STSi15Cu7高硅铸铁的组织与性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
试验研究了Cu对高硅铸铁的机械性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在STSi15高硅铸铁中添加7%Cu,可使其中石墨吐细小花瓣状,并在晶界上有富铜新相析出,从而降低硬度,提高塑性,改善耐蚀性能。  相似文献

乙炔是制造醋酸、1,4-丁二醇、苯、合成橡胶、合成纤维等的基本原料,天然气部分氧化法制得的裂解气中含有烷烃,硫化氢,有机硫化物,炔烃等杂质,这些杂质的带入会对后期产品的制备产生较大的影响,所以要采用浓硫酸双洗法去除这些杂质。文章主要讲了金属的腐蚀机理,以及目前乙炔精净化酸塔支撑件材质Q235的腐蚀性能及其它合金材料的腐蚀性能。通过Q235,304不锈钢,316不锈钢,灰铸铁,高硅铸铁在浓硫酸中的腐蚀速率的对比,得出耐蚀性较好的应为316不锈钢和高硅铸铁,建议化工厂以后更换乙炔精净化支撑件时可考虑高硅铸铁材质。  相似文献

设备、管道的腐蚀问题,一直是困扰浓硝酸生产的一大难题。多年来,浓硝酸装置上均采用高硅铸铁或高纯度铝两种材质制作设备和管道。这两种材质固然对浓硝酸有良好的耐腐蚀作用,但这些材质都有它的不足之处,常常难以满足生产工艺的要求,给安全生产、日常维修带来很大困难。所以,生产厂一直盼望能研究开发出性能优于高硅铸铁和高纯度铝的新型金属耐蚀材料的问世。  相似文献

高铬铸铁是一种性能优良的抗磨材料,它不仅有很好的耐磨性能,又有一定的弓度和韧性,由于高铬铸铁的这些突出性能,因而它在煤炭、冶金、建材、电力、等行业得到广泛的应用,取得了显著的经济效益。改善高铬铸铁共晶碳化形态和分布的同时,更重要的是要在细化共晶碳化物,提高高铬铸铁晶界的冶金质量,合理的选择基体组织等方面下功夫,以达到高铬铸铁件的高性能化的要求。本文对含钛高铬铸铁的热处理工艺进行了研究,合理的热处理工艺制定,可以改善高铬铸铁中碳化物的分布、形态,实现高铬铸铁的硬度和韧性的最优化配合。  相似文献

综述了高硅不锈钢和高硅镍合金的耐硫酸腐蚀性能后指出,要使高硅不锈钢具有良好的耐蚀性能,钢中的碳、氮含量要低;硅含量要大于4.5%~5.5%;微量合金元素对提高钢的耐蚀性有良好作用以及均匀化热处理的重要性。高硅不锈钢的发展为节约铬提供了新的途径。  相似文献

以直接合成的高硅丝光沸石作异构化催化剂,可以简化目前沸石异构化催化剂生产步骤,提高丝光沸石利用率,降低生产成本。在小型评价装置上,考察直接合成的高硅丝光沸石的异构化性能,并与RISO异构化催化剂进行异构化性能比较,讨论脱铝过程对丝光沸石结构和异构化性能的影响,指出对高硅丝光沸石进行适度脱铝处理,使沸石结构造成缺陷和次级孔的存在,有可能是提高高硅丝光沸石异构化性能的方法。  相似文献

硅气凝胶具有纤细纳米网络结构,是迄今为止导热系数最低的固体材料。本研究从传热学机理出发,以硅气凝胶、空心玻璃微珠为功能填料,辅以无机高分子基料、填料和助剂,经特殊工艺制得了保温涂料,对涂料的性能进行了检测,并对硅气凝胶保温涂料的保温机理进行了分析,该涂料将在建筑、输送管道、窑炉、异型件等方面有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

通过分析影响冲压发动机补燃室热防护层性能的因素,研究了粉状填料和纤维填料对硅橡胶绝热层耐烧蚀性能的影响和填料的组合作用;研究了硅橡胶绝热层与发动机壳体的粘接性能,将几种偶联剂对绝热层与壳体粘接性能的影响进行了对比.结果表明,通过有机填料与无机填料以及纤维的共同作用,可以显著提高硅橡胶绝热层的耐烧蚀性能,降低其烧蚀率;WD-60偶联剂可显著提高硅橡胶与钢的粘接强度.初步探索出适合于冲压发动机补燃室热防护所用的硅橡胶绝热层配方.  相似文献

以硅、锰、铬、铜为主要合金元素,加入少量钒、钛、硼、氮和稀土元素进行微合金化和变质处理,在空冷淬火条件下。获得了综合性能优良的贝氏体组织。介绍了低舍金空冷贝氏体铸钢的成分、组织和性能。并与高锰钢、普通锻钢、低铬铸铁及高铬铸铁、16Mn钢等材质进行了比较,低合金空冷贝氏体铸钢的生产工艺简单,贵重合金元素加入量少,生产成本与高锰钢相当,且该材料具有优良的强韧性和耐磨性,经济效益显著,值得推广应用。  相似文献

