利用几种金相学的方法,研究了550℃和600℃下进行85000h蠕变测试的初始态固溶退火型316L(N)奥氏体不锈钢试样在规范长度和顶端部分的沉淀行为。观测到了3种相:M23C6、η相和σ相。沉淀的σ相的体积分数大大高于碳化物和η相。M23C6碳化物沉淀产生迅速,随后在δ铁素体“孤岛”中形成α相和η相。长时间之后,σ相和η相在晶界上沉淀。现已提出了两种不同的。相沉淀机制:一种是δ铁素体的分解,另一种是晶界沉淀。在δ铁素体中,晶界上以及晶粒内部发现了少数的η相。 相似文献

A study Group of the ESONE Cmmittee has prepared proposals for extensions to the CAMAC Dataway. These extensions allow modules and controllers to exploit microprocessor technology by providing a greatly extended addressing range, logical addressing and handshake timing in a manner that is compatible with existing CAMAC equipment. The peculiar characteristics of an autonomous CAMAC system based on the use of an Intel 8080 microprocessor are described. The system memory for program store, scratch work and data acquisition is contained in the autonomous CAMAC controller. Memory can be accessed in DMA mode with 24-bit data utilizing three bytes with a unique address. Suitable 3-byte floating point mathematical subroutines have been developed for general use and in particular for the requirements of the system. Details on hardware and software of the system are illustrated together with a brief mention of the generalizations. 相似文献

The basic purpose of CAMAC is to provide a standardized method for transferring data and control information between instrurrentation modules and a digital controller. CAMAC encompasses both a hardware standard for housing the modular components of a system and an electrical and logical standard for the control "language" used to effect the information transfer. The CAMAC specification contains the formally stated rules for hoth of these aspects of CAMAC. This paper concentrates on the control language and describes some of its features and uses in a less formal way than in the specification, and therefore may be useful as an introduction to the subject. Other papers in this series consider other aspects of CAMAC, including its place in the context of instrumentation systems, hardware aspects, signal standards, the Branch Highway, and coupling to computers and control systems. Here, the scope is limited to the process of information interchange within the CAMAC crate. This is a revised version of a paper previously publishled. Since the first version was published, a revised version of the CAMAC specification has been issued. This present paper is based only on the revised specification.
