目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定3-甲基-4-硝基-5-氯吡唑含量.方法:用Waters symmetryC8(3.9mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50:50),流速1mL/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长274nm.结果:在160.48μg/mL~401.20μg/mL范围成线性(r=0.9998,n=5),平均回收率为98.93%,RSD=1.91%.  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测2-氯-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖(ClDG)的分析方法。采用多反应监测(MRM)负离子电喷雾模式进行HPLC-MS/MS分析。色谱柱为:Alltima Amino 100A 5μm柱(250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为:V(5 mmol/L乙酸铵)∶V(乙腈)=10∶90;柱温:35℃;流速:1 mL/min;进样量:5μL。ClDG浓度在0.5~37.5μg/m L范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.15μg/mL,定量限为0.5μg/mL,方法回收率为92.6%~105.1%。该方法选择性、重复性良好,灵敏度高,能用于ClDG的痕量分析。  相似文献

目的建立离子色谱法测定琥珀酸曲格列汀中琥珀酸含量的分析方法。方法色谱条件:Dionex Ionpac~(TM) AS11-HC(4.0×250 mm)为分析柱;Dionex Ionpac~(TM) AS11-HC(4.0×50 mm)为保护柱;20.00 mmol·L~(-1) KOH溶液为淋洗液以流速1.00 mL·min~(-1)等度洗脱;柱温为30℃;检测池温度为35℃;抑制器电流:50m A;进样量为25μL。结果琥珀酸在浓度为0.10~3.00μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);检出限和定量限分别为0.03μg/mL、0.1μg/mL;回收率为99.3%(RSD=1.30%,n=9;稳定性琥珀酸峰面积的RSD为1.40%,25.5 h)。  相似文献

建立HPLC法测定雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊(微丸型)的有关物质。采用AgilentZORBAX(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相采用0.015mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至6.0)-乙腈(v∶v=65∶35),等度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长为290nm。该色谱条件下,主成份与已知杂质分离度良好。雷贝拉唑钠的检测限为3.3μg/mL,定量限为10μg/mL,是供试品进样量的0.33%和1.00%,满足杂质检测和控制。通过稳定性的考察,供试品溶液不稳定,需要现用现配。该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊(微丸型)的质量控制。  相似文献

采用Themo BDS HYPERSIL C18色谱柱(100 mm×4.6 mm×2.4μm),以乙腈-水(35∶65,体积比)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长228 nm,柱温40℃,进样量5μL,在前述条件下建立了测定化妆品中双酚A的高效液相色谱方法。结果发现,在0.05140~2.056μg/mL范围内,双酚A峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);低浓度水平下的平均加标回收率为98.9%~100.8%(相对标准偏差2%),高浓度水平下的平均加标回收率为100.6%~102.7%(相对标准偏差3%);检出限为0.015μg/mL,检出质量比为0.3μg/g。所建立的方法操作简便快捷,结果准确可靠,可用于化妆品中双酚A的测定。  相似文献

文章建立了高效液相色谱法测定红酒中白藜芦醇的方法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(35∶65,水相中含0.1%冰乙酸)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,进样量20μL,室温,检测波长300 nm,外标法定量,该方法相对标准偏差为1.18%~1.99%,线性相关系数R2为0.999,检测限为2μg/mL。在上述条件下测定了随机抽取的部分市售红酒样品的白藜芦醇含量力。  相似文献

目的:通过高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法全面分析4,6-二氯-2-甲基嘧啶中的有机杂质情况。方法:(1)高效液相色谱法(控制3个杂质):采用Waters Atlantis T3(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)色谱柱,以0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,进行线性梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;双波长:(1)260 nm,(2)205 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量10μL。经验证,本方法专属性良好,各杂质分离度均符合要求,检测限分别为0.11,0.10,0.10μg/mL;定量限为0.23,0.20,0.20μg/mL。供试品溶液在室温条件下放置24 h稳定。(2)气相色谱法(控制丙二酸二乙酯):采用DB-1701(30 m×0.32 mm×1.0μm)色谱柱,柱温:起始温度为40℃,维持5 min,以20℃/min的速率升温至140℃,维持10 min,再以30℃/min的速率升温至220℃,维持5 min;进样口温度:200℃;检测器(FID)温度:250℃;载气:氮气;柱流速:2.0 mL/min;分流比:10∶1。经验证,溶剂不干扰测定,检测限为0.42μg/mL...  相似文献

建立了一种超高液相色谱法测定湘味熟食接触材料中三种苯胺类物质(邻甲氧基苯胺、对氯苯胺和苯胺)迁移量的方法。三种目标化合物采用Waters C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 3μm)进行分离,流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐(5 mmol/L,pH=7.0)梯度洗脱,流速、检测波长和柱温分别为0.6 mL/min, 240 nm和35℃,线性范围在0.1~10.0μg/mL,回收率在82.2%~94.3%之间,方法的检测限为0.15~0.50 ng/mL。采用95%乙醇作为湘味熟食模拟物,在40℃和70℃温度条件下进行迁移实验。该方法快速、简便,灵敏度高。  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定化妆品中乙酰基六肽-8的含量。测定方法:Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)、流动相为三氟乙酸-乙腈和三氟乙酸-水溶液,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长215 nm,进样量10μL。乙酰基六肽-8浓度在0.02~0.80 g/L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9997(n=6),方法检出限为5.05μg/g。该法对水剂精华液、乳液、膏霜中乙酰基六肽-8测定的加标平均回收率分别为107.00%、101.33%、105.67%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.01%、4.92%、1.61%。该法可快速对样品中乙酰基六肽-8定性、定量分析。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
