文章为了实现集成电路塑封生产的自动化,开发了自动上片机,其主要功能是对集成电路芯片引线框进行塑封前的自动上料排片及预热处理。控制系统采用工控机实现多运动同步控制,主要完成柔性流道直线运动、抓取机械手空间精确定位及预热工作台温度等的控制。基于Windows2000设计了专用工控系统软件,适用于DIP、QFP、SOP、TO等系列集成电路芯片的塑封生产,提高了生产效率和产品质量的稳定性。  相似文献

介绍了集成电路芯片三维引脚外观检测机的系统组成与功能、运动控制系统与视觉检测系统的构成、图像处理方法以及系统软件的模块结构.该检测机由芯片自动输送线、视觉检测平台、吸臂和分选臂等组成,采用工控机及PLC控制技术,实现芯片上料、输送、外观检测、分选补给和卸料等功能的全自动化.该检测机可检测芯片引脚在空间的11个尺寸参数,具有检测精度高、产品更换快速和操作方便等优点,适用于QFP集成电路芯片三维引脚外观的自动检测,可显著提高生产效率及产品质量.  相似文献

根据产品结构及装配工艺流程,提出了一种环形八工位布局的旋转式磁力片自动化装配系统。针对磁棒易相互吸附、分离困难的特点,设计了磁棒自动补料、预装及自动上料机构;针对薄纸件易凸起变形,装配困难的特点,设计了薄纸件吸片上料装置;装配系统采用凸轮分割器实现高精度分度,借助铝合金随行夹具实现对工件的精确定位,满足了超声波焊接要求。该自动化装配系统在减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低生产成本等方面都具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

针对钴板自动剪切线中的上料问题,采用电磁铁自动抓料,实现了基于伺服驱动控制的钴条自动抓料系统。根据电磁铁的电磁特性设计了钴料抓条用电磁吸盘,实现了快速精确的自动抓放料功能;给出了抓料控制系统的电气原理图和程序流程图,采用PLC控制、伺服控制、位置反馈的全闭环控制的方法实现了自动抓料系统的快速精确运动。目前,该钴条自动抓料系统已在相关企业投入运行,系统运行稳定、可靠,效果良好。  相似文献

针对封头生产过程中存在的劳动强度大、产品质量差、生产成本高、环境污染等问题,提出了一种基于大直径、重载荷、大变形坯料板的新型自动定心、上料和成型封头码垛自动化设备设计方案。该方案根据液压机结构及生产特点,采用上下料布局于液压机两侧,并设计了坯料车、上料、定心、取料和下料系统;依据坯料板和成型封头外形特点,设计了不同的吸盘结构和上下料方式,并与封头压制工艺相结合,实现自动化生产。实践应用表明该封头自动上下料及码垛设备不仅具有安全可靠、自动化程度高、降低工人劳动强度等特点,而且可有效提高作业效率,提高产品质量。  相似文献

为实现圆形刀片的高效、高质量生产,设计开发了一套基于视觉补偿的圆形刀片自动打磨系统。该系统主要包括上下料装置、打磨装置以及控制系统。上下料装置可实现3片圆形刀片的同时上料和下料;打磨装置通过伺服电机控制砂轮X、Y方向的进给量,实现圆形刀片的打磨,同时通过相机实时检测打磨好的圆形刀片的刃宽和同心度,计算出补偿量并反馈给伺服电机,从而确保每次打磨的刀片尺寸都在公差范围内;控制系统以倍福CX9020为PLC控制器,通过TCP/IP协议、EtherACT协议、RS485协议以及OPCUA协议实现整个系统的通讯和控制。样机试验表明:该圆形刀片自动打磨系统运行稳定,刀片尺寸精度可控性好,生产效率高。  相似文献

机器人自动上下料系统作为智能制造的核心关键技术之一,已广泛应用于智能化工厂、智能化车间及自动化生产线,但其仍存在自主作业能力低,环境适应能力差,缺乏多机及人机协作能力等技术缺陷。现构建一种基于结构光视觉导引协作机器人的自动上下料系统,针对系统标定、毛坯上料和成品下料,制订了一种自动上料策略,搭建了自动上下料实验平台,开展了毛坯与成品的上下料试验。试验结果表明,该系统运行状况良好,可稳定高效地完成自动上下料工作,提升了企业的生产效率和自动化水平,创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益。  相似文献

针对汽车挺柱体自动装配线中人工上料效率低下、达不到要求的生产节拍以及无法保证铜销表面精度等问题,对铜销的自动上料方式进行了研究,对振动料斗上料、皮带机上料、料盒上料以及机械手上料等自动上料方案进行了讨论,选择了一种由料盒、机械手和接放部件组成的铜销自动上料装置设计方案,利用料盒确保铜销在存放时不会相互碰撞并保证反复上料过程的重复定位精度,通过移载机械手实现了铜销抓取以及快速移放,通过旋转接放部件使铜销在重力作用下落入了装配工位.研究结果表明,这一上料装置能够在确保铜销表面精度的要求下,完成了生产线流畅运行,达到了要求的工作节拍,实现了挺柱体铜销的自动上料,提高了生产效率.  相似文献

Wire bonding has been one of the standard operations in plastic integrated circuit (IC) package assembly for a long time. With the development of IC assembly technology, the equipment of wire bonding should be improved for even higher performance. Thus, a novel linear wire bonding head driven by a permanent magnet linear motor (PMLM), instead of the rotary bonding structure, is designed to optimize the system structure and improve the performance of wire bonding. Based on two different wire bonding states, the switching control scheme corresponding to this linear structure is presented. In free motion, the position tracking control suppressing the vibration of flexible parts of the structure is performed at high speed and acceleration. In constrained motion, the active force control with direct contact force feedback is adopted for more precise bonding force compared with the indirect current feedback control in previous rotary structure. The experiment results show higher performance of wire bonding because of the combination of novel linear structure and control scheme.  相似文献

