The degradation of several azo dyes by cell-free extract from Aeromonas hydrophila var. 24B has been studied. The compounds 4-dimethylaminoazobenzene, 4-diethylaminoazobenzene, 2′-carboxy-4-dimethylaminoazo-benzene, 2′-carboxy-4-diethylaminoazobenzene, 4′-carboxy-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene, and 2′-methoxy-carbonyl-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene were appreciably degraded by the cell-free extract. Azobenzene and 4-carboxyazobenzene were not degraded. Aniline was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry as a degradation product from 4-aminoazobenzene and 4-dimethylaminoazobenzene. 4-DimethyIaminoaniline was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and spectrophotofluorimetry as a degradation product from 2′-carboxy-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene. The cell-free extract had high substrate specificity for 2′-carboxy-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene. 相似文献

以Al为催化剂,在微波辐射条件下,由3-氯-4-氟苯胺基甲叉丙二酸二乙酯环合制备标题化合物。通过优化实验得到最佳反应条件为:微波功率160 W、反应温度80℃、反应时间20 min,在该条件下目标物产率达94.2%。对产物进行了熔点、NMR测定,确定为目标产物。 相似文献

Glycerol was reacted with 4-methoxy cinnamic acid to prepare the corresponding 4-methoxy cinnamoyl glycerol. The reaction
proceeded in toluene under reflux conditions with p-toluenesulfonic acid catalyst. Reaction of equimolar amounts of reactants produced the monoester in 20% yield after 2 h.
The product was isolated and characterized by FTIR, mass spectrometry, and NMR techniques. Results of mass spectrometry and
NMR experiments showed that the ester linkage formed between the carboxylic acid and the primary hydroxyl of glycerol. The
ester displayed strong absorbance between 250 and 350 nm and shows potential as a UV filter in formulations where hydrophilic
compounds are advantageous.

The product from uncatalysed liquefaction of lignite using synthesis gas (CO-Steam process) was examined by column chromatography, high-resolution mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and low-voltage mass spectrometry. The nature of the vehicle solvent affected the type and distribution of compounds in the product oil. Anthracene oil and recycle oil as solvents gave mainly aromatics and phenols. When tetralin was used as solvent, the product showed larger amounts of oxygen compounds, more hydroaromatic compounds, and a greater degree of alkylation in high-molecular-weight aromatics. Tetralin, therefore, appears to be a more powerful hydrogen donor than anthracene oil or recycle oil in stabilizing intermediate fragments that would otherwise repolymerize. Carbon-number analysis data for liquids prepared using three different solvents are presented. 相似文献
