针对带水带锈涂料广阔的应用前景.以改性环氧树脂、沥青、铁锈转化剂、配位体、防锈刘、溶剂等为主要原料研制成功了一种转化型带水带锈涂料,优化的工艺配方(质量分数)为:18%环氧桁脂,6%沥青清漆,10%溶剂[V(丁醇):V(二甲苯)=1:1],35%铁锈转化剂]V(磷酸):V(鞣酸)=3-4:11,2%柠檬酸,1%磷酸二氢钠。1%冒酸钠.1%OP-10.2%炭黑,24%乙醇,0.5%乙二醇。探讨了主要成分对铁锈转化能力及涂膜质量的影响,检测了涂料加涂膜性能。结果表明:该涂料铁锈转化能力强,能带水带锈施工,各项性能良好,适用于钢铁件的防腐蚀处理。 相似文献

本文对硅烷偶联剂的水解特性,以及对硅烷偶联剂直接添加到环氧涂料中形成的涂层与钢铁基材的附着力进行了研究。研究发现硅烷偶联剂水解能力很强且容易在涂层与基材之间形成化学键作用;将硅烷偶联剂直接添加到环氧涂料中能够显著地提高涂层对钢铁基材的附着力。 相似文献

The aim of this work is the synthesis and investigation of silane based organic–inorganic hybrid coatings, which can be used to improve the corrosion performance of steel structures subjected to a marine environment. The silane based sol–gel coatings were prepared by dip coating 304L stainless steel in a solution of organically modified silica sol made through hydrolysis and condensation of 3-glycidoxypropyl-trimethoxysilane (GPTMS) as precursor and bisphenol A (BPA) as a cross-linking agent in an acid catalyzed condition. The influence of the addition of cerium and the use of bisphenol A as a cross-linking agent on the microscopic features and morphology as well as on the corrosion resistance of the coatings were examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), neutral salt spray tests, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance techniques. Results show that cerium modified nano-hybrid coatings exhibit a superior corrosion inhibition performance to that displayed by silica hybrid coatings. Additionally, data showed that the bisphenol A as a cross-linking agent has a significant effect on the morphology and corrosion resistance of the cerium doped silica coating. Omitting the use of bisphenol A causes the creation of defects/cracks in the coating, thereby promoting diffusion of the aggressive electrolyte toward the substrate and decreasing the corrosion resistance of the coating. 相似文献

阴极保护和防腐层的联合应用是埋地钢质管道防腐蚀普遍采用的一项技术,已在国内数万公里管道上应用,取得了显著效果。经长期经验积累与技术不断进步,川气东输工程设计对环氧粉末涂层性能指标提出更高的要求,例如:-1.5 V电压下,60℃NaCl溶液浸泡30 d,阴极剥离的剥离半径≤15 mm。通过对阴极剥离对涂层的影响分析,采用自主合成的Amanda1168线形三官能环氧树脂及Amanda999B互穿网络的复合固化剂,辅助纳米硅材料,制成抗高温阴极剥离的粉末涂料,试验结果表明达到川气东输工程技术要求。 相似文献

介绍了当前国内外用于种子包衣的化学农药,包括杀虫剂、杀菌剂、除草剂及植物生长调节剂及其防治作物、防治对象,同时介绍了化学农药型种衣剂的主要应用剂型,即悬浮剂、粉剂、干粉、超微粉体、水乳剂和微胶囊剂。分析了我国种衣剂目前存在的问题,与国外种衣剂相比,我国种衣剂产品有效成分品种较少,剂型较为单一,质量上也存在一定的问题,成膜性较差,主要用于大田作物,而在蔬菜和花卉上应用很少,且一些具有特殊功效的特异性种衣剂研究较少。最后,从加强基础理论研究、开发高效能的助剂、加强制剂的剂型创新、开发特异功能的种衣剂产品及高效低毒低残留的种衣剂产品等方面对其发展前景进行了展望。 相似文献

以双酚A环氧树脂(E20)为主要成膜物,层片状玻璃鳞片和云母氧化铁为主要填料,辅助以铝粉、氧化铁红颜料,以及各种助剂和溶剂,再分别加入固化剂脂肪族胺加成物、聚酰胺TY-650,制得高固体分厚浆型环氧玻璃鳞片涂料。通过常规的力学性能(涂层的硬度、耐冲击性、柔韧性、附着力等)和耐腐蚀性测试,对比了不同固化剂对环氧玻璃鳞片涂层性能的影响。研究结果表明,脂肪族胺加成物与环氧树脂交联固化的玻璃鳞片涂层的硬度、附着力以及交流阻抗值都较高,具有良好的综合性能,加入铝粉对基体可起到阴极保护作用。 相似文献

A hydrophobic benzoxazine-cured epoxy coating (EPB) was prepared by a dip coating and thermal curing method using benzoxazine monomer (B-TMOS) as curing agent. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analyses confirmed the presence of thermal curing reactions and hydrogen-bonding interactions in the epoxy/polybenzoxazine system. The hydrophobicity of epoxy coatings induced by the incorporation of B-TMOS was enhanced significantly, and the water contact angles of resultant EPB coatings were higher than 98°. The corrosion protection ability of epoxy coatings was investigated by open-circuit potentials, potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. The results showed that the charge transfer resistance (Rct) of EPB coatings was increased by about three orders of magnitude compared with bare mild steel, and the protection efficiency values of all EPB samples were more than 98%. This increased corrosion protection property could be attributed to the high hydrophobic performance of EPB coatings. 相似文献
