淀粉的糊化及添加剂对其糊化温度的影响   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
在考察了几种不同工业淀粉的糊化温度基础上,研究了糊化添加剂的种类及某些添加剂的不同浓度对马铃薯淀粉糊化温度的影响。结果表明:在实验的糊化促进剂中,以NaOH最优,且其浓度增加到0.3mol/L时,淀粉的糊化温度降至26.5℃,而在实验的糊化抑制剂中,以MgSO4最佳,并且MgSO4浓度增加到0.3mol/L时,淀粉的糊化湿度可提高到69.2℃。  相似文献

介绍了抗氧化铝箔衬纸粘合剂的配方、工艺条件、工艺过程、技术性能和粘接效果。选用次氯酸钠作氧化剂,氢氧化钠作氧化玉米淀粉糊化剂,硼砂作交联剂,并加入适量尿素、防腐剂、填料、稳定剂等改性剂进行改性。粘合剂产品要求中性至微碱性,pH值以7.5—8.5为宜。通过实验得出温度在50℃,氧化1.5小时,糊化10分钟,接枝30分钟,改性若干时间下淀粉30g,次氯酸钠26g,水6g,氢氧化钠(40%)15g,氯乙酸16g,硼砂1g,尿素10g及少量磷酸等制得的抗氧化铝箔衬纸复合用淀粉胶为综合性能最佳。  相似文献

以玉米淀粉为主要原料 ,通过预糊化、氧化、加碱糊化进行化学改性 ,并加入稳定剂可制备固含量高、贮存稳定性好 ,具有一定初粘力和透明性的改性淀粉胶粘剂。本论文主要研究了改性玉米淀粉胶粘剂的主要成分配比及工艺条件对产品性能的影响。结果表明 :淀粉氧化前是否进行预糊化处理、氧化剂的用量、体系pH值、加碱糊化时碱液用量、稳定剂的种类和用量等对改性玉米淀粉胶粘剂性能影响较大。  相似文献

The adhesive properties of various siloxane modified polyimides were studied for the development of suitable adhesive materials with good thermal stability. Their adhesive properties were influenced by siloxane content in the polymer backbone and the structure of the aromatic component. Among them, the copolyimides with small amounts of the siloxane unit showed the better lap shear strength compared with the corresponding all-aromatic polyimides. They had excellent adhesive strength to various substrates. Their adhesive durability under the highly humid condition (25°C, 90%RH) was also improved mainly due to their lower moisture sorption and lower moisture permeability. However, further siloxane modification lowered their adhesive strength and durability. On the other hand, thee T-peel strength of copolyimides was lowered according to the increase of siloxane content. Based on this study, a new type of adhesive film which was composed of a copolyimide as a major component, SPB-505A, was developed and reported. This is useful for multi-layered printed circuit boards due to the excellent adhesive properties, good electrical properties and distinguished reliability under the hot / wet condition (121°C, 2 atm, 85%RH).  相似文献

探索了脱脂米糠在胶粘剂制备中的应用,为提高农副产品的附加值和制造环保型的天然胶粘剂开辟了新途径。以脱脂米糠为原料、采用简单的操作工艺可以制造出具有较高干状强度的胶粘剂,适宜条件是加入6%的NaOH溶液,在60℃条件下糊化2 h。研究结果表明,过高的糊化温度和过大的碱量都不利于成胶。  相似文献

This paper aims to expand on work presented by us in previous publications regarding the enhancement of adhesion on leather substrates with photoreagent type primers. Two new reagents were synthesized: 3,5-dihydroxyphenyl-4-azidobenzoate (7) and 4,4′-ethylene-1,1′-diphenyl azide (8) and used as an intimate mixture with commercial polyurethane adhesive (Solibond PU39), to enhance the adhesion of Salz leather surfaces. The molecular design of the primer molecule was intended to provide 2- and 3-point fixation between the substrate and adhesive.

The strength of adhesive joints do not seem to be highly dependent on the molecular structure of the primers investigated in respect to the type of OH groups present (aliphatic or aromatic), both confer high adhesive strengths under dry and wet testing conditions. Cyanuric chloride (CNCl)3 a commercially used primer when tested under the same conditions for comparison purposes, gave good results but with a high standard deviation.

