The three-way catalysts (TWCs) promoters Ce0.6Zr0.4- x TbxO2-y were prepared by sol-gel method. BET surface areas analysis indicated that an increase of the dopant Tb content from x = 0.05 to x = 0.15 favors an increase of surface area from 66.8 to 80.4 m^2· g^-1 compared with the undoped sample Ce0 .6oZr0.40O2 65.1 m^2·g^- 1 after calcination at 650℃. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation indicated that the doped samples have a higher thermal stability. The XRD and Raman spectra confirmed that the Ce0.6Zr0.4-xTbxO2-y cubic solid solution is formed. XPS analysis revealed that Ce and Tb mainly existed in the form of Ce^4+ and Tb^3 + , and Zr existed in the form of Zr^4+ on the surface of the samples. The doped samples were homogenous in composition ; the introduction of Tb into the CeO2-ZrO2 promoters resuited in the formation of a solid solution, and the concentration of surface lattice oxygen was increased.  相似文献

Ce0.85Sm0.15O1.925 (SDC) and La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.5Mg0.2O2.85 (LSGM) were synthesized using Glycine-Nitrate Process (GNP), and the composite electrolytes were prepared by mixing SDC and LSGM. An X-ray diffraction pattern indicated that the mixture of SDC and LSGM consisted of their original phases after heating at 1450 ℃ for 10 h. The electronic conductivity of SDC-LSGM composite electrolytes were measured by direct current polarization method using Hebb-Wagner ion blocking cell at 700-800 ℃ in the oxygen partial pressure range of 104-10-20 MPa and compared with the results of SDC. Typical polarization curves, which were theoretically predicted, were observed on all the samples. The slopes of lgσe-lgPo2 plot for all the composite electrolytes agreed with the theoretically predicted value of-1/4 at some intermediate oxygen partial pressures and -1/6 at low oxygen partial pressure. The electronic conductivity of SDC-LSGM composite electrolytes decreased with the increase in LSGM content, whereas the ionic transport number ti of all the samples increased with the increase in LSGM content.  相似文献

以柠檬酸为螯合剂,硝酸盐和氧化物为原料,通过自蔓延法合成了Ca_(2.95)Sm_(0.05)Co_(3.995-x)Ni_(0.005)Fe_xO_(9+δ)(x=0、0.10、0.15、0.20)陶瓷粉体材料,并对Ca_(2.95)Sm_(0.05)Co_(3.995-x)Ni_(0.005)Fe_xO_(9+δ)(x=0.10)粉体进行了压制实验;在473~973 K温度范围内,探索了Ca_(2.95)Sm_(0.05)Co_(3.995-x)Ni_(0.005)Fe_xO_(9+δ)的热电性能。结果表明:Ca_(2.95)Sm_(0.05)Co_(3.995-x)Ni_(0.005)Fe_xO_(9+δ)陶瓷粉体的压制规律符合黄培云压制方程,压制模量M为1.86 MPa,非线性指数m为2.074;材料的电导率和Seebeck系数随温度的升高而升高;热导率随温度的升高而降低;在973 K时,Ca_(2.95)Sm_(0.05)Co_(3.995-x)Ni_(0.005)Fe_xO_(9+δ)的ZT值达到0.13。Ca_(2.95)Sm_(0.05)Co_(3.995-x)Ni_(0.005)Fe_xO_(9+δ)是具有潜在应用前景的热电材料。  相似文献

Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9(SDC) nanopowders were synthesized by an acrylamide polymerization process.The XRD results showed that SDC powders prepared at 700 °C possessed a cubic fluorite structure.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) indicated that the particle sizes of powders were in the range of 10-15 nm.A 98.3% of theoretical density was obtained when the SDC pellets were sintered at 1350 °C for 5 h,indicating that the powders had good sinterability.The conductivity of the sintered SDC ceramics was 0.019 S/cm at 600 °C and the activation energy was only 0.697 eV.Furthermore,a unit cell was fabricated from the powders and the maximum power density of 0.169 W/cm2 was achieved at 700 °C with humidified hydrogen as the fuel and air as the oxidant.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸–硝酸盐低温燃烧合成法,以Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O为氧化剂,柠檬酸为还原剂,制备Sm_2O_3掺杂的Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.2)O_(1.9)(SDC)超细粉体,利用XRD、TG-DSC、FT-IR、SEM及FESEM等手段对制备样品的晶相结构、热分解过程、微观形貌以及团聚情况进行研究.结果表明:柠檬酸与硝酸盐组成的干凝胶自蔓延燃烧点火温度为270.0℃;粉体经600℃焙烧2 h后,形成了单一立方萤石型结构的固溶体,平均晶粒度为18.80 nm.粉体的结晶性能完善,分散性能良好,粒子间仅有微弱的软团聚.将素坯在1 250℃烧结2 h,即可得到相对密度为95.5%的陶瓷烧结体.  相似文献

固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)被誉为21世纪最具有发展潜力的能源技术之一。由于氧化铋基电解质在低较温度下具有较高的氧离子电导率,是用作中低温固体氧化物燃料电池较理想的电解质材料。文章综述了Bi2O3基固体电解质材料的一般性质和掺杂剂及其浓度对材料性能的影响,并对此材料在低氧分压下易还原的性质及抗老化相变的研究情况进行了总结。最后,提出了Bi2O3基电解质的研究方向。  相似文献

以Li_2CO_3、Al_2O_3、TiO_2、NH_4H_2PO_4为原料,采用固相烧结法制备锂空气电池固体电解质Li_(1+x)Al_xTi_(2-x)(PO_4)_3(LATP),研究了不同x值、不同烧结温度对电解质性能的影响。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对所制备电解质的结构与性能进行表征。结果表明在x值等于0.2时得到纯相的LATP,最佳烧结工艺是350℃保温2 h,600℃保温2 h,1 000℃保温8 h,室温下的电导率为4.89×10~(-5)S/cm。  相似文献

A series of photocatalysts, K11[Ln(PW11O39)2]/PVA (Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm) were prepared by K11[Ln(PW11O39)2] (Ln=La, Ce, Pr,Nd, Sm) containing five kinds of lanthanides and polyvinyl alcohol as the support. The catalysts obtained were characterized by Fourier trans-form infrared spectra, UV-vis spectra, powder X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy, indicating that the structure of K11[Ln(PW11O39)2] and polyvinyl alcohol remained intact, respectively. The photocatalysts exhibited efficient catalytic activity to degrade methyl orange, Congo Red, Ponceau 2R. The maximal degradation conversions of the three kinds of dyes were 99.58%, 47.61%, 72.42%, respectively.  相似文献
