与传统金属结合剂金刚石砂轮相比,多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮在难加工材料磨削加工时具有磨料易出刃、修整修锐方便和磨削效率高等优点。以人造金刚石、Fe∶Ni-Cr合金金属结合剂及造孔剂为原料,通过真空高温烧结法,制备多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮节块。通过排液法测定节块试样的孔隙率,研究原料及其不同配比对节块孔隙率的影响规律,为多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮制作提供试验数据。  相似文献

针对超硬模具微结构磨削过程中金刚石砂轮V形尖端几何精度难以保证以及修整困难等问题,提出碳化硅修整轮切向磨削修整方法,采用不同修整参数对树脂结合剂和金属结合剂金刚石砂轮V形尖端进行修整试验,并采用修整后的金刚石砂轮进行了微结构阵列磨削试验。结果表明:在一定的修整参数下,树脂结合剂和金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的尖端圆弧半径分别达到3.5μm和2.0μm;两种砂轮尖端圆弧半径随着修整轮进给速度、修整深度的增加而增大,随着金刚石砂轮转速和修整轮粒度号的增加而减小;金属结合剂金刚石砂轮修整效率较低,修整后的尖端圆弧半径较小。微结构阵列磨削结果表明,修整后的两种金刚石砂轮能够满足微结构加工,而且发现树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮加工的微结构表面质量较好,更易于实现延性域磨削。  相似文献

金刚石砂轮是磨削加工技术中使用最为广泛的加工工具,按结合剂的不同金刚石砂轮一般可以分为树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮、陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮和金属结合剂金刚石砂轮。本文旨在对近年来国内外对树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮、陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮以及金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的研究工作做一简单的综述,为今后通过改进工艺,将陶瓷结合剂、金属结合剂及树脂结合剂的优点加以综合,开发新型的金刚石砂轮奠定基础。  相似文献

介绍了辅助侧向吹气法金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的激光修锐试验和简化测力评价方法,计算比较了修锐前后砂轮磨削力、磨削力比和比磨削能,从不同角度说明了辅助侧向吹气法对激光修锐金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的有效性。分析了修锐前后砂轮表面与对应磨削试件表面的微观形貌机理,解释了影响磨削力变化的因素。采用辅助侧向吹气法能够解决金属结合剂砂轮激光修锐中常见的熔化覆盖问题,使砂轮磨削力比同轴吹气法修锐下降5%~7%,激光修锐砂轮的磨削性能得到明显改善。  相似文献

基于模压成形和真空固相烧结工艺,选用Cu-10Sn结合剂、经氧化预处理的TiH2钎焊造孔剂、MBD8金刚石磨粒,制备出磨粒把持力大、孔隙分布均匀的多孔钎焊金刚石砂轮(PBDGW)。开展PBDGW与多层钎焊金刚石砂轮(MBDGW)的SiC陶瓷磨削对比试验,从磨削力、工件表面粗糙度和表面/亚表面形貌等方面分析砂轮的磨削性能。试验结果表明:与MBDGW相比,PBDGW磨削SiC陶瓷的切向力下降了8.4%~23.6%、法向力下降了10.2%~38.6%,磨削加工表面粗糙度平均降幅为10.4%;工件表面完整性较好,表面/亚表面的脆性断裂、微观裂纹等缺陷较少。  相似文献

金刚石纤维砂轮的制备及磨削表面质量研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
提出和制备一种新型结构的金刚石纤维砂轮。利用粉末注射成形技术和真空钎焊技术制备出长径比大、金刚石把持力大的金刚石纤维,通过在砂轮胎体材料中添加造孔剂引入多孔隙结构以提高容屑空间,将金刚石纤维在砂轮胎体材料中进行有序排布,对砂轮胎体材料进行热压成形制备出新型金刚石纤维砂轮。新型金刚石纤维砂轮制备后,开展其与普通树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮在相同试验条件下的磨削表面质量研究。试验结果表明:金刚石纤维砂轮磨削表面质量优于普通树脂结合剂砂轮,加工表面完整性较好,宏观裂纹和表面损伤相对较少;当进给速度为40 mm/s,磨削深度为40μm时,金刚石纤维砂轮磨削表面粗糙度为0.52μm,比普通树脂结合剂砂轮的磨削表面粗糙度降低了20%;相同试验条件下,新型金刚石纤维砂轮的磨削表面残余应力下降了8%~12%,金刚石在磨削过程中主要经历了完整、小块破碎、大块破碎、磨耗等正常磨损形式,其具有较长的使用寿命。  相似文献

探讨石英玻璃的精密锯切,通过两种不同结合剂的金刚石薄锯片对石英玻璃进行精密锯切,测量和分析锯切过程中的锯切力,并结合锯切力比、比能来研究不同结合剂金刚石锯片对石英玻璃的锯切特征。结果表明:随着切深和进给速度增大,锯切力增大;随着锯片转速增大,锯切力减小,力比在2.11~2.46之间,接近于金刚石砂轮磨削硬质合金的力比,比能在4"10J/mm3之间,树脂锯片锯切石英玻璃的锯切力和锯切比能较金属锯片小,而锯切力比较金属锯片大。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