Overall, the azide primers generate good, reliable joint strengths under extreme testing conditions and we believe they present negligible technological problems to industrial scale implementation.  相似文献

介绍了以丙烯酸酯为主要原料的纸塑复合用乳液胶粘剂制备方法,探讨了单体的品种、用量和单体的加料方式对胶粘剂性能的影响规律;初步探讨了丙烯酸酯乳液碱增稠机理,提出了乳胶在体系中存在的结构模型。结果表明,该乳胶是一种低成本、稳定性好、制备工艺简单、应用前景很好的环保型新品种。  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和N,N-二甲基乙二胺(DMEDA)为主要原料、二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,合成了一种新型功能单体甲基丙烯酰胺乙基二甲基胺(MAEDA)。通过单因素试验和正交试验优选出MAEDA合成的最佳条件,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)光谱和元素分析等手段对产物结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:合成MAEDA的最佳条件为n(MMA)∶n(DMEDA)=2∶1,w(二月桂酸二丁基锡)=2%(相对于总料液而言),95~100℃反应4h;在最佳合成条件下,MAEDA的收率可达到94%以上。在传统厌氧胶配方中,加入w(MAEDA)=5.0%(相对于厌氧胶而言),制取的新型单组分厌氧胶对铜、铁、铝、锌、不锈钢和非金属等材质均具有较快的固化速率和良好的粘接性能,并且稳定性良好。  相似文献

The adhesive strength and durability of adhesively-bonded aluminum joints in wet environments was analyzed. A2024-T4 alloy was subjected to two different surface treatments based on etching with chromic-sulfuric acid (FPL) and with sulfuric acid-ferric sulfate (P2). Small differences were observed in the lap shear strength as a function of the applied surface treatment. However, durability in humid environments was higher for the joints whose adherends were treated with P2.

Although the amount of water absorbed by the epoxy adhesive is lower in saline environments, the effects on the glass transition temperature of the epoxy adhesive and on the lap shear strength of the joints are more marked than the effects caused by aging with distilled water.

Finally, a new epoxy adhesive with a siloxanic hardener was tested, obtaining good mechanical properties, high glass transition temperature, moderate values of lap shear strength, and high durability in wet environments.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to characterize quantitatively the contribution of different failure modes during shear bond strength (SBS) measurements and to correlate both those sets of results. Four experimental dental adhesive systems were used to join dental composite with cobalt–based alloy plate. The samples were subjected to SBS measurements according to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedure and resulting fractures were examined by optical microscopy, including computer-aided processing of the images, to yield quantitative contributions of adhesive and cohesive failures. Identification of particular failure modes as well as quantitative determination of respective contributions appeared to be possible. The data were processed by statistical methods including Shapiro-Wilk and Mann-Whitney U tests. The results of fractographic analysis were found to correlate with SBS values. Contribution of adhesive failures appeared to determine the strength of adhesive bonds. A new dental adhesive system based on PM2EDM monomer exhibited a very good performance in respect to the metal alloy.  相似文献

以010树脂为主要原料,在实验室合成的聚酰胺热熔胶的基础上,用废聚酯代替部分原料,合成出具有极好柔韧性,较高粘度和软化点的新型聚酰胺热熔粘合剂。通过考察废聚酯的加入量和其它的合成条件的影响,找到合成的最佳配比及条件。所得聚酞酰热熔粘合剂产品在性能上能够与进口产品相媲美。由于采用废聚酯为部分原料,为解决白色污染开辟了一个新的途径。  相似文献

2-Ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA)-based co- and terpolymers were synthesized using n-butyl methacrylate (nBMA) and acrylic acid (AA) as comonomers. The change in adhesive properties with the change in monomer concentration was studied. The adhesive, cohesive, and tack characteristics were evaluated under standard conditions as specified by ASTM and/or the Pressure-Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC). The 2-EHA-co-nBMA copolymers showed a good balance between these three characteristics at 50% concentration of 2-EHA. It is noteworthy that with the AA concentration at or above 30% in 2-EHA-co-AA, the polyacrylates lose the tack which is necessary for adhesive bond formation. The 2-EHA-co-AA-co-nBMA terpolymers, where the 2-EHA content was kept constant at 50% and the AA content was varied from 1% to 10% with a corresponding variation in nBMA from 49% to 40%, showed an excellent balance between adhesive, cohesive, and tack strength.  相似文献