The results of simulation and experimental tests conducted for pneumatic servo-drive with FLC (fuzzy logic controller) are presented. For positioning control and teaching/play-back control of pneumatic servo-drive, a fuzzy PD (proportional-derivative) controller was designed and constructed by means of xPC Target software of Matlab-Simulink package for rapid prototyping and hardware-in-the-loop simulation. The non-linear simulation model of pneumatic servo-drive was constructed and used to tune fuzzy PD controller by means of Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of Matlab-Simulink package. The fuzzy logic PD controller enables precise positioning of pneumatic servo-drive with the precision specified for industrial manipulators. A lot of simulation and experimental tests were carried on pneumatic servo-drive with fuzzy controller which was used for its transpose and follow-up control. The designed fuzzy system is efficient, stable, and resistant to disturbances and can be applied in any configurations of pneumatic servo-drive without the necessity to tune the regulator, apply signal filtration, or additional operations in track control or restrict the signals generated. Pneumatic servo-drives with teaching/playback control system have considerable practical significance, especially in the control of manipulating machines, manipulators, and industrial robots as well as rehabilitation and physiotherapy manipulators.  相似文献

方矩管生产最后环节需要将成品按规格数量集中,并通过打包带包装成捆。原打包带接头采用人工焊接,焊接完成后将成捆产品通过吊装入库,因此打包带的焊接质量和效率直接影响产品转运的安全性和生产节拍。为提高方矩管打包过程的自动化程度,设计了应用于方矩管打包带接头的电阻点焊自动控制系统。系统硬件主要采用PLC、伺服控制器和电阻焊机,软件采用工控软件实现。通过理论计算和调试得到满足打包带接头焊接需求的最佳焊接参数和运行参数,经过对焊接质量的可靠性测试分析,焊接打包带能够满足成捆产品转运负荷要求。该系统在原有半自动打包机的基础上实现了方矩管的全自动打包,组态软件运行状态良好,节省了人力成本,提高了方矩管打包的效率,焊接质量稳定,焊接方式更加环保。  相似文献

We present a new optical fiber sensor interrogator specifically designed for an embedded instrumentation system. The proposed system consists of a super luminescent diode as a broadband source, a high speed tunable micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) filter, photodetector, and an integrated microprocessor for data aggregation, processing, and communication. The entire system is integrated together in a compact package to create a fiber "smart" sensor. The system is capable of interrogating a variety of multiplexed fiber sensors, processing the data, and communicating the results digitally. As an example, the system has been calibrated with an array of fiber Bragg grating sensors.  相似文献

Flexible manufacturing systems are designed to produce a variety of different part types with high machine utilisation, short lead times and little work-in-progress inventory. Simulation is an efficient tool to verify design concepts, to select machinery, to evaluate alternative configurations and to test system control strategies of an FMS. This paper discusses a general-purpose, user-oriented discrete simulator (the Modular FMS Simulator) which can be used for design as well as for operation and scheduling of FMSs. The package can be implemented in different hierarchical steps of FMS production planning. It is also a useful tool in validating the results of analytical models or heuristic procedures developed for FMS problems. This package contains features for the system hardware and the control hierarchy. The model can study multiple part families, various station types, different number of work-in-process buffers and carts and almost any system layout. It is also possible to analyse the performance of the system. The package contains a set of decision rules from which the user can make his choice.  相似文献

文中提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的塑料薄膜厚度在线测量系统,主要介绍了测量系统的组成结构,基于电容传感器的塑料薄膜厚度测量系统的在线测量原理以及以数据采集卡PCI-M6220作为执行机构的运动控制系统的实现方案,并设计了接口板控制电路和虚拟仪器程序对系统的控制过程,并对系统准确性、传输误差和线性校正做了实验,实验证明该设计提高了原有系统的稳定性、可靠性和运行速度.  相似文献

采用聚合物如塑料等制作微流控芯片是拓展芯片应用,实现芯片产业化的关键。温度是塑料微流控芯片热压成形过程中的重要工艺参数。本文采用半导体热电致冷堆,设计了适合塑料芯片制作的温度控制装置;分析了升降温过程中所需的加热/制冷功率,并对升降温特性进行了研究;设计了半导体热电致冷堆供电电源装置。对温度控制装置的升/降温及温度控制精度进行了实验,并给出了实验结果。  相似文献

The network requirements of control systems in industrial applications increase day by day. The Internet based control system and various fieldbus systems have been designed in order to meet these requirements. This paper describes an Internet based control system with wireless fieldbus communication designed for distributed processes. The system was implemented as an experimental setup in a laboratory. In industrial facilities, the process control layer and the distance connection of the distributed control devices in the lowest levels of the industrial production environment are provided with fieldbus networks. In this paper, the Internet based control system that will be able to meet the system requirements with a new-generation communication structure, which is called wired/wireless hybrid system, has been designed on field level and carried out to cover all sectors of distributed automation, from process control, to distributed input/output (I/O). The system has been accomplished by hardware structure with a programmable logic controller (PLC), a communication processor (CP) module, two industrial wireless modules and a distributed I/O module, Motor Protection Package (MPP) and software structure with WinCC flexible program used for the screen of Scada (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), SIMATIC MANAGER package program ("STEP7") used for the hardware and network configuration and also for downloading control program to PLC.  相似文献
