焊接是锅炉制造中最重要的加工工艺,焊接质量在很大程度上决定着锅炉的制造质量,为了保证焊接工艺的正确性,保证产品质量,《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》中明确规定,锅炉产品焊接前,焊接单位必须按规定进行焊接工艺评定。所谓的焊接工艺评定是对按照既定的焊接工艺规范进行焊接的试件做化学分析及力学性能试验(包括拉伸试验、弯曲试验、缺口韧性试验),以判断焊接接头能否满足使用性能要求,从而验证所拟定的焊接工艺规范的正确性,并评定施焊单位的能力。 相似文献

建立304不锈钢T形接头三维有限元模型,研究激光电弧复合焊接顺序对304不锈钢T形接头热变形及残余应力的影响. 采用高斯面热源加高斯锥形体热源组合的热源模型,模拟激光电弧复合热源,并通过304不锈钢激光电弧复合堆焊工艺试验验证数值模拟激光电弧复合焊接过程的可靠性. 结果表明,焊缝截面熔池形貌的数值仿真结果与焊接工艺试验结果吻合较好,该热源模型能有效模拟激光电弧两种热源的复合作用. 确定多种焊接顺序方案,分析不同焊接顺序下T形接头温度场、残余应力和热变形情况,激光电弧复合焊接顺序对T形接头残余应力及热变形均有影响,通过对比不同顺序下残余应力值及热变形量发现,顺序焊接能有效减小焊接残余应力,同时反向焊接产生的热变形量最小. 综合分析,不锈钢T形接头顺序反向焊接的效果最佳. 相似文献

A TIG–MAG hybrid arc welding process was proposed to achieve high speed welding. The influences of hybrid arc welding parameters on welding speed and weld appearance were studied through orthogonal experiment and the microstructures and mechanical properties of weld were tested and compared with that of the conventional MAG weld. The TIG–MAG hybrid arc welding speed could reach up to 3.5 m/min for bead-on-plate welding of 2.5 mm thick mild steel plate under the condition of high quality of weld appearance and 4.5 m/min for butt welding of 2 mm thick mild steel plate, respectively. The mechanical properties of hybrid arc weld were not lower than that of the conventional MAG weld. The assistant TIG arc could effectively stabilize the MAG welding current and MAG arc voltage in high speed TIG–MAG hybrid arc welding process. The stable hybridization obtained by balance between TIG and MAG welding current and proper wire-electrode distance was a key factor to stabilize the welding process. 相似文献

针对双钨极TIG焊存在的电弧压力小、焊缝熔深浅等问题,提出了一种新型焊接工艺方法——高频复合双钨极TIG焊(high frequency hybrid twin-electrode TIG welding, HFHT-TIG焊),在双钨极氩弧焊的一个钨极上通以高频脉冲电流,达到提高电弧压力和挺度、搅拌熔池、细化晶粒、改善接头组织和力学性能的目的. 采用HFHT-TIG焊进行了6 mm厚奥氏体不锈钢焊接工艺试验,并与双钨极TIG焊接头进行对比. 结果表明,HFHT-TIG焊能够显著提高电弧挺度和电弧压力,焊缝表面成形更佳,横截面对称性更好,焊缝区的树枝晶组织更加细小,断口韧窝更加均匀和细密,接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别提高了12.1%和30.2%. 相似文献

提出了电弧辅助活性TIG焊(arc assisted activating TIG welding,简称AA-TIG焊)的概念,并以SUS304不锈钢作为母材,研究了AA-TIG焊接法的主要工艺参数对焊缝熔深熔宽的影响。结果表明,在相同的焊接工艺参数下,与传统TIG焊相比,AA-TIG焊缝熔深能增加一倍以上,同时熔宽明显收缩。采用AA-TIG焊可不开坡口一次焊透8mm厚不锈钢板,焊接效率明显提高。辅助电弧工艺参数和正常TIG焊工艺参数都对AA-TIG焊焊缝熔深熔宽有一定影响。 相似文献

In manufacturing of the steel bridge, fillet welded T-joint is widely used and angular distortion is often generated. So, reduction or control of angular distortion without additional processes to welding is strongly demanded because it takes great time and effort to correct the angular distortion. In this study, the effectiveness of welding with trailing reverse-side flame line heating for preventing angular distortion was investigated through the welding experiment and numerical simulation in submerged arc welding of fillet T-joint with three different thick flange plate. First, the heat source models for numerical analysis of both submerged arc welding and flame line heating were constructed based on the comparison with the measured temperature histories and angular distortion. And then, these heat source models were used in combination with various kinds of distance between two heat sources to make clear the appropriate distance condition for smallest angular distortion was 150 mm, and it does not depend on thickness of flange plate. It was also confirmed that the experimental angular distortions were in good agreement with those calculated. With a focus on the influence of thickness of flange plate, the reduction of angular distortion by welding with trailing reverse-side flame line heating becomes smaller with increasing thickness of flange plate. However, angular distortion could be adequately prevented under the appropriate flame line heating condition in either thickness of flange plate because the welding-induced angular distortion also becomes smaller with increasing thickness of flange plate. Thus, it was concluded that welding with trailing reverse-side flame line heating could be useful for preventing angular distortion of fillet T-joint, which is a component of steel bridge, enough not to correct it after welding. 相似文献
