Low-melting tinted glasses with a spreading temperature of 550°C are developed in the ZnB2O4 - NaPO3 system for decorating sheet glass. Their main physicochemical properties are investigated. Experiments performed in industrial conditions demonstrate positive results in decorating sheet glass by silk-screen printing with subsequent firing at a temperature above 550°C.  相似文献

The chemical resistance of lead-free low-melting opaque enamels intended for decorating the external surface of household glass is determined depending on the duration of treatment with hot (98°C) water and 2% sodium carbonate solution. Based on metaphosphate compositions and boron orthophosphate, multicomponent phosphate glasses were developed which exhibit high resistance to hydrofluoric acid, have a TCLE of (72...92) × 10– 7 K– 1 and a softening temperature of 435 – 590°C, and can be used in the production of a phosphate film coating for the surface of sheet silicate glass, in order to protect it from the effect of hydrofluoric acid.  相似文献

The effect of binders on the quality of paint coatings based on lead-free enamels and meeting the requirements of standard TU RB 100029049.030 is considered. It is established that enamel compositions can be prepared using 20% solution of oxyterpene resin in turpentine and 2% alcoholic solution of Na-carboxymethyl cellulose of grade 7MF. The use of an aqueous solution of dextrin as a binder deteriorates the quality of enamel coatings: it produces color modifications, loss of luster, and formation of crackle.  相似文献

The structure of quenched and heat-treated thallium silicate glasses containing 29.4 mol% Tl2O was studied by a modified Warren-Mavel X-ray scattering technique. The results, which are essentially independent of the heat treatment used, indicate cation clustering, with an average nearest-neighbor Tl-Tl distance of 3.87 Å and a Tl-O distance of 2.60 Å. Average coordination numbers for Tl about Tl and O about Tl are 8.4 and ∼ 3, respectively, implying a cluster diameter of ∼ 20 Å. These results, with previous results on clustering and density in the Tl2O-SiO2 glass system, indicate that the density and composition of the clusters are 9.4 g/cm3 and 0.6Tl2O-0.4SiO2. The observed break in the composition dependence of conduction activation energy observed in this system is consistent with the proposed structural model.  相似文献

研究了应用于固体氧化物燃料电池的BaO-Al2 O3-SiO2系封接玻璃性能.通过DSC、XRD、SEM及热膨胀仪等方法测试分析了不同温度、不同时间热处理的封接玻璃结构与性能.结果表面:在800℃热处理1h后WBa-1、WBa-2、WBa-3的热膨胀系数为10.58×10-6℃-1、10.40×10-6C-1、10.21×t0-6℃-1,热处理5h、10 h的WBa-3组的热膨胀系数为10.07×10-6℃-1、10.33×10-6℃-1,与电解质YSZ、金属连接板Crofer22APU热膨胀系数相匹配.热处理后玻璃的析出的晶相主要为针状的钡长石(BaAl2 Si2 O8),化学稳定性较高.封接玻璃的平均抗折强度可以达到80 MPa.对WBa-3组进行了电性能测试,在450℃、500℃下的电阻率分别为2.03×107 Q·cm、8.56×106 n·cm,对以后的工作有指导作用.  相似文献

盐石膏的水化强度极低,需通过添加外加剂来改善盐石膏的强度,本文通过在盐石膏中单掺玻璃纤维、硅酸钠及两者复合来改善盐石膏的性能.结果 表明,单掺玻璃纤维提高了盐石膏的强度,在纤维掺量为0.20%时,盐石膏的性能较佳;单掺硅酸钠缩短了盐石膏的凝结时间,提高了它的强度,在硅酸钠掺量为3%时,它的抗折强度和抗压强度较高;两者复合可显著改善盐石膏的强度等综合性能.分析表明,玻璃纤维像微钢筋一样穿插于石膏晶体中间,增加了晶体间的搭接;硅酸钠通过在石膏表面形成致密的硅酸钙层,使其硬化体结构变得致密,从而提高了盐石膏的强度.  相似文献

Optical lead silicate glass is subjected to the heat treatment in gaseous nitrogen (at excess pressure) at temperatures close to the softening temperature with the aim of improving the service properties of the surface. The distribution of elements in the surface layer of the nitrided glass is investigated by Auger spectroscopy. It is found that nitrogen occurs in the surface glass layer to a depth of 100 m. In the glass subjected to the gas-thermal treatment, the service properties of the surface, such as the chemical durability, hydrophoby, and microhardness, are improved.  相似文献

The diffusion coefficient and the electric mobility of sodium (22Na) ions in a sodium silicate glass (25 mol% Na2O) were measured simultaneously at 300°C in an experiment of the type used by Chemla, where the diffusion heat treatment is made in a constant dc electric field. The diffusion coefficient remained unchanged with an applied electric field. The correlation factor in the Nernst-Einstein relation calculated from the simultaneously measured diffusion coefficient and electric mobility was 0.5±0.05.  相似文献

Partial and total vapor pressures over Na2O.3SiO2 anhd Rb2O.3SiOz melts were determined at 1150° to 1300°C with the Knudsen-effusion method. A Pt Knudsen cell was placed on a microbalance so that the weight loss due to effusion from the Knudsen hole could be recorded continuously. The specific vaporization rates are between ∼3.10−6 and 3.10−4 gcm−2 s−1; the corresponding vapor pressures are between ∼3.10−2 and 3 Pa.  相似文献

采用风冷法对无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃进行钢化处理,研究了钢化对玻璃抗弯强度、弹性模量、断裂韧性和硬度等力学性能的影响.介绍了平均强度、强度Weibull模数、损伤容限等安全性指标,提出了一种新的钢化玻璃安全性评价指标-安全因数,研究结果表明:经过钢化处理,玻璃的抗弯强度和断裂韧性明显增大,但是玻璃的弹性模量和硬度变化不大;安全因数综合考虑了玻璃脆性和强度的变化,更加准确地反映了钢化玻璃的安全性和可靠性.  相似文献