Investigations of the technology of mullite-corundum refractories containing silicon carbide and used for linings of transportable mixers are described. It is shown that an addition (10%) of silicon carbide to a mullite-corundum mixture ensures a high slag resistance. Mixers lined with mullite-corundum refractories with silicon carbide have shown high service properties, namely, 720 pourings of cast iron with 5 hot repairs. Wood ceramization is a promising preparation technology. Ceramics made from natural wood can retain the original structural characteristics and unique microstructure of the wood, and also offer acceptable mechanical properties and wear resistance. In this study, the ceramization process of natural poplar wood is optimized. Three-dimensional silicon carbide prepared by ceramization of wood is used to strengthen high-chromium cast iron, and three-dimensional silicon carbide reinforced high-chromium cast iron (3D-SiC/HCCI) composite materials are obtained. The results demonstrate that the treated wood retained acceptable network structure and uniform pore size after ceramization. Based on the size, the pores can be classified into smaller pores (approximately 8 μm), medium-sized pores (20–40 μm), and larger pores (100–300 μm). The 3D-SiC/HCCI composites, obtained by casting and infiltrating these pore channels, show continuous network-like interpenetrating structures in space. The wear resistance of the 3D-SiC/HCCI composite materials was investigated and compared with high-chromium cast iron. The results indicate that under the same friction condition, the wear resistance of the composites is significantly improved, and the abrasion loss is reduced from 3.8% to 0.32%. The three-dimensional silicon carbide in the composites produces a shadow effect during friction, which can provide acceptable support and protection for the high-chromium cast iron matrix.  相似文献

It was shown that a silicon nitride (SN)/boron nitride (BN) composite laminate provides excellent thermal shock resistance, and to improve the corrosion resistance of the SN pipe against molten metals, the Mo/ZrB2 film was effective for molten cast iron. The authors have developed a thermocouple that yields high durability and good response using an SN/BN composite laminate as an external sleeve and film-coated SN protection tube. According to the results of repeated temperature measurement tests for molten metals, it was demonstrated that the thermometer thus designed had high durability, e.g., 360 times measurement to life was achieved for molten cast iron.  相似文献

In this work, CrAlN and TiAlN coatings were produced on silicon nitride cutting inserts via physical vapor deposition. The microstructure and hardness of the coatings, as well as the adhesive strength between the coating and the substrate were studied using a scanning electronic microscope, a micro hardness tester and a scratch tester, respectively. Continuous turning tests of the obtained CrAlN and TiAlN-coated silicon nitride cutting inserts were performed on gray cast iron to evaluate the cutting performances and the machining quality. The results show that the surface hardness of the Si3N4 cutting inserts could be improved by 87% and 50%, respectively, when applying the CrAlN and TiAlN coatings, thereby enhancing the abrasion resistance of the cutting inserts. At different tested cutting speeds, abrasive wear under compressional deformation and adhesive wear were identified as the main failure mechanisms for the two cutting inserts during continuous turning of gray cast iron. The machining quality of the gray cast iron workpieces machined using the uncoated, the CrAlN- or the TiAlN-coated inserts increased with the increment of the cutting speed.  相似文献

本文研究了多种含镍、铜、铬的奥氏体铸铁,测试了它们在内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱液中的腐蚀速度,用电镜分析腐蚀形态,并分析检测了金相组织和机械性能。奥氏体铸铁有极好的耐腐蚀性能,如本文Z4铸铁的腐蚀速率小于1Cr18Ni9Ti钢40倍。碱蚀形态为全面腐蚀。在一定含量范围内,随着镍及铜含量的增加,耐蚀性提高、强度下降和塑性增加。球铁的强度和塑性,均优于灰铸铁,但两者的耐碱蚀性能属同一水平。研究结果提供2种合  相似文献

为提高大电机的运行可靠性,本文主要介绍了一种新型硅钢片漆,实验结果表明,该漆不仅符合通用硅钢片漆的基本要求,而且经Franklin烧损试验,在150±5℃/5.2MPa/0.5V(DC)条件下测得的泄漏电流平均值不大于0.2A,使铁芯在过热状态下仍能保持良好的绝缘性能。  相似文献

To maximize the productivity of precise products in manufacturing industries, machine tools should be operated at high speeds. The machine tools should withstand higher cutting speeds, higher acceleration and deceleration and should be cost effective to give high quality products. The aforesaid expectations cannot be fulfilled simultaneously if conventional metal such as cast iron is employed. Hence, there is a need to replace cast iron with alternative materials. In the present work an attempt is made to replace the mini lathe bed made of cast iron with laminated hybrid composites, carbon, and glass/epoxy, to attain superior dynamic properties with less weight. The manufactured composite bed weighs 3.5 times less than that of the existing cast iron bed. Numerical and experimental modal analysis was done for both the cast iron and composite bed. The results show that the experimentally obtained fundamental natural frequency and damping ratio of composite bed are superior, 37% and 3 times, than that of the existing cast iron bed. POLYM.
