minimizing the harmonic energy of the map. In this paper, we apply the algorithm to the cortical surface matching problem. We use a mesh structure to represent the brain surface. Further constraints are added to ensure that the conformal map is unique. Empirical tests on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data show that the mappings preserve angular relationships, are stable in MRIs acquired at different times, and are robust to differences in data triangulation, and resolution. Compared with other brain surface conformal mapping algorithms, our algorithm is more stable and has good extensibility.  相似文献

Numeric regularization methods for solving the inverse problem of electrocardiography in realistic volume conductor models have been mostly limited to uniform regularization in the spatial domain. A method of spatial regularization (SR) was developed and tested in canine, where each spatial spectral component of the volume conductor model was considered separately, and a SR operator was selected based on explicit a posteriori criterion at each time instant through the heartbeat. The inverse problem was solved in the left ventricle by reconstructing endocardial surface electrograms based on cavitary electrograms measured with the use of a noncontact, multielectrode probe. The results were validated based on electrograms measured in situ at the same endocardial locations using an integrated, multielectrode basket-catheter. A probe-endocardium three-dimensional model was determined from multiplane fluoroscopic images. The boundary element method was applied to solve the boundary value problem and derive the relationship between endocardial and probe potentials. Endocardial electrograms were reconstructed during both normal and paced rhythms using SR as well as standard, uniform, zeroth-order Tikhonov (ZOT) regularization. Compared to endocardial electrograms measured by the basket, electrograms reconstructed using SR [relative error (RE) = 0.32, correlation coefficient (CC) = 0.97, activation error = 3.3 ms] were superior to electrograms reconstructed using ZOT regularization (RE = 0.59, CC = 0.79, activation error = 4.9 ms). Therefore, regularization based on spatial spectral components of the model improves the solution of the inverse problem of electrocardiography compared to uniform regularization.  相似文献

结合迷雾天气中车辆交通安全研究的核心内容——目标识别问题,利用斯托克斯/米勒表述和蒙特卡罗方法探讨偏振光在大气这类混浊介质中的传输规律,利用反射米勒矩阵对混浊介质中隐藏的目标物体进行识别。数值计算结果表明,在一定距离之内,利用反射米勒矩阵计算的解偏度能够较好地分辨出混浊介质中隐藏的不同物体。结合迷雾天气的具体特点,分析有效识别距离的大小,定量说明了识别距离大于能见距离,高于直接利用人眼识别的水平。  相似文献

This paper shows that optimal preview control system approaches to a decoupled preview control system as the weighting factors for the control input variables in the quadratic performance index tend towards zero. Therefore, to examine the characteristics of the decoupled preview control system also means to examine the asymptotic characteristics of the optimal preview control system. By this property, relationships between the design parameters and the response of the optimal preview control system become clear and the design of the optimal preview control can be simplified by utilizing the properties that the decoupled preview control system features. Further, the decoupled preview control method is applied to the vector control system for an induction motor drive. By this application, a trade off between the conditions of the vector control and the magnitude of input variables becomes easy. 为了克服Kalman滤波和Sage自适应滤波的缺点,在分析基于新息向量、残差向量和状态改正数向量的自适应协方差估计存在问题的基础上,提出根据新息向量、残差向量和状态改正数对滤波精度影响的不同程度,采用随机加权法对新息向量、残差向量和状态改正数进行估计,以得到观测噪声协方差矩阵和系统动态噪声协方差矩阵.进一步,利用随机加权法对观测噪声协方差阵和系统噪声协方差阵进行估计,以提高动态导航定位的滤波解算精度.研究结果表明,基于随机加权估计的Sage自适应滤波效果明显优于基于算术平均值估计的滤波方法.  相似文献

A novel explicit knowledge embedded space mapping (SM) optimization technique is presented in this paper. It generalizes the implementation procedure of the efficient SM technique by introducing a buffer space called embedded knowledge space between the original coarse model space and the fine model space, where the ingredients of the coarse model space can be completely different from those of the fine model space. Therefore, this generic scheme can be used to map the coarse model space of arbitrary physical content to the fine model space of different physical content through the embedded knowledge space that is built up with the available radio frequency (RF) circuit CAD formula. The emphasis of the application of the proposed scheme is put on the design of low temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) RF passive circuits in this paper, along with the required CAD formulas (knowledge) for typical embedded multilayer passives. The effectiveness of the proposed new scheme is demonstrated through two design examples of LTCC lumped element band pass filters for wireless applications. The detailed procedure and flowchart of the proposed implementation scheme are also given in the paper.  相似文献

An advanced method of analyzing eye patterns is proposed which plots the eye pattern as a function of the error rate. The method is applied to high-speed optical-transmission systems and its usefulness is confirmed. Degradation of eye opening due to noise and intersymbol interference is investigated quantitatively using the 10-10 BER eye. An automatic gain-control system is evaluated from a viewpoint of eye margin, and a gain control system having an improved eye margin performance is proposed. Low-probability abnormal phenomena, such as turn-on fluctuations and mode partitioning in directly modulated distributed feedback (DFB) lasers, are observed using this method  相似文献
